Thirsty, Dehydrated, Kidneys Failing

Kidney failure epidemic so extensive that we lack enough kidney dialysis machines or technicians to keep up with demand increasing. 

Not drinking enough water & eating too many sugary carbs & other diet problems causing metabolic derangement that makes kidney failure worse faster.  

Many people also eat so many carbs that their body sugars hold all the water they do drink stored in glycogen and unavailable for all their other cells, thus contributing to kidney damage, dark orange urine, dry mouth, mental fog, memory problems, difficulty concentrating, muscle cramps, muscle pain, joint pain & other inflammation problems.

Solution

Skip breakfast or dinner & go hungry

Drink more water, especially when you wake up for the day

Stop drinking water 4 hours before bedtime to reduce night time urinations

Reduce caffeine & alcohol intake, less is better, less often, lower doses, smaller servings, fewer servings

Radically cut back refined carbohydrates, sugar, starches and high glycemic index foods, sauces, sodas, fruit drinks, beer, wine, spirits, beverages, sweetened items or sources of blood sugar increases in your diet or foods that raise your blood sugar, eat less of those, less often, in smaller servings, more sparingly, fewer times per day, and replace those carbs starches with butter, lard, olive oil, nuts, seeds, fish & other sources of healthy fats like avocados.
