Device Repair Laws

Broke you phone & cant get a replacement screen for a reasonable price? What about a new back glass or replacing a faded battery? Apple guilty of blocking third party repairs, even going so far as serializing the parts inside their newest iPhones so you cant even swap the parts from two brand new iPhone 15's as one will say on the screen that the phone does not recognize the part even though it came from another identical phone, making unofficial repairs outside the apple store revenue trap model impossible.

Do I smell bribery & corruption with lobbying in Washington to pervert democracy by buying votes from congress & the senate to block Device Repair Laws from passing?

Device repair laws refer to regulations or legislation that govern the right to repair electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and other consumer electronics. These laws are designed to ensure that consumers have access to affordable repair services and that they are not forced to replace their devices unnecessarily.

Currently, there is a growing movement advocating for right to repair legislation in many countries around the world. This movement is focused on promoting laws that would require manufacturers to provide access to replacement parts, repair manuals, and diagnostic software to consumers and third-party repair shops.

Some states in the United States have already passed right to repair laws, such as Massachusetts and Vermont, which require automakers to provide diagnostic and repair information to independent repair shops. In 2021, the European Union also passed a right to repair law that requires manufacturers to make certain electronic devices, such as smartphones, more repairable and durable.

The right to repair movement has faced opposition from some manufacturers, who argue that allowing third-party repairs could compromise safety and security, and lead to substandard repairs. However, proponents argue that right to repair laws are essential for reducing electronic waste, promoting sustainability, and ensuring that consumers have the right to repair their own devices.

I am saying everyone should be able to easily repair their devices, smartphones, automobiles, tractors, their personal property, things they paid for with their hard-earned money that they own, private property. Hello? Why is the battery not user replaceable? What kind of sick maniacal evil whack job sealed the easy fading LiPo battery in my Apple Air Pods?

Thats E-trash or E-waste when the battery fades, throw away unethical immoral one use America dingle berry greedy maximize next quarters earnings no matter who it hurts or what it damages, the focus on money & maximizing profits, not doing what is morally right or ethical or fair or reasonable or common sense, its about blatant un-refrained, unregulated capitalism devolved into a plutocracy as the wealthiest 1% keep making even more money while the middle class being taxed out of existence paying for all the government debt spending of fallible inflation prone fiat currencies suffering from hyperinflation because life basis becoming more affordable as the consumer price index of toilet paper, food & fuel increase for people on fixed retirement incomes who cant afford these price increases, making it impossible for people starting a family to buy a house with rent prices rising to levels that frighten older people who hear what young people have to pay to rent a nearby apartment.

E-Waste one of the most toxic forms of waste created by people, often throwing away perfectly good electronics that just need a basic repair, like a battery replacement. What in God's holy name is wrong with these warped sickos in government & business that they think they have the right to block you from changing the battery in your smartphone or wireless earbuds?

What kind of unethical evil sicko glues a LiPo battery to the inside of a smartphone, full well knowing the charging circuit going to overcharge the LiPO battery in a way they know damages its ability to hold a charge so as to cause rapid degradation or capacity fading, like the air cooled batteries of a Nissan LEAF operated in a very hot location with hot arid weather like Phenix Arizona in the summer.

Luis Rossman on his Epic YouTube channel goes on & on describing the unethical, eco-toxic, greedy, immoral legal actions of Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Nvidia, AMD, IBM & other huge tech companies that do not want you to service the device you own outright, your personal property.

They want to lease you your smartphone with an abusive EULA and questionable carrier locking that you can ask them to unlock once you have paid off your phone lease payments and own your phone, which now after 2 years of overnight charging has a weak battery because no one told you that leaving your phone parked on the charger all night overcharges the battery & damages the battery, causing battery degradation, fading or loss of the ability to hold a charge, causing poor battery life to get worse faster as you keep your phone longer, such that the number one reason that people buy a new smartphone, because their old one had poor battery life.

Thats because it's getting harder to improve the SOC or chipsets in the smartphone with 5nm EUV & next gen High NA lithography at TSMC where Apple is their largest client. This gives Apple the ability to produce class leading SOC's for their iPhones, iPads & even their post-intel laptop & desktop M3, M4, M5, M6 & M7 chips, long after the M2 Pro becomes obsolete. They use a euphemism called lifecycle analytics when they really mean designed obsolescence.

Trading with China An Ongoing Mistake

Not just intellectual property theft or COVID19 viruses, I am talking about the CCP as the most unethical government in the world. I am saying its like going business with Satan. The CCP does not care about human life or protecting ecosystems from pollutions. In China the official march towards global political & economy domination about progress above any other motives. This means people are not valued in China, many are killed in dangerous workplaces without protections or just exposed to toxins or worse.

The CCP focuses on money creation, wealth, gold, excessive obsessive materialism on a grand historically unprecedented scale, as China contains many mega-cites with more than 90 million people & related horrendous unmatched traffic jams now that cars have become popular with Chinese people, who are also becoming fatter & sicker by eating American foods, see SAD or Standard American Diet & Preventable Diseases from Metabolic Derangement via following the Food Pyramid as the Federal Government in America gives lip service to the public or American citizens while the make back room dealings of ill repute with sickos from Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Agro-Chem, Big Food, Big Tobacco, Big Alcohol, Big Tech, the elite income earners have political representation, no you, job blow working member of the general public.

They don't care about us; these are the kinds of people who were regularly patronizing Jeffry Epstein's Island of Moral Decay / Look at defense or pentagon spending in the USA compared to what the government spends on services that benefit the general public! Waste & inefficiency mixed with mega-monopolies out of control like Amazon.com & its founder who control 1051 lobbyists & similar number of diplomats who own favors galore to those who paid for their political campaigns to get elected.

To improve the System on A Chip in the next generation smartphone, they cant just keep making the transistors smaller & more energy efficient. Even after silicon, which has not even made it to the 450mm boule wafer stage yet, so in 20 years, when we switch to post silicon semiconductors in chip fabrication for the reduction of electron leakage in super tiny atomic scale transistors that would have excessive cross talk if implemented in silicon, no matter how purified the silicon crystal or precise the lithography.

Lithography is a printing technique that involves creating an image on a flat surface, typically a metal or stone plate, and then transferring that image onto paper or another material. The image is created through a chemical process, typically involving the use of a photo-sensitive material that is exposed to light and then developed to create the image.

In modern lithography, the image is often created using a computer and then transferred to the printing plate using a laser or other digital technology. The printing plate is then coated with ink, which adheres to the image areas and is transferred onto the paper or other material when it is passed through a printing press.

Lithography is commonly used for printing posters, art prints, maps, and other high-quality reproductions. It is also used for printing books, packaging, and other commercial materials. Lithography allows for high-quality, detailed images and is particularly well-suited for printing in large quantities.

In addition to traditional lithography, there are also digital printing technologies that use similar techniques to create high-quality printed materials. These technologies include inkjet printing and toner-based printing, which use digital images and printing plates to produce high-quality prints.
