Polyunsaturated Unnatural Refined Cooking Oils Killing People with Heart Disease via Mitochondrial Disfunction

Did you know that the anti-diabetic drug Metformin works by improving mitochondrial function? In contrast the consumption of unnatural refined polyunsaturated oils reduces mitochondrial function.

Fighting industrial refined unnatural oil industry a hard issue because it generates $100 billion in sales of such easily oxidized refined processed unnatural industrial oils annually. Call it Big Veggie Oil, and like so many other big business, rife with corruption. 

Diet confusion abounds in America and other westernized nations. People not only eat the wrong things, they eat too much, in servings that are too large, too often during the day, never fast, do not drink enough water, get too little sleep and have chronic stress, anxiety, fear, and allergies. 

People Going Mad For Good Reasons

Americans are angry that the money keeps losing value (US dollar fiat inflation). They are upset that many good paying jobs have been lost to outsourcing (Made in China). They are frustrated by increasing food and fuel price (up 3X from 10 years ago) They are angry because of being lied to by the government (The Food Pyramid Lies) They feel that only big industries have political representation (Amazon.com + 1151 Lobbyists) They feel betrayed by government and big businesses or corporations (Foam Blowing Agents & Cancer) Most of them will not use illegal narcotics or street drugs to cope with these issues, instead they turn to the fridge and abuse ice cream or similar unhealthy foods of abuse. Thus so many Americans are obese or morbidly obese. I watched 1000lb Sister the TV show on TLC and saw what these ladies were eating daily (A large table covered in food) amazed that anyone could eat that much (~30,000 Calories daily) and moreover amazed at how they could operate a vehicle or take a shower one side at a time with a wand sprayer, kinda messy too. 

Unnatural Industrial Oil Warning 

Stop using refined cooking oils immediately and start using butter, olive oil, animal fat, lard, tallow, coconut oil, or ghee. Add nuts to your diet for fat, fiber & protein. Add seeds to your diet for fat, fiber and protein. Eat fungi or mushrooms packed with vitamins & nutrient. Eat fresh organic natural veggies raw or cooked. Eat natural organic fruits in small amounts to add flavor and joy to your diet, even dried fruits can make a nut mixture taste way better by brightening the taste. 

Healthy Oils to Cook With are Saturated Fats 

Beef tallow and lard and saturated fats in butter, ghee, lard, they are very resistant to oxidation. This is true while using these natural saturated fats for cooking, in mayonnaise, in sauces, to fry foods in, to pay fry with, to cook with in a wok, cast iron pan, or whatever, please use saturated fats for cooking, baking,  recipes, dinner, lunch, breakfast, or whenever you are cooking!

Healthy Fats 

The mono-unsaturated fats in nuts, seeds, and healthy oils are moderately resistant to oxidation. Eating fresh nuts, fresh seeds, fresh organic natural fruits and veggies and especially fermented veggies since they are great for gut health and most of these foods are high in fiber to reduce the blood sugar spike effects of eating them.

Cheap Industrial Cooking Oils are Toxic

The polyunsaturated cheap oils widely used in processed foods, in restaurants, in cooking at home, oxidizes very easily and makes people sick with arterial plague from eating rancid lips or oxidized omega 6 fats. They make 4HNE in the body, a toxic neurotoxin implicated as the causal basis of Alzheimers disease, dementia, mental fog, brain farts, food hangovers & feeling unable to concentrate for no reason, probably also a basis for ADD and ADHD in children.

The single best nutrition advice for Adults, skip a meal and drink more water to stay hydrated! I skip breakfast normally, drinking only black coffee and or black tea, water, NMN and vitamins. I wake up naturally around 4am or sleep into 5:30am on days off :)

Understand Why Common Cooking Oils Harm Your Body

Oils that oxidize easily when heated during cooking (polyunsaturated) also oxidize in the body, causing mitochondrial membrane disfunction that impairs ATP synthesis, causing people affected negatively by polyunsaturated oil consumed in their diet to feel tired, spaced out & finding it difficult to focus or concentrate. This causes vehicle accidents, accidents with the wrong drugs in hospitals, surgical instruments left behind in patients after a surgery and other workplace accidents that are made worse by the long shifts people at hospitals are forced to work by the 24/7 uptime of such facilities. 

Acrylamide Toxic and in Common Fried Foods

Frying foods in polyunsaturated oils, like sunflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil, flaxseed oil, walnut oil, fish oils, and canola oil almost like cooking your food in pesticide since sugars, carbs and starches fried in this natural oils form acrylamide, a toxic polymer formed when sugars, carbs & starches are deep dried in polyunsaturated easily oxidized oils. 

Vegan Diet Confusion Unhealthy 

One of the main problems with meat free hamburger patties is that they replace the healthy saturated beef fat with toxic veggie oils that have gone through many high temperature industrial processing stages, and are also one of the main ultra processed completely unnatural foods that people regularly consume unwittingly in excess. 

Industrial Western Processed Food 

Americans eat nearly 700 calories of refined ultra processed unnatural veggies oils daily, mostly in boxed and bagged or packaged food they purchase. 

Sadly, many people cook with Crisco hydrogenated cotton seed oil. Cotton is sprayed with more than 20 synthetic pesticides that are also oil soluble and end up in the cotton seed oil that is reacted with hydrogen to make Crisco. Does that sound appetizing, cooking your food in multiple types of peptide residue thats been reacted with hydrogen gas. That sounds more like a carcinogenic chemical weapon than a food substance to me. 

Possible Ulterior Motives

Perhaps all these artificial colors, artificial flavors, synthetic food additives, perhaps there exists sickos who are deliberately slowly poisoning everyone to reduce fertility and cause the feminization of men. I am not coming down on anyone and support the fair treatment of all people, of all genders, of all sexual orientations, gender questioning, gender confusion, transgender, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and straight or heterosexual. 

I am only calling out toxic polyunsaturated oils used widely to cook human food as the smoking gun in the heart disease epidemic happening right now in America and elsewhere around the world where western diets of diseases of civilization are becoming popular replacements of the traditional indigenous diets from the past. 

Thus even many children in China are now morbidly obese, thanks largely to the widespread adoption of new western industrial polyunsaturated unnatural refined oils into their diets now.
