What does Dr Gundry recommend for weight loss? I am physically Fit & thin at 40 :)

The former cardiac surgeon argues that by eliminating lectins (found in nightshades, grains and dairy, amongst other foods), you can lower inflammation, lose weight and boost your wellness. He even credits the diet with curing his arthritis, high blood pressure and migraines, while he shed 70 pounds in the process.

Black Coffee (or with MCT from Coconut Added) also known as "Bullet Proof Coffee"

Black skinned berries, fruit & spices rich in polyphenols

Bottle of water 32oz or 40z, cleaned & refilled daily to help you stay hydrated!

Believing in yourself, forgiving yourself & others. Having a happy, thankfulness & appreciation focus mind of self control

Blending out added sugars from your diet, phasing out sugar, it can be very addictive & hard to go cold turkey & stop at once. Few people on the keto diet stick to it, because it's hard to eat that much fat & carbs are enjoyable because they cause brain fireworks in our neurochemistry. The real trick was interval fasting for 12+ hours per day or One Meal Per Day OMPD (Big lunch)(Small snack for dinner)(skip breakfast)

I have black coffee at 4:30am & go to bed when I pass out around 6-9 pm depending on the day!

I take supplements & vitamins with lunch at 9-1pm. I might have a small meal when I get home from work at 6-7 pm since I have to brush & floss my teeth & get ready for bed shortly after getting home.

I like walks, playing tennis, snowboarding, hiking, bicycle riding, scooter riding, motorcycle riding & being outside & moving around more & staying active during the day. I also do burst HIIT exercises & weight training of my muscle groups. 3 sets of 8 reps, alternating daily with 2 days off per week :)

Forgetting a powerful metal process because our eyes & ears take in a lot of information daily. All that information would fill our 86 billion brain neurons in just 100 hours or so of wakefulness.

Dreaming in REM a full on in brain hallucination that everyone experiences related to what they have been thinking about & feeling for the last few months. This is why Wim Hoff says people get 'High on their own supply" referring to our waking reality as a Hallucination like that excellent TED talk by Anil Seth about how we "Hallucinate our Sense of reality, in working memory"

Forgiveness a kind of willful focused forgetting, to let go of mistakes that you have made or that others have made against you. Remember we are not our mistakes as people. No one is perfect. Focus on self improvement & being humble & polite & fair & balanced & focus on thankfulness & appreciation. I promise if you do, you will enjoy your finite time alive a lot more.
