Industrialization Makes Human Populations More Eco-toxic

As living standards increase, so does wealth creation, the diffusion of wealthy into a benefitting population who then spends more money, on single family homes with two car garages in suburban neighborhoods with running water, natural gas, electricity, high speed internet, 2+ cars & other engine powered lawn and garden equipment, sheds, tools, snow blowers or pressure washers, some are electric or battery electric now, but many are not, such as chainsaws or weed whackers or common lawn mowers.

Electronics Obsession : Information Furniture

Inside an American home we find high end computers, networking equipment such as broadband modems and wifi routers with MIMO antenna arrays and signal diversity or beam steering to devices such as laptops, tablet computers or smartphones, smart watches or smart rings, but also desktop computers, gaming consoles, smart TV flat panel monitors that stream content, microwave ovens, dishwashers, clothing washers, clothing dryers, ovens, stoves, usually electric appliances like vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning robots or any of many kinds of special appliances like an espresso machine or specialized espresso grinder.

Automotive Obsession : SUV craze lower MPG + roll over hazard

Cars are the only practical time effective way of getting around most American cities, so if you work you virtually have to own a car, truck or SUV to drive too and from work, the store, to drop your kids off at school or make a Costco trip getting a large load of stuff at once.

Inside the American Single Family Home Garage you find multiple nice bicycles in aluminum or carbon fiber or titanium, hybrid electric cars, battery electric cars and wall installed L2 chargers, E-bikes, electric kick scooters, yard toys like mini Tesla EV's for the children or toy jeeps that run on a small AGM 12V or 24V battery pack and chain or direct drive brushed DC motor with lights and horn beeper, open cabin for fair weather riding in the yard, often covered by closely cut green grass. This is known as the 6.5KW continual lifestyle, or being middle class.

Clothing Obsession : Looking Your Best + Makeup or Cosmetics

Add in an ever evolving cascade of clothing from fast fashion, a collection of firearms and ammo, a wrist watch collection or similar obsessive set of specialized devices like my home freeze dryer or laser engraver or 3D printer :) It takes a lot of resources, a lot of fuel, materials, energy, time and money that other people have invested or are spending to make such a life possible, especially now that housing is so expensive. Shoe collections. Purse collections. Jewelry collections. Say celebrity "Cribs", the lifestyle of the rich and famous, but can you buy love, friendship or family that loves you? Does fancier stuff make a happier life?

Unhealthy Diet Diseases : Cheaper Faster Easier & Tastier vis Bliss Point UPF engineering

This kind of Modern American Life also jam packed with unhealthy UPF or ultra processed foods like Oreo cookies, made in ways that are impractical to reproduce in a home kitchen using normal household pantry ingredients. If it comes in a colorful bag or box and has more than 5 ingredients and at least one ingredient that is hard to read or pronounce, that is an ultra processed food. All the real traditional food is perishable and located around the outside edge or border of the grocery store or supermarket. Americans are not only hyper selfish or self centered or vain and shallow, they are also very unhealthy after the age of 30 due to the unhealthy SAD or standard American diet composed of up to 73% UPF junk foods proven to caused metabolic disease though high blood sugar levels from eating modified starches that become elevated blood sugar fast after you eat them. Artificial colors are not healthy to eat and are not real food.

Say Chasing the Joneses, Vain Materialism, Fancy Luxury Nicer Upgraded Stuff

I assure you that this kind of blind materialism does not itself create happiness, instead it creates an endless hedonistic treadmill of purchases, always buying new things in an upgrade lifestyle, such that people increase their spending as they increase their income. I have a cousin in law surgeon who makes more than half a million per year and has no money left over at the end of each month because he spends nearly all the money he makes.

From Direct Pay Deposit to the Next One

In this way many upper middle class Americans are actually poor in the sense that they do not have a lot of liquid capital to flex and are mortgages to the limit with huge monthly expenses that become disastrous if the primary income earner dies or has a major medical problem, because in America as medical disorder can turn into bankruptcy though insane medical bills, since America is the only wealthy country in the world to not provide citizens with universal healthcare!
