Mindfullness & Meditation

Taking your minds focus to a place of peaceful tranquility by deliberately sitting quietly & focusing on a positive edifying healing restorative kind loving or other uplifting ideas. How can you ever have time if you never take a little time to take care of your mind ? Mental & emotional health are part of your overall health & you need to have some personal time to reflect & or meditate & process whats going on in your life & where you are heading as a person, who you are becoming with the choices you are making every moment of every day.

Transcendental meditation involves blanking your mind to a state of inner silence to a state of supreme intellectual freedom where your brain goes into 100% automatic inspirational creativity mode via the default neural network DMN or your subconscious where the real motivations behind your actions originate, core or base desires & ambitions or drives & passions & what you really want deep down, more love in your life, & what you really like the most, other people you love & animals & yourself & nature, & what you really don't care about much, things you buy yourself that you realize you didn't really want or need sometime later when post purchasing buyers remorse sets in long after the appropriate or acceptable return window has eclipsed. 

Mindfulness meditations involves reminding yourself of things you really like & appreciate in life, your friends & family or your faith or spirituality or your favorite place or food or thing or activity or practice. I really enjoy my morning coffee, silent & calm, the rich intense flavors black coffee with nothing added to it, though at times I put 1 or 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in to soften the flavor of the darker roasted variety of coffee // I like to think of my lovely wife Megan & my dog Mocha & my friends & family & new coworkers & old coworkers & other people I really love & appreciate like relatives that are still alive & some that are sadly dead & no longer available to interact with. 

Thats all for now, I am out of time & must leave to go to work where I am training to become a school bus driver :) As a scientist this might seem like an odd carrier choice, but its the nicer mentally health work environment where the customers are more kind & where my coworkers are polite & friendly that I really wanted. I also always wanted to drive a large commercial vehicle & the high skill level & constant focus shifting required & extreme precision & safety while driving will push my skills & help me to improve my executive function & motor control neurons to become a higher functioning version of myself to perform flawlessly as much as possible while entrusted with providing safe transportation for other peoples priceless children to & from school. I believe children are priceless for several reason, mostly because they are the future of our civilization as people on planet Earth. We are all in this life together & we teach children to play fair & nice & I want to back port those ideals to my conduct as an adult interacting with other people, with a fair healthy well balanced mindset, well controlled & continually optimized to be brighter & higher functioning, especially with greater social skills & social intelligence when interacting with students or their parents & other staff or faculty of the School District :)
