They create positive brand ideology like those exceptional fridges made by Sunfrost or exceptional clothing washers & dryers made by SpeedQueen. So many other companies sell products that are designed to fail quickly, designed obsolesce. Zippo a notable example of a company that sells a reliable product, a lighter, that comes with a lifetime warranty & good warranty support, made in America & fixed in America & made by Americans by an American Company. America special as a newer country because it paired with the UK & Scotland after WWII to commercialize inventions created in all three countries. This created radical wealthy & prosperity & helped the US economy peak in the late 1960's, during the Saturn 5 rocket & Moon Landing programs at NASA.

Look at how Toyota the only company that can finish building cars because they kept a back stock or inventory supply of chipsets, something Toyota does not make, so they keep a 3 year buffer, especially because the chips are small & cars do not require the bleeding edge chips of new smartphones.
Unfair Global Competition
Globalization created hard targets, forcing people in Europe & America to compete against a huge pool of cheap labor in lower operating costs countries with multiple advantages like the FEZ's in China. Some unethical countries like the PRC run by the CCP, create unfair competition, currency manipulation & any other cheating special advantage they can think of to create an absolute & comparative advantage for manufacturing. Then they clone & copy everything made in China & sell knock off's or fake products that are lower quality than the originals.
Educating Citizens to Creative Entrepreneurs who Create Jobs & Products & Services that Sell Well Worldwide / How to Create an Economy with Stabile Institutions & Law & Order
People have to have knowledge & skills to do anything. People are more willing to take business risks if they feel like infrastructure stabile & reliable & that law & order will protect their business from unfair harm, crime or corruption, to some extent to minimize unnecessary risk or controllable risks. Education important because it gives people skills & knowledge to enable some people to become super high functioning leaders & developers & inventors & doctors & nurses & other healthcare workers & police fire & truckers & construction workers & designers & artists, a mix of people to make a diverse & thriving economy with lots of small businesses & corresponding large middle class!
