Anti-Lawn Movement Growing

Save money and time while also improving the environment & encouraging the health of bees & other local pollinators with local native wildflowers planted in the lawn area of yards.

Mowing, edging, weeding, watering, lawns are so resource intensive that there is a book called Lawn People where the author describes the insanity of "Green front lawn culture in the USA" Many people spend many hundreds and some thousands of dollars maintaining lawns near their homes. In water stressed areas of the American Southwest, in Nevada & Arizona for example, xeriscaping with waterless yard features that do not require watering a popular way to decorate home yards without lawns.

People often spread artificial herbicide, artificial pesticides, rodenticides, synthetic fertilizers and other questionable chemicals that are toxic to human health, aquatic organisms, soil microbes, beneficial insects like bees & generally are not safe for pets as these chemicals get on the dog or cats paws & then when they lick clean their paws it ends up getting into their bodies.

Runoff of synthetic toxins applied to lawns ends up in streams, lakes, rivers, eventually even the oceans. The Water Cycle on Earth taught to small children, so why do adults not apply this knowledge? Money talks and healthy ideologies walk, because many people are unwittingly serving the kingdom of hell. Most people do not even realize they are serving Satan or demons by idolatry of money & wealth.

Everything in this life is temporary, subject to change, entropy, chaos, weather & natural hazards & disasters. Nothing is safe from ruin, damage, corrosion, UV damage, wind damage, storm damage, even the strongest buildings made by human technology eventually break down by erosion over long periods of time.

Rainwater lightly acidic now because of carbon combustion emissions that mix with rain water to form dilute nitric & sulfuric acid as acid rain components. Even CO2 emitted mixes with rain water to form carbonic acid, acids that attack concrete, steel, iron and other rocks, bricks, masonry, roofing, siding, foundation, wiring, vehicles & other infrastructure / air pollution increases the corrosion of everything in the biosphere of Earth by acetifying rainwater.
