This is about reprogramming your mind to be less negative, more positive, feeling energized and enabled to make health lifestyle choices, choosing healthy foods, more water, less junk food, smaller servings, more exercise, tapping in the power of your mind to enable the creation of positive changes & complete weight loss success with a combination of drinking enough water & getting enough physical activity to keep your metabolic rate high enough to live in a slender fit polished body thats physically & mentally strong, casting down all negative thoughts, focused on relaxing, fitness, healthy food servings, healthy water, holding a positive attitude of gratitude. In Italics, take a mental journey, reading it into your mind to unlock the ability to live more fully in the game of life with a fit trim body thats strong & physically tight & good looking, a healthy body, by chewing food more and slowly, with smaller servings of food, with water as your favorite beverage. 


Planning a lifetime of weight loss success

Hello, today this journey into your other than conscious mind, is going to help you to plan, program & produce results in your life, that will have you thinking, acting, and responding as a naturally thin person, forever, permanently, without thought

Take in a deep breath,

Let that breath out with a sigh

Your eyes should be comfortably closed

Allowing my voice to be positioned between the left & right side of the brain

From there, I'm going to guide you on a journey to planning, programming, and producing results

So first of all, imagine in your minds eye, that you are the script writer

That you can write the script for the next 24 hours of your life

That you can think, act, and respond as a naturally thin person, and enjoy it

Imagine all the things that you enjoy in life, outside of food

Your going to allow food to become less & less important

Its just something that you do, three times per day, in adequate amounts, especially for you, adequate amounts of fat, fiber & protein

Your inner mind is learning to synchronize, to organize, and to utilize all the information that your learning

Some of that information that your learning though the relaxation response

Your learning that interaction with life are much better when you are relaxed and comfortable

Some of the information your learning from classes, or books that your reading

Even now your other than conscious mind is absorbing information 

Information about the future

Your inner mind is always planning, programming, and producing a result

Your goal today, is to produce a result which equals what you want

A healthy, strong, and vibrant body

So breathe into your body the thoughts of health, harmony, and vitality

Breathe out of your body any stress, or tension, or anxiety, just let those go

There is no longer any space, or any place, or any room for negative thinking

I say to you now, negative thoughts, negative beliefs, negative ideas will have any effect over you at this or any other level 

Your inner mind is doing some mental house cleaning 

If you have a negative thought, if a negative concept, if a negative belief should enter your mind at any point or time during this or the awakened states of consciousness, instantly you will mentally see a big red stop sign, the thoughts stop. Stop thinking of the past, and begin planning, programming & producing results in the future, awakening each morning with the idea that you write the script

Today is your day, filled with the discovery of you, so as you discover a deeper level of relaxation, become aware of the facial muscles and tendons, imagine in your minds eye that every muscle, every ligament, every tendon of the body is going loose, limp and completely relaxed, as you place your attention on it. 

Your allowing blood flow, to move through the body, releasing even the most built in stress, stress that might has started the moment your were born. 

Your going to let go of the inner thoughts of conflict and struggle, one day at a time, you can accomplish your loftiest goal, so imagine though this experience, the deeper your relax, the more focused, the more polished you will become upon awakening

You are programming into your life, like a computer programmer with new skills, new resources, new abilities

It starts first with a thought and then upon awakening, it will become a thing

So imagine now the neck & shoulders relaxing

Imagine in your minds eye, that your inner mind is releasing hidden stress, any of the strain, any of the confusion about your body, this is after all, your body, built by the foods that you have consumed, the water that you drank, and most importantly, the attitude you hold in consciousness

Today, your developing an attitude of gratitude, that your body has performed perfectly, given what its been through since the moment you were conceived

So imagine in your minds eye that your taking back control

First, your taking back emotional control

You will no longer eat out of emotion

You realize the truth, its not always what you eat, but what is eating you

So today your going to forgive, your going to forget, your going to move on

One day at a time, your going to allow everyone that you know, everyone that you will meet, to all play the game of life more fully, to play it more completely

Imagining in your minds eye that everything seen & unseen is supporting you in weight loss success 

Your building an optimistic positive thinking, such optimistic positive thinking that when you set down to consume food you will recognize the food as the energy that your body will use to transform into a slender healthy vibrant body 

So as you chew the food slowly, enjoying it completely, you eat only that amount

Adequate amounts of food so that you remain healthy, strong, and vibrant

Water will continue to be your favorite drink, 8 to 10 glassed of water per day, 

In fact the more water you consume, the healthier you will become

So you will consume plenty of water

Feel the flow of relaxation now down through the arms, releasing any stress or tension you might have felt from time to time in the arms to the finger tips, notice the slight pulsation at the tips of your fingers 

Each time that you close your eyes, with the intention of going into hypnosis, you notice yourself going just a little bit further, deeper into the inside

Each time your noticing the magic of your mind working with the total intelligence of your body

It is after all the intelligence of your mind that is working the intelligence of your body

You place food into your body, healthy, vibrant food, that your body transforms that food into healthy, strong, and positive way into your body. 

So notice, the simple action of breathing

Even though we started moments ago

You continue to breathe in deeply

You continue to breathe out completely

At times this is done consciously

Most of the time it is done unconsciously in the same way the new behaviors, the new patterns, the new attitudes will be formed

At times these will be done consciously, when sitting at a restaurant ordering food, you will consciously choose the healthiest foods available on the menu, and you will do so with your conscious mind and your other than conscious mind will support you by eliminating any need, want or desire, for the junk food of the past, it will be gone from your mind, gone from your thoughts, gone from your awareness

And if by chance, the thought of consuming junk food should enter your mind, instantly a big red stop sign should enter into your mind, the thoughts stop, thinking of the past will enter your awareness and begin planning a lifetime of weight loss success

It starts first with a thought, and then becomes a thing 

So the moment a negative thought enters your mind, you will immediately stop that thought and begin to think 3 positive dynamic thoughts about yourself. It could be the thought of drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, and how good & healthy that is for your body. It could be the thought of slowing down the eating process and enjoying the smell & the taste of each bite of food

After all, apatite is of the mind, 

True hunger is of the body

It could be simply the thought of building a positive loving relationship with your body

This is after all, your body

Built by the foods that you consume, the water that your drank, and the attitude that your hold in consciousness. 

Your goal today is to build such a positive optimistic attitude about your future that you will plan a lifetime of weightless success

So as the days of your mind drift into weeks, and the weeks into months, and from time to time, your mind will wander, you will always return back too your breathing, breathing in deeply, and breathing out completely, know that while your minds away, you other than conscious mind is speeding up the natural metabolic rate of the body, your body is speeding up because you eating adequate amounts of fats, fiber & protein

Your learning to think, act & respond as if you will remain at your healthy natural weight forever, permanently, throughout the rest of your life

Your finding in the evening, as your moving through the evening hours, after your dinner meal, that if the thought of a snack food or junk food or anything at all that is counter productive to your weight loss  success should enter your mind, instantly, automatically, without question, a big red stop sign will enter into your mind, instantly the word STOP will enter into your awareness. 

You will continue the process, stop thinking of the past, and begin thinking of the present as well as the future. It's not for you, it's for your body. Your desire is to live in a healthy, strong & vibrant body

So your planning, programming, and producing a life where weight loss is a success 

Your going to manage your weight, with such health thoughts, with such health attitudes, that the days will transform into weeks, and the weeks into months, and the months into years, and your weight loss success will be as natural to you as your name. 

Tune in now to your heartbeat. Journey deep inside with your mind, and notice the rhythmic natural action of your heart, at the core of every heartbeat success 

So imagine tuning in to the same motivation, the same determination, the same desire your heart has. Your heart beats over 86,000 times per day, it is controlled by an intelligence far greater than your conscious mind, it is controlled by motivation, determination, and desire beyond the realm of your conscious comprehension. 

I mention your heart as well as your breathing processes, because they are both controlled by the other than conscious part of your mind, thats the part of your mind that I want you to listen too, become a part of, and then use during sleep, in the deepest realm of sleep your going to make a review of your day, and in the review of your day without shame, without guilt, without any resentment, your going to replay your day, measuring the amount of food that you consumed, becoming completely and totally honest with yourself during the deepest realms of sleep, your going to program, plan and produce a life where weight loss is a success. 

Your building your body, one meal at a time, your building your life, one day a time 

So one encounter at a time your going to succeed, in every day in every way, your getting better, better better and better than the day before

So this success frequency will become yours upon awakening

Notice now the rippling relaxation response as you move from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet

Notice any part of your body thats feeling stress or strain or confusion or any discomfort, at this time imagine that part of your body going loose, comfortably limp, and completely relaxed

Imagine that part of your body being flooding with relaxing blood flow

Imagine a awakening in the morning to come with an energy vitality 

Imagine that energy, so organizing your life that you find the time, you build the desire for exercise

Now that exercise for you could be as simple as taking a walk, and monitoring your breathing in deeply, and breathing out completely, moving the wonderful lymphatic system

It could be as a natural to you as jumping on a mini-tramp

It could be physical resistance or weight training 

Whatever type of exercise your choose, from playing golf to playing tennis, to going for a comfortable walk, its totally up to you, the main thing here is to plan your life where exercise becomes more and more important to you

Your building a strong body

You are developing a healthy mind

And because your planning a lifetime of weight loss success its a part of your day to day life experience 

Every day in every way your desire for exercise will increase to a healthy amount for you 

knowing that 3 times per week is good 

That 4 times per week is better

That 5 times a week is excellent 

So only you know, the times & the places for exercise for you, one day a time

As you plan the next 24 hours of your life, imagine the meals you will consume, 

Imagine the sensation & feeling after each meal, become very aware, very conscious of the sensation & feeling of full for you, looking down at the food that remains, knowing that its not for you, but it is for your body, that you are planning a lifetime of weight loss success. 

And after all, you will be living in your body upon awakening, so you are planning a lifetime of weight loss success, accepting, using, and benefiting from the positive suggestions 

Imagine in your minds eye the most convenient places to drink water 

And in your minds eye as you visualize, realize the consumption of water, you can perhaps imagine 16 to 20 different places where you consume water, with your mind in perfect harmony 

All the days to become weeks now

Imagine in your minds eye the next week of your life 

Given the fact that you can live your life one day a time 

Imagining the people that you will see

The conversations that you will have

The discoveries you will make

But most importantly notice how your working in all the little things into your life that are going to make the biggest difference upon awakening

Your working in exercise 

Your working in the consumption of water

Your working in the right foods at any meal 

Your eating adequate protein at each meal that its stimulating natural fat burning 

And as your drift off into sleep, you are working into your mind the thought of self hypnosis

Your eyes of comfortably closed

Your breathing is deep and rhythmic 

You recognize that with or without a hypnotic process, you are now practice self hypnosis

You have done everything that you needed to do 

You said yes when it was appropriate when it was healthy vibrant foods or exercise

You have said no to dead & devitalized foods, negative people, events & situations

You have moved with the flow of life one day at a time proving upon yourself, improving every skill, every ability, every resource that you have ever dreamed possible, and its one year from today

You can be wherever you want to be

You can do whatever it is you want to be doing 

But most importantly you will be there relaxing, thinking back over the previous year, in how you planned, programmed, and produced weight loss success

When you next hear my voice you will go 10 times deeper into thoughts about your results, one day a time, my voice will only cause you to go deeper 

Each time your close your eyes with the intention of going into hypnosis, your going to find yourself going just a little bit deeper, you are learning to use the power & resources of your own mind, which are enormous. And each time you will tap into and release more of your minds potential

I am professional WISE certified Level 2 Device Repair Technician & consider the repair of this iPod nano - lacking feasibility, exceedingly tedious, with tiny fragile old ribbon cables that rip if you look at them the wrong way or apply a mouse fart too much tension, where they rip like wet toilet paper, rendering the entire device a brick of e-waste easily if you do take enormous amounts of precious focused caring effort to gently pry it apart, using a heat gun to loosen adhesives, sharp technical screw drivers, metallic spudger,& an anti-static electronic soldering iron to unsolder the 3 trough hold ribbon cable battery connector pads from the logic board, where if you put 3 nana-watts too much thermal energy while unsoldering or soldering the new battery connector, it will damage the fragile battery connector ribbon cable or board logic rendering the 5th Generation iPod Nano destroyed or bricked into e-waste that hard or impractical to recycle properly. I am an evangelical Christian follower of Christ Jesus & doer of the Holy Word about Christian Conduct as described in the Bible, but find this content to be highly amusing because of the new age worldly secular pseudoscientific babble that follows.
