Vegetable Oil Omega 6 inflammation Vioxx Debacle

 On this blog I often post about how diseases of civilization are dietary in nature, such that they are largely happening because of people eating foods made with ultra processing that no one does at home, then shelf life enhancing chemicals + artificial colors & flavors are added to the bland tasteless dehydrated industrial modified starch extracted from GMO soy or GMO wheat, then trans fats form when the Vegetable Oil added & heated in the UPF, because Omega 6 oxidizes easily when heated forming trans fats that harden & narrow arteries & veins faster along with AGE or advanced glycation end products. 

VIOXX was miracle as an anti-inflammatory drug with unmatched efficacy, but killed a lot of people with heart disease, as it would erode their mitral valves between the ventricle & atrium of the heart, reducing the ejection fraction, causing loss of blood oxygen saturation, hypoxia, cell death, diseases, then early death. What makes Merck Evil is that they knew about VIOXX heart valve toxicity problems 5 years before selling VIOXX to millions of people, causing hundreds of thousands of victims to die sooner from VIOXX toxicity problems. The US Pharmaceutical industry has a long history of selling the public dangerous prescription drugs, like the Perdue opioid debacle, that is now killing young people with Fentanyl poisoning deaths. 

Bliss point engineering means industrial food ultra processing GMO powders flavored & colored artificially have excess sugar, salt & trans fats added by means of hydrogenated cottonseed oil containing residues dissolved in the oil of oil soluble ag chemicals added to industrial farm crops to control pests, weeds, insects or fungi, but those same ag chemicals are analogs to drugs of abuse & chemical weapons, & soil at these industrial farms becoming a dust bowl of dead dry tan colored sand rocks dirt that blows away in wind & washes away in the rain.

Camp Lejune management was dumping used dirty dry-cleaning chemicals into the water supply of tens of thousands of people, many of whom developed deadly diseases from exposure to these poisons in their water supply. 

Washington Works owned by DuPont released PFAS any of 10,000 different, as industrial waste foam into rivers proving water for drink & farm use, which was causing the farm animals to get very ill and die quickly. On the History Channel it was shown that a man was oiling roads with waste oil obtained from nearby factories, but a change causes dioxins to be loaded into his oiling truck, which he then used to oil a horse arena to keep dust down, but it caused the horses to get sick & die quickly. 

Most doctors are vividly well aware that industrial pollution causes diseases. CO or carbon monoxide, that attaches to red blood cells instead of oxygen, CO bonds to blood cells stronger than Oxygen, which is why breathing CO indoors can become fatal, as many generators feature CO warning labels. I would think the nasty exhaust smell of a small backup generator & noise of the emitted exhaust would be enough to scare someone away from running a backup generator inside their house during a winter storm power outage. 

As a kid & teen on the local TV news I always saw stories of people in apartments dying of CO poisoning because a winter storm caused a longer duration power outage, so they run a gasoline fueled backup generator inside their home to make electricity during the power outage, then fall asleep & die of CO poisoning. Oxides of nitrogen are also gas pollution poisons, like nitrogen dioxide or NO2, an orange brown gas formed during combustion of gasoline, diesel, coal, wood, biofuels, because air 80% nitrogen, the hot combustion combines some Oxygen with Nitrogen instead of just oxidizing carbon to water vapor & CO2 as would happen in unrealistic ideal combustion conditions that seem to never happen in the real world. 

I have a very quiet Honda EU 2000 low noise 46 decibels exhaust, pull start air cooled carburetor inverted generator of 1600watts nominal and 2000 watts peak for 30 seconds, that sips stabilized gasoline regular unleaded ethanol free straight or pure gasoline that I get at The Grange in a sealed push button dispensing 10 L or 2.5 Gal polymer red colored gas can, that I fill the generator with. I keep it topped off with fuel to minimize air & moisture above the fuel top fill line in the fuel tank when cap is screwed down there is almost no air gap, its fully full of fuel when I cool it down, wrap in its OEM COVER & then a giant plastic bag & store it in the shipping box with fuel & oil ready to go active standby, then pull it out every couple months & run it for 30 min to keep fresh fuel topped off, check the oil, change the engine oil, inspect & test the generator, and do so outside at the edge of my covered patio where the exhaust pointed outward so it blows away from the patio, otherwise the patio would stink of exhaust that is unhealthy or toxic to breath. Enter why stop & go traffic congestion exposes commuters to unhealthy tailpipe emissions of similar smelly toxic substances known as air pollution. 

During a recent crazy windstorm power outage for 8 days, internet out for 10 days, I ran this EU2000 generator for 16 hours per day in ECO mode, operating at the edge of the Patio, I used a 25 foot outdoor 12/3 cable with neon glow head to move the generator power inside through a gap in the patio slider taped over on both sides of the gap with white waterproof duct tape to keep the cold air & exhaust gas outside, then used the power to run our Fridge and when the Fridge not running, I was using the power to run a 1500 watt electric space heater, back and forth all day with not much to do other than use our butane camping stove to make hot water & tea, or propane refill of such to run the camping stove to cook eggs & soup & stew, to cook food for breakfast or lunch or dinner. 

We have a battery backup power generator of 512 watt hour & additional 512 watt hour LFP that plugs into for a 1kWh indoor power system that was able to run our LED TV & Blue-Ray player to play movies for moral enjoyment. Known online as Battery Generators and are available at many capacities & prices points, stick to longer lasting Lithium Iron Phosphate battery generators with pure sinewave inverters & clean low noise power to energize electronics. 

You can buy a large 12 volt LFP & plug it into the back of the battery generator with an adapter cable, so it feeds its power into the battery generator to extend your capacity more cheaply than buying a much more expensive larger capacity generator. If you have to move this kit, one person can grab the larger LFP battery & its cable to connect, then the other person can grab the Battery Generator & charging cable bag. In this way you can split up the heavy lifting to go mobile & we do that when camping or glamping. 

Remember that intelligence & common sense are both on a spectrum. I find it annoy to remove idiot labels from power cables or extension cables & recently wrote a post about how schools should be teaching basic stem about how extension cables move power & how to safely use an extension cable, or size the wire size of the cable to the wattage of the loads applied by looking at the power wattage on the information sticker of the device they are plugging in with the extension cable to make sure the cable can carry enough wattage for the appliance or machine or tolls or space heater or vacuum or pump or similar electronics. Power consumption can often be found in the user manual of a device by looking up its model number & finding the manual as a PDF online that you can download & read on smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. 

You Never Have to Do It

 You are free to reject any thought that comes into your mind, especially negative thoughts since applying them to choices can result in bad outcomes. Everyone knows in their heart that hurting other people wrong because everyone has an intrinsic sense of right & wrong. Even babies can tell the different between a relatively good & relatively bad person. 

What makes a bad person? Bad things happen to them during their life, they take it personally, refuse to forgive, hold onto bitterness & anger from being neglected, rejected, abused or hurt by someone else, especially if it was their worldly mother or father from whom their DNA inherited. Often people are corrupted by bad company, spending time with unsavory people who teach them criminal acts are ok, how to use their cleverness to get high or take advantage of others with home invasions or break-ins or thefts of vehicles or valuable goods or bank robberies also usually with handheld weapons like machine guns obtained illegally in grey or black market cash transactions that no government will ever be able to stop or regulate effectively because criminals by definition do not obey the law. 

Gun Control laws tend to strip law abiding citizens of gun rights enshrined in the Second Amendment of the US constitution for example. Armed robbery, mass murder spree, high school & middle shoot shootings, these are all symptoms of an increasing mental illness epidemic & cultural decay spreading & increasing in the USA. Criminals in America do not care about new gun control laws or clip size restrictions or assault weapons bans.

America exists as a global military industrial complex where trillions of dollars exchanged at the highest levels of government for special favors given to global monopolies like AT&T or Amazon as examples who have many lobbyists working in Washington DC to buy favor from Senators & Congressman. Existing widespread & widely known about bribery & corruption effectively Crony Capitalism in a Plutocracy & most people understand it stopped being a True Democracy in 1973 when the evil sicko in the Oval Office took the US Dollar off the Gold Standard. 

Giving a person deadly power in their hand requires that person to execute incredible self-control to not use the pistol to steal from others who have more money. As class disparity increases in America you are going to see more have nots using guns to take from the haves, as bitterness of class disparity & the shrinking middle class leaves increasing numbers of people in America with no vertical class mobility, stuck being increasingly poor as the US dollar continues its perpetual decline of value as a fake fiat currency with negative global fallout as result of how other nations have used the US dollar as a reserve such as in Nigeria where they pay for dried fish from Norway using US Dollars because the Nigerian currency even weaker & more volatile. 

Look at how armed rebels holding fully automatic machine gun AK47's enslave local children to do primitive dangerous hand mining of cobalt in narrow holes in the ground, cobalt in everyone's smartphone & battery electric vehicle, yes you should feel guilty that your smartphone battery contains conflict cobalt that funds child slavery in the Democratic Republic of Congo or DRC. Apple & Samsung and other OEM's & their battery supplies are guilty of securing child slave mined cobalt to use in the cathode materials of mass produces lithium-ion batteries of many kinds. Shame on people for funding child slavery in 2025, there are cobalt minerals to mine in other countries that do not result in child slave labor. 

Safer Driving Cars Car Driving With Safety Focus Automotive Safety Assist Technologies, Tires Traction Braking, As a driver, you are the Most Important "Nut" to Tighten

 Not everyone an automotive mechanic able to fix or repair or maintain cars, but in America or the USA where I live a car, truck or SUV about the only practical way of getting around. Public transportation nearby too slow, requires too many transfers, takes too long, a very hard problems to solve because of low population density urban sprawl in suburbia where there are many square miles of nothing but housing, mostly single-family homes that each cost over a million dollars now, but there are no services within walking distance of any of these homes. 

Look up global vehicle accident statistics by country, millions of accidents happen daily, it only takes a second or less of distracted driving to cause an accident. When a driver uses a smartphone when driving it is 26X more dangerous that driving buzzed with a 0.08 BAC or blood alcohol content, statistically. Worse when the driver new at driving, a teen or young adult with limited impulse control, in cab other kids distractions, smoking pot, underage drinking, these are the most unsafe drivers statistically. 

ADAS or Advanced Driver Assists include things like VSC vehicle stability control since the early 1990s, or early 80's in banned group B rally cars that became wildly high performance before the WRC changed the rules due to the violent accidents happening at the highest speeds achieved by two megawatt compound super turbo charged ultra-high performance engines made with aerospace tech in clean rooms by teams of engine engineers who port, polish, texture, optimize, tune, & some of these group B rally car engines were millions of dollars as a result of the insanity pushing a 2.0L 4 cylinder super + turbo boosted engine past 2000 horse power into a custom made sequential transmission pumping torque vectored power to front & real LSD exceptional AWD traction controlled master series rally car drivetrain technologies present in GR Corolla & GR Yaris widely available now incredibly.

ADAS have evolved with camera sensors, ultra sonic range sensors, radar range sensors, laser range finding, GPS, 4G LTE built into the vehicles main computer system, noting that new 2025 vehicles have an OBDII from the late 1990's can-bus interface connected to an ECU or electronic control unit which is networked to hundreds of other embedded heat sink cooled computers for anti-lock braking, automatic emergency braking, variable ignition, variable pulse width controlled fuel injection, to take signals from the exhaust temperature voltage O2 sensors, for emissions control & so the exhaust works with the catalytic converter correctly, to reduce fuel consumption & emissions, improve torque or power output, or something like Lane Keep Assist to help drivers keep the smart technology car centered in the lane between the white fog line to the right & the yellow lane separator line to the left, though it could be other colors or bumps epoxied to the asphalt for safety, such that if the tire hits it the bump causes a judder the driver can hear & feel in the steering wheel or cabin cockpit. 

There are many autopilot like new ADAS functions and every year they keep adding more to enable LCD dashes with smartphone interface like Apple Air Play over blue tooth or via the dash mounted USB-A port charging cable attached to the smartphone, so you can listen to Spotify or Pandora in my case, through the car stereo or so that the GPS maps from your smartphone can go to the center dash display so it is easier to see & the voice over turn by turn instructions play through the car stereo, or so that you can make a phone call with your phone with the car stereo without touching your phone amazingly. I know about this stuff because its present on my 2022 Corolla Hybrid LE & I have read the instruction manual several times to learn all about the Toyota Safety System 2.0 present in this vehicle model & year. 

A camera system integrated into the top center of the front windshield enables RSA road sign assist & displays the speed limit the system sees onto the dashboard where it persists so that you can read it easily if you did not see the sign when driving by it. I happen to really like the Road Sign Assist technology. When you put the PRNDB shift selector into R for reversing it turns on a backup camera integrated into the handle area of the trunk lid with a wide angle lens, which sends the imaging to the center dash display so you get a clear view of what is directly behind the vehicle, while digitally imposed lines on the display streaming video of backing up to show you tracking & distance lines to help you park easily. 

On more advanced versions of Toyotas ADAS, they feature Bird View which stitches images from many cameras to show you a top-down view as if you are looking directly down at the top of your car with enough wide angle to help you park with sub-inch level precision amazingly. Other cools tech on other more advanced ADAS on more expensive models' projects HUD driving information onto the front windshield, so you don't have to take your eyes off the road to get essential dash information like vehicle speed since controlling you speed important for safety & legal operation on public roads. 

If you are replacing tires, upgrade your tires to the best ones possible. That is the control interface between your vehicle & roadways that gives traction important for handling, acceleration & braking so you can steer away from hazards faster while maintain control or slamming on your breaks & stopping before running into anything with better stopping distance enabled by higher quality tires. Tires are an upgrade that many people overlook when tuning for performance. Maintain the correct tire pressure embossed onto the side of the tire and fill the tires with more pressure as needed after the vehicle has been parked overnight so the tires & gas inside cold or room temperature. When you drive flexing & friction heats up the tire & gases inflating the tire, so hot tire pressure higher than cold tire pressure. 

Safety focused driving can include mild hypermiling or driving cool calm collected, steady acceleration never rapid, always predicting or thinking ahead to keep inertia, to waste less fuel & produce fewer emissions for no guilt safely efficiently driving smarter with more applied deliberate intentionally focusing on safety then fuel economy maximization, then comfort, which is often improved with smooth calm driving anyway. If you drive more gently your vehicle will be more reliable, use less fuel, tires & brakes will last longer & it will emit fewer emissions & save you money in several ways. Higher speeds & rapid acceleration produce more wear on the vehicle, more NVH for the occupants, & in general are more hazardous or dangerous because high speed accidents cause more harm or are more deadly, in many accidents the people hurt are left with lifelong painful suffering disabilities from the injuries caused by the accident. 

In many American suburbs there is no grocery store, no gas station, no stores at all, just houses for as far as the eye can see. If I leave my home on foot it takes almost 20 minutes walking down the giant mountain to get to a gas station, the closest business open to the public where they sell edible UPF items & few things that could be considered healthier, but mostly junk food or snack food made with industrial processing technology in ways that are virtually impossible to do at home in a normal home kitchen with ingredients a normal person would have at home, such as any of ten thousand different chemical additives, which is part of why we call the western industrial dietary diseases of civilization a diet based healthcare debacle of excess sugar, salt, trans fats & chemicals added to improve shelf life and or simulate colors and flavors of real food they were inspired by, noting that after industrial processing & adding artificial chemical additives these UPF ultra processed foods have almost nothing in common with any food eaten by people or animals in nature for thousands of years. 

It was really only after world war two that chemical weapons were converted to agricultural chemicals for pest control that industrial farming, fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicide & pesticide began being applied to food crops, then this sleazy scientist taught the food processing industries of America how to use Bliss Point Engineering to make Ultra Processed Food designed to be additive with analogs additives of popular drugs of abuse added to make them so that "once you pop the top you cannot stop until you eat the entire container" making it very hard to control servings consumed because some of the chemicals added block Leptin the Feel Full Hormone & increase the release of Hunger Hormone Ghrelin. 

The food processing industry actually using the same kind of chemical tweaking of UPF that the Tobacoo industry has famously done in the mother liquor sprayed at supersonic speeds as pressure jet to embed nicotine mod chemicals into the fluff & reclaim & rag tobacco strips used to make the filling of the cigarette, then other additives & chemicals in the cigarette paper & filter are used to further modify the smoke to make it even more addictive & damaging to the health of the person who unfortunately smokes this UPF tobacco product which is very different than smoking real tobacco out of a pipe or in a real handmade tobacco leaf cigar.

In the same way a homemade baked good made with 7 ingredients vastly different that the commercial UPF snack of the same kind that has 26 ingredients including chemicals that normal people cannot read or understand & have no ideas what those strange chemicals listed in the ingredients do or are there for or if they are even safe to consume, probably not since they are designed to improve shelf life, block leptin, increase ghrelin, and act as an excitotoxin with glucose toxicity from the resulting high blood sugar formed after eating such junk foods with weird chemicals added. 

Many people in America are suffering from brain fog, mental problems, because they have uncontrolled type 2 diabetes from eating a diet of mostly UPF garbage & junk food, candy, soda, trans fats, excess sugar & salt, unhealthy omega 6 rich oils that oxidize producing artery hardening AGE advanced glycation end products which is like eating toxic waste in a way. 

Incredibly 72.3% of what Safeway the grocery stores sell to Americans not real food, but industrial ultra processed food proven to be the major cause of the diseases plaguing America & people in other countries who have adopted the dietary excess disease of civilization industrial UPF snack & junk food died which is also causing the kidney failure epidemic, dehydration, neuropathy, strokes, clots, embolisms, heart diseases, ADD & ADHD, dementia, Alzheimer and lymphatic cancers seem to be strongly attenuated by excess blood sugar levels from eating industrial junk & snack food based diet excess. 

In this way, many stroke victims are dangerous drivers. Many people with uncontrolled high blood sugar are dangerous drivers. People intoxicated by eating excessive amounts of UPF chemical additives are dangerous like drunk drivers, the high blood sugar causes brain malfunction by damaging the glial cells & neurons progressively reducing mental function as the blood sugar increases to unsafe levels & at very high levels can cause a diabetic coma & complete loss of consciousness, making safe driving in such a state completely impossible.

I stopped drinking alcoholic beverages about 150 days ago to improve my health & budget & to obey God who put it on my heart to stop using beer & spirits to cope with stress. By no means am I encouraging anyone else to follow my abstinence path to being alcohol free, but I can say that cigarettes & some kinds of alcohol are effectively effective poisons that eventually cause diseases if you continue using them as a regular part of your lifestyle. 

Getting tossed or drunk every night becomes expensive, but not just because of the cost of buying liquor, it also costs you in your health making you age faster & devolve diseases like liver damage or lung damage, for alcohol or cigarette abuse respectively. Smoking kind of like deliberately breathing particulate matter proven to damage lung cells, while drinking alcoholic beverages seems to be more erosive on health when you drink the second, then third, then fourth drink in a row until you achieve near alcohol poisoning passed out with no memory drunk, sort of like the way they did to people getting surgery before anesthesia was developed, they would get the patient very drunk to the point of stupor before cutting them open with crude early surgeries in the age of barbaric medicine when they didn't even know about bacterial infections or their cause of the importance of sterilizing the tools used in surgery. During the Civil War in America about half the casualties died of infections. 

I have a problem with alcohol & know it because I think about drinking beer all the time. I know that if I go to the store for a beer, it will result in buying more than one, then I will end up drinking 4 in a row & get really buzzed or drunk. This is dangerous because I am then unable to drive a car during an emergency, for example if I have to take Meg to a hospital suddenly and I am drunk, then it would be illegal for me to drive her drunk, and if the Ambulance takes her it costs a fortune & takes way too long, so then I would be pressure to take her myself even though drunk, you see how this is bad either way. 

Alcohol damages the retina of the eye. Alcohol is poisonous to your kidneys. Alcohol damages brain cells. Ethanol the molecular that gives alcohol its potency, ethanol plugs into the brains GABA a receptor, which progressively turns off parts of the brain as the blood alcohol level increases from drinking more alcoholic beverages quickly, which raises your BAC rapidly & it takes hours, many hours for your BAC to come down to legal levels. Driving drunk causes many accidents that disfigure people with lifelong injuries while many other victims of drunk drivers are killed as a result of the poor choices made by the drunk driver whose brain not working correctly because they are deeply intoxicated from drinking way too many alcoholic beverages in sequence or one after the other. Women are in general smaller & less massive than men, & have less body water, so they are more sensitive to alcohol, get drunk more easily, & can overdose into alcohol poisoning more easily. 

Look up what alcoholism costs society, or what being an alcoholic does to a person, its horrid in both cases for similar reasons. The drunkard cannot make ration choices, get into bar fights, are willing to pull out a gun & shoot someone over a minor argument. This is similar to why younger children are not legally allowed to drive an automobile on public roadways, their immature impulsive behavior would produce a dangerous driver like many of the low skilled drivers locally who moved to America from countries that do not have a long history of automobile driving. 

Driving is a privilege not a human right, but some of these arrogant selfish low skill drivers locally didn't even try driving a car until they moved to America as an elderly foreign born drivers, not all of whom are bad at driving, there are many bad drivers locally who have virtually no personal history of operating a motor car on public roadways with any sort of safe control theory applied, so it's like they are driving drunk even though they are usually sober when driving. 

That is me complaining about drivers in King County Washington where it's been a cultural meme that female drivers from Asia are worst in terms of low skill motor vehicle control dynamics as drivers who do stupid, dangerous & foolish things when operating their cars. My Asian friends in High School said their parents are "Shit poor at driving" & I see that all the time as a professional school bus driver watching people playing with their smartphones while driving like they are drunk. 

Actually, using a smartphone while driving a car is 26X more dangerous than driving with a BAC of 0.08 the legal limit, in terms of accident statistics, since people using their smartphone while driving are taking their eyes completely off the road ahead, where a fraction of a second mistake can cause a terrible or deadly accident with horrid irreversible consequences & losses & costs. Did I mention that teens tend to be terrible drivers, since the human brain does not finish developing until age 24- to-27 years of age. Why we allow younger teens to drive in America comes down to the history of America, its vast spread-out nature where a car is the only practical way of getting around, even if you live in the suburbs near a large city incredibly. 

To be clear I am not making any stereotypes about anyone, I am not a racist, I do not hate anyone. I just find it annoying to drive around so many low skill motorists who often frighten & scare me by almost hitting me, bobbing into my lane, stopping for no apparent reason, getting into fast moving traffic at slow speeds in ways that end up causing accidents, or making sudden lane changes, flipping a u-term in front of other motorists at high speed, turning in front of oncoming traffic, forcing others to slam on their brakes to avoid crashing into the low skill driver, while that produces additional accidents because of the sudden rapid stop causing people to crash into each other. 

I watch how some people do not look where they are going when walking, at the grocery store, at the ski resorts. Ever since smartphones launched there have been more people doing more foolish stupid things in public, many of which are dangerous, hazardous or deadly to themselves or other people. Its brain dead & illogical, lock the screen & pay attention to what is happing around you when you are moving, movement & higher speeds mean more energy in the collision or accidents, so slow down, focus on safety and never play with your phone while driving & never drive dunk, it's obviously unfair & selfish to do so. 

Look, I have more questions than answers. I do not have all the answers. I am not perfect. I am not even a good driver by my open standards. Meg says I am a good driver, but my expectations for good motorists are extreme because of the safety-oriented nature of my job as a School Bus Driver transporting many other people's priceless children, where safety is of paramount important above all other issues. I have made mistakes while driving, not responded quickly when the light turned green, drove too fast, stopped too fast, I have made a lot of mistakes, especially when driving as a teen & young adult with little experience, I made way more mistakes back then. 

I do not expect perfection out of everyone in every domain of life; I just want to encourage people to pay attention when driving because driving is very dangerous for a variety of reasons. I am not an arrogant person anymore, but I am prone to making quick snap judgements when I see something wrong happening and tend to notice the body language of other vehicles near me when I am driving, which comes down to what the driver is thinking about, or how they are shifting their mental focus while driving. Driving a car about 4X easier that safely piloting a helicopter, and I am able to fly a helicopter easily without any experience because I did it for years in PC Flight Simulator & know the general flight dynamics & control layout of common helicopters & aircraft since I thought it was fun to learn about that as a teen, but never became a professional pilot, though at times I think about it, it can be really expensive to get a commercial pilots license, like forty thousand dollars. 

I do expect alcohol makers to remove methanol from alcoholic beverages, because methanol is much more toxic than ethanol, & can cause blindness easily in small doses. It does not take much methanol to cause serious terrible health problems, if methanol present in an alcoholic beverage.

I take a razor blade & cut this obvious garbage full of misinformation off the cables I use because these white adhesive tags are ugly, and I am very careful not to damage the cable when removing the tag.

How about using common sense & stopping & thinking before doing something stupid or foolish with an electrical cable carrying higher voltages that are can be deadly or cause a fire if not done correctly.

Put your thinking cap on, plan ahead, think before you buy to get the right cable for the job. Start by figuring out the wattage of the device you're planning on using the extension cord to power. If it's a low wattage device then a high thinner cheaper extension cord works fine, like a 16-3 or 14-3. If you're going to use the extension cord with high power tools, then a 12-3 or longer runs 10-3 even better but heavier & much more expensive. I use 25 foot outdoor rated 12-3 cables mostly, they are my favorite kind, with thick heavy protective jacket & a neon glow clear plug on the end to indicate the cable is energized when you plug it in. 

Know about wire size vs current carrying who obviously did not take a physical class or pay attention in physics, because even in elementary schools they teach children how to make an electromagnet with a battery & wire & a nail, how current flows, ohms law, its not hard or complicated to understand electrical resistance, capacitance, reactance, ac & dc current. 

These topics are more than 100 years old & were part of the current wars between Edison & Westinghouse when your grandparents were children way back then. Stop paying attention to stupid celebrity news & study a YouTube video about how power works, how power moves through wires, about batteries & how batteries work or what Ohms law means in practical applications, or become a ham radio operator and study the training materials to pull your head into reality & learn something useful & interesting that might be useful during a power outage to setup a generator without having carbon monoxide poisoning, or how to size electrical extension cords to the kinds of loads you're going to attach. Or how your home power utility panels works or any of the other relevant topics. Sure these topics are not interesting to everyone, but nearly everyone uses extension cords at home so perhaps these topics should be taught in school since not everyone has competent parents to teach them such things that would actually be useful or help them function at a higher level as adults in reality when they move out on the own into the real world where you either sink or swim.

 Sport Utility Vehicles often annoy drivers of passenger sedans, the lights of these trucks are shining directly into the side & center mirrors of the lower vehicle, glare blinding the driver with reflection of the truck or SUV headlights directly into the sedan driver's eyes.

A modern automobile contains more than 100 computer chip & miles of wiring to all the sensors & modules & motors & relays & devices, heads up displays, LCD dash or mid dash touchscreen interface with Apple Car Play when you connect your phones charging cable to the USB-A outlet in the lower middle dash area. My Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE from 2022 features a lot of these chip driven functions & features. No doubt any Hybrid vehicle from Toyota contains more chips than other ICE gasoline-typical conventional cars that get 40% less fuel economy. I save enough money on fuel getting more than 55 MPG in Hybrid Corolla to more than pay the entire price of the car. I can easily get more than 65 MPG & over 70 MPG if I try hypermiling on purpose in Eco Mode. 

Vehicles that have higher mass tend to handle worse, higher ground clearance results in more corner roll, tipping, tilting, loss of control, poor corning performance, longer braking distance, produce more tire wear faster which also emits more microplastics, the tires for SUV also cost more than tires for a sedan. 

A typical full-size SUV gets around 10 mpg city or 18 mpg highway, where a similar sedan gets 24 city & 36 highway MPG, so the SUV not only costs more upfront but also ends up using more fuel & creating more emissions during its useful working life as a vehicle on roads or offroad use. For a single occupancy commuter vehicle even a 350cc displacement engine motor scooter in fair weather conditions sufficient & those get around 80 mpg on regular unleaded fuel. Some suggest that a crossover utility vehicle like the Tesla Model Y battery electric are better, but they suffer from limited range per charge which decreases as the battery ages in both years and cycles, & EV notoriously fun to accelerate with very little noise producing face blurring 0-60 MPH in under 2 seconds in performance versions of BEV from Tesla, but this kind of instant torque also burns away tire tread rapidly similar to burning out by revving the engine & dumping the clutch rapidly in a manual transmission sports car fueled by gasoline with a high performance tuned piston engine polluter.

In some cases gas powered Hybrid cars have lower total emissions than conventional gasoline fueled cars, because the HEV can turn the engine off when stopped, when going down a hill, & going down the hill makes the HEV motor system charge the battery, so then when you accelerate in the HEV the battery energy saved during regenerative braking can be used to help the vehicle accelerate while the engine uses less fuel & does less work, & your pedal modulation affects that ratio or the net system power output such that hypermiling much easier in a typical HEV like a Toyota Prius or the Corolla Hybrid or Hybrid Rav4 or Hybrid Camry to name a few examples. 

Wayne Gerdes famously teaches people how to get 40% better fuel or energy economy in almost any road passenger automobile of most kinds, by simply thinking with safety focused predictive driving technique to keep the vehicle inertia, to feather the pedal gently & modulate it in order to maximize fuel economy, using the ECO dash feedback information to inform further reduction in fuel use to maximize fuel economy which lowers fueling costs & reduces emissions, while also making the brake pads & rotors last longer, making the tires last longer, and in general does not take more than a few dozen extra seconds to get to your destination not in a hurry by leaving 5 minutes earlier, thinking ahead for this, and try your best to not be wasteful. There are other ways to blow off steam that drive your vehicle like you stole it fast, you can work out to burn off steam for example. 

Agency Free Will & Living a Life that You Choose Inspired by Faith in God

 Unless your incredibly unlucky, someone probably not following you around at gunpoint telling you what to do. In this case you are technically free to do whatever you want as long as you obey local laws and conduct yourself in a way that sits right in your heart, aligns with your mind, and does not upset your gut, for there are about 80 billion neurons in your brain, about 11 billion neurons in your gut, and about 40 thousand neurons in your heart. 

When all these neurons in your brain, gut & heart are aligned it creates inner tranquility & peace such that you know you are living a decent life without guilt of harming others or nature, or doing your part to recycle, to not be wasteful, and almost never use your cleverness at the expense of someone else. When you know you are being a decent, fair, reasonable & moral person that sits right in your mind, heart & stomach. 

Via the mind body connection being a genuinely good person promotes better overall health, wellness & enjoyment of life to the maximum, with little or no guilt as a person. You never have to be jealous of anyone else. 

You can forgive people who wrong you because forgiveness heals your heart & mind & never justifies the harm that other person did to you or your psyche, but when you choose forgiveness your also choosing inner healing that can reverse bitterness, anger, an diseases related to these negative toxic emotions caused by unforgiving or unforgiveness. 

Consider not blaming anyone else for the way you are. Acknowledge that you can change for the better & become a better version of yourself. You know you can become smarter, faster, strong, in mental, moral, social, or spiritual ways, you can improve on any of your remaining days. It is never to late to turn away from habitual sin that you know is wrong. Every day another change to turn your life around for the better. 

Even if your broke, even if you are poor, even if many bad things have happened to you, those are the past not your future, and you can break free of these chains of mental bondage in many easy ways. 

The easiest way to break free of mental bondage in my opinion is to yield before God as did Christ Jesus, to embrace an attitude of thankful & appreciation unto God for your life, for salvation & redemption through the blood covenant of Christ Jesus, or by the power of the Holy Spirit of God who encourages you & gives you what you need to stop drinking alcohol, stop abusing drugs, to stop causing harm profiting from pollution other people air & water to make more profits. 

Any sinner can turn away from sin & be saved for eternal life in Heaven with God if that stop in a private place, kneel, speaking out loud asking God to help them, saying "I accept Christ Jesus as my Lord and savior" then asking God "Lord please help me to love you, help me to love other people & teach me to love myself the way you love me, send me the Holy Spirit to help & encourage me to make the difficult choice to give up money or profit to do what I know is right in my heart, to use recycled content in my products, to upgrade manufacturing to reduce waste emissions. 

You know there are many opportunities for most people to turn away from a life of habitual sin, embracing deep inner healing through forgiveness inwardly &outwardly, choosing to love yourself & other people the same way, since Love was the most important concept that Jesus asked his followers to embrace as he went around healing more than 1000 strangers of diseases by the power of God with sincere prayer & petition.

Any believer can have that same power to help other people heal, even if you just stop & pray for someone when the Holy Spirit says "Go pray for that person in your head, and you know it is God asking you, so you do so out of obedience" Life is not just about you, everyone's' life matters, everyone is important, all people & all animals are precious & special and worth defending from unnecessary harm. Pollution and other externalities are often the result of greedy ignorance when there is a better way to do something that is less polluting.

When you love God, you learn to love yourself & other people the way he commands. Faith is about recognizing that God created everything in all dimensions & being deeply thankful that you exist because God wanted you to exist as the best example of a loving Father. You know that all people, even psychopaths want to get approval from their father, as in their earthly DNA contributing daddy, even if they daddy took off when they were born like mine did. 

Follow after God's perfect intention for your life, performing better at your job, being a better person in your personal life, having better connections to other people, for deep transformation of inner healing to forgive yourself where you have slipped up & failed or sinned, but forging people that wrong you in the past so powerful healing that it can literally cure diseases. Think of the word DIS-EASE, it means a lack of ease or inner metal turmoil or torment. Many people are quick to forgive other people but also forget to forgive themselves. Inner unforgiveness can turn into a medical disease via the mind body connection firmly elucidated in modern medical science at Harvard Medical School for example. This related to the circadian rhythm regulation of sleep wake cycles, such that inner mental turmoil or torment also robs people of peace, rest & stem cell restoration that requires deep sleep stages often interrupted by changes in the body caused by chronic unresolved stress, which is toxic like heavy metal poisoning, but its heavy thoughts of self-hatred, self-loathing, you can never truly love someone else unless you first learn to love yourself & furthermore love the Lord our God & master creator of all in all realms. 

Being deeply thankful & appreciative unto God for Christ Jesus & the Holy Spirit of God means you are embracing a healthy healing mindset upgrade by Godly wisdom. You turn away from a life of sin using your intelligence & clever whit at the expense of other people or releasing toxic pollution into the Food Web on Earth, such that these poisons end up in other people bodies because you're personally profiting by pollution or reducing costs by unfairly treating the environment like a toxic waste dump. God said the polluters are evil idolators who place profits above God & the wellness of other people, animals or nature; are people who make idols of gold or money & are hyper selfish & only care about themselves. These same people are typically terrible parents & terrible spoused. Their narcissistic greed ruinous to their mindset. They can't sleep at night because of tormenting thoughts. Their relationships are destroyed. They are hated by other people & when they die & stand before God he says to them, Go Away, I never knew you, you never showed other people loving kindness & failed by test, to hell with you, be gone & go to the pit I created for demons & Satan or Lucifer.  

If you choose to accept Christ Jesus, he taught his followers to Love God above all else. If you choose to love God you also choose to love yourself & other people, thinking of them as equal to or better than yourself. You're not the first, or last person & certainly you're not everyone. Learning to love God & yourself & other people also an act of humility, thankful to Christ Jesus that head died to absolve you of sin in God's sight when you die & your soul stands before God for final judgement. God says we are required to quickly forgive all other people who wrong us, even praying for people who have wronged you, hurt you or done evil things to you, for such people are often under the influence of demonic forces or mentally ill in worldly terminology & need serious mental help which often expensive or unavailable, which is why friendship so important and why being lonely so painful. 

People Invented Guns, People Shoot Guns, If We have Gun Crimes It is a Symptom of People Problems

 People kill other people, in war with bombs, mortars, machine guns, tanks, artillery, biological weapons, chemical weapons & nuclear weapons. See the end of World War II for examples of nuclear bombing Japan & the fallout & harm those nuclear bombs caused in Japan. 

What kind of warped sicko wants to hurt other people? Satan does. Satanic influence causes people to engage in crime, to use guns for evil sick reason to rob, steal from or kill people they are jacking or mugging, to perform armed robberies or bank robberies people hold handguns to intimidate the people at the bank or gas station. It's insane psychopaths & sociopaths with guns that cause gun crimes. Normal honest people with a gun typically only use the gun for target practice at the local indoor gun range, or they carry a handgun EDC for self-defense, or a scoped hunting rifle to hunt wildlife. 

Nature can be considered by modern human standards very violent in the way that animals hunt and kill other animals to eat or have food to eat. In nature everything directly or indirectly eats everything or all elements in the biosphere are perpetually recycled between animals that eat plants & then poop which fertilizes the soil where other plants then grow using nutrients from the animal's poop. 

The food webs on Earth are all connected to Earth's water cycle which is largest energized by the Sun's energy that imparts solar energy onto parts of the Earth facing the Sun as the Earth rotates on its access. This is also why solar PV panels produce electricity intermittently or only when the sunlight hits the panels.

The gun use comes down to how it is used by people. A car deadly if it's operated by a low skill drunk driver & many fatal car accidents are caused by drunk drivers. The car does not drive itself & no gun shoots itself. Guns cannot load themselves. Guns cannot aim themselves or pull the trigger. At every stage from mining to mineral processing, to metal smelting to CNC machining parts designed in 3D CAD to make Glock pistols that sell by the billion worldwide to billions of people who pay thousands of dollars each for such things. 

No gun by itself has every committed a crime. People commit crimes. Put a gun on the ground & point your finger at it and tell it to do something and nothing happens because the gun is a dead inanimate object that requires a human operator to function like so many other vehicles and machines that can also be deadly if misused by criminal actors, noting that driving drunk illegal in most countries for logical reasons.
