Right from the DEA website, Mexican criminal cartels traffic Chinese made Fentanyl into America. CCP claims flooding America with Fentanyl retribution for the Opium Wars that caused intense problems in China.

Yet today we see China outsourcing manufacturing to so called Asian Tiger economies like Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines, where regulations are lax, labor cheaper, and the governments are eager to setup contract manufacturing to build out their economies and boost GDP!
