Since 2012 I have dumped blood sweat and tears into posting more than 1600 blog posts, after no longer using FaceBook, though I had to for a movement to setup my VR goggles, Meta quest 2 unit, because Meta is the parent company of FaceBook, and I do VR Kickboxing for fitness, with Les Mills Body Combat App, for more than 212 sessions, thought not for the last month because of moving, my body thrashed from moving, I have no extra energy for Total Body Punishment, and actually went from 182 lbs to 174 lbs because of all the physical exertion to move all that stuff to relocate, including boxing it off, loading it in and out of a moving truck, driving it, then unloading it into two different storage units, physically wrecked, but getting better slowly.
When folding up a small trampoline my wife uses for bobble therapy known as health bouncing indoors, the spring-loaded metal frame popped suddenly striking my face ripping my left nostril open a splitting open my lip just below it, which bleed profusely, but because I had to quit my job in order to move, I also lost all my health insurance and other benefits, so I just grid and bear it, as painful as it was, prayed to God that it would heal correctly without stiches, and remarkable it seems to be healing normal without scaring, to my utter and sheer amazement, praise be to God for answering my prayers about it
"Lord, please in Jesus's Holy name, let the injury on my face heal without medical intervention and not leave a scar, thank you Father God for Christ Jesus and for the Holy Spirit, thank you for the Bible and showing me a better way to live and think and for how to be a better husband to my wife, your Amazing, I adore you Lord, thank you so much for salvation and redemption, I know I am not worthy, If I can only be healed, in your holy name I pray, Amen.
