If you or I defrauded millions of people out of billions of dollars, we would be in federal prison right now, and with a long sentence, no possibility of parole or early release, but when Richard Fuld of Lehman Brothers did exactly this, he leveraged the company using RECO 105 accounting tricks, to a 40 to 1 ratio, pioneering CDO MBD sales of subprime loans bundled as Housing Bonds, causing the 158 year old company to fold, ultimately kicking off a series of market collapses that caused the 2008 US Mortgage Market Debacle, which due to worldwide investing in these falsely AAA rated securities had infested the international investment market, such that by 2011 more than 30 million people lost their jobs as a result of what Mr. Fuld was doing as CEO of Lehman brothers, probably the most arrogant and dumbest person alive, as evidenced in the failure of Lehman Brothers under his leadership and the resulting worldwide market failures that Lehman's bankruptcy triggered.
So why do normal people go to prison for minor financial crimes, when Elite do far worse defrauding many more people, like the Wolf of Wallstreet, or his Bernard Madoff or Worldcom or Enron, how many giant scams run by Elite who personally profit hundreds of millions of dollars while millions of other people lose all their investment money as a result of the fraud that benefited the Elite.

We have SpaceX IPO at 1.75 trillion dollars, yet Star Link has many competitors with faster IO and better pricing and better services and better customer service, noting Tesla ranks amongst the worst companies for customer service, a friend of mine K got a Tesla Model Y for her birthday, brought it in for a service the dashboard told her it needed, to the local Bellevue Tesla service center, and they said "Sorry, we cannot help you, your name is not on the account, because her husband had purchased it and set up the account and has a different name for professional reasons, so K said you can take my Model Y and shove it up your ass, I am not going to be denied service of my vehicle because of your shit poor customer service" and indeed, they litigated against Tesla who after the lawsuit was over, was forced to buy back the used Model Y at full price" and K is allowed to post factual truth about her horrid experience as a Telsa customer online on any social media platform, and said I can share her story online anywhere also to shame Tesla for their shitty customer service.
