Water H20, Fresh, Salt, Water Pollution, Ultra Purified for Chip Fabs, Water Cycle of Earth, Clouds, Rain, Storms, Flooding

Water a big topic, from the good, the bad & the ugly of boiling water for cooking, coffee or tea, to the immense economic value of extremely highly purified ultra pure water for chip fabs of TSMC or Intel, that make CPU, GPU, SOC, ASIC, LED, CMOS, IC's, Integrated Circuit Computer Chips.

Water in Terms of Human Health

Water for hydration, the brain, kidneys, skin, liver, every cell in the body contains water with an isotonic amount of sodium chloride ions to keep the osmotic pressure balance correct so the cells do not shrivel up or burst. Yet not getting enough water daily can cause dehydration, while drinking too much water can cause fatal electrolyte depletion.

Water Balances Earths Atmospheric Temperatures

Earth water cycle balances temperatures by absorbing energy from incoming solar radiation energy from the Sun, a gravity confined fusion reactor star that through fusion processes, combines 600 million tons of hydrogen even second making helium 3/4 nuclei.

Earths Water Cycles Solar Powered

Rain forms when the sun evaporates water, wind forms from asymmetrical solar heating of landscapes, the clouds resulting from evaporating water, and thus blown over land, where changing pressures and temperatures results in dew point, where nucleation causes trillions of tiny droplets in clouds to accrete, forming larger droplets, which become rain droplets, or if its cold enough hail, or under other conditions snow or snowflakes.

Water at Chip Fabs

Not all lithography or chip fab processes use water, yet in term of the majority of chip making activities, ultra purified water required for rinsing stages, or for a kind of immersion lithography where a water lens allows the aperture of the laser beam to more precisely draw patterns in photosensitive polymer automation spin coated onto the cut silicon wafers, themself made from enormous heavy silicon boules made in special argon purged induction furnaces, from ultra pure silicon, that goes though more than 256 stages of processing as 15 inch wafers at high volume chip fabs. Most chip fabs use an enormous amount of water and electricity, though many newer chip fabs have on sight water reprocessing closed loop ultra purity water creation systems that slash water consumption and water pollution by 99% at great cost in terms of expense of setting up these water saving systems. Closed Loop Water Reclamation Important

Because closed loop water processing of Chip Fab reduce water demand and water pollution simultaneously, they are of increasing importance as more chip fabs go online, as in are under construction to increase the number of chips made for the global ai development cyber war and other applications in increasing popular consumer electronics, vehicles, routers, modems, gateways, servers, crypto mining, e-commerce, fintech.

IC CMOS Computer Chips are Valuable

These compute chips are of extreme value to a broad range of industries from education to healthcare to gaming and government but also at home in our so called Information Furniture, a mix of high speed internet with WiFi connected to any of many devices, known as COTS or consumer off the shelf electronics, smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, smart watches, smart fridges, and upcoming smart shoes and smart clothing.

Water a Polar Solvent in Chemistry

To make prescription or illegal drugs, to cook, to clean, to rinse, to shower, water is a polar solvent with a higher boiling point that its molecule compared to other solvents would suggest, due to hydrogen bonding. In effect, water is a bent molecule because the two hydrogens are positive, while the unpaired electrons of the oxygen are negative, forming a magnets with a plus and minus, such that all the water molecules stick together like a bunch of tiny magnets, known as Hydrogen Bonding in Chemistry.

Why Ice Floats on Liquid Water

Ice floats on liquid water because it forms tetragonal crystals that are less dense, so ice expands about 10% when the water freeze becoming ice. Water also changes density as its temperature changes, notable at power plants where heating water to make steam for turbine engines connected to generators to make grid power of critical importance for nearly all economic activity globally.
