Being aware of this as a young boy, it helped me avoid deadly accidents, though I have made many terrible choices as a diver, most as a teen and young adult, leading me to wonder, why does the state allow mentally unstable, emotionally volatile teenagers to drive cars on public roads, when the insurance data statistics clearly show they are the most dangerous of all drivers.
This proves that governments as dumb as a box of rocks, literally grossly incompetent, unfit to lead, should be deposed and replaced with a science based factual, efficient, clean, smarter, smaller, no tax based government that crafts laws for the public benefit based on facts not politics, based on reasoning and intelligence, not emotions that constantly change, a smaller smarter government fit to lead people, without any debt, that invests and turbs a profit as a good example to others to follow after.
Hard to find anyone alive that does not know of someone who was killed in a car accident, yet only 1 in 4 adults who wants a car of any kind actually owns one, in part because there are only about 2 billion passenger cars ever made, while there exists nearly 9 billion people alive at the same time, incredibly.
