Obesity is caused by abusing excess servings of carbohydate rich foods like bread, rice, pasta, fruit juice, soda, pop, beer, wine, sugars, fruit, berries, snack foods, processed junk foods, fast foods, ultraprocessed foods, seed oils that go through 26 manufacturing processes that are toxic with trans fats that cause heart disease.

High blood sugars cause vascular damage. High blood sugars from eating ice cream, cake, deserts, sugary foods, I am talking about abusing these junk foods daily, too often, in servings that are too large. If sugar was used like black pepper, it would not be a problem to public health.

In this way some blood glucose from moderate doses of starches and carbs can be used effectively by the bodies cells.

When we overeat large amounts of sugars, starches or carbs, that increases blood glucose level too high to toxic levels that cause diseases like Type 2 diabetes over time if this is continued daily for years on end, dietary excesses of sugars, starches & carbohydrates that become blood sugars shortly after being eaten or consumed as drinks.

Hold your hands together to form a bowl, that's about how much food you should eat maximum during a meal. You should eat a nutritionally rich balanced diet with green leafy vegies like salad greens, some fruits and vegetables, some healthy fats, some health protein in moderation, sparing amounts of carbs from starches or grains. Think a rainbow of nutrient rich colorful foods that are natural & organic. Avoid pesticides & GMO & other questionable toxic processed junk & fast foods. Cook at home with stuff you buy from your grocery store like grandma used to do.
