EPA lawsuit over pesticide-coated seeds causing ecosystem harm to beneficial insects & animals!

Groups interested in environmental protection are legally targeting the EPA over seeds coated in neonicotinoids with devastating environmental impacts that pollute soil, water & air & are also toxic to human health, causing damage to the CNS or central nervous system, brain & nervous system, spinal, nerves, muscles & thereby increasing healthcare costs while also increasing species extinction rates & ecosystem losses of biological productivity & eco-system services that produce air, water & food for people and worth trillions worldwide.

These toxic seeds end up killing small mammals & birds & harming the health of larger animals where those toxins get into the food web by trophic magnification or other physical transport means as contaminants that persist without breaking down, even though their soluble in water, making them toxic to fish & aquatic wildlife worth billions more to fishery industries.

The PANNA or Pesticide Action Network North America working with CFS or the Center for Food Safety, because these pesticides harm beneficial insects and are not able to specifically target the pest species causing crop damages that gave rise to the pesticide use in the first place. Similar to VX nerve gas, the neurotoxin pesticides cause the insects to shake uncontrollably by strongly blocking the acetylcholine receptors causing over activation of insect species CNS the same reason these neonicotinoids are toxic to people exposed to them.

Clouds of Neonicotinoid Dust released when these seeds are planted, causing massive bee die offs because this done during the daytime when bees are out foraging. The dust ends up in the soil, streams, where it causes harm to nearly 75% o endangered species. Some are calling this an insect apocalypse.

EPA ethically & morally obligated to work with farming & agriculture to develop & implement non-toxic strategies and methods for specifically controlling & sterilizing pest species without harming beneficial pollinators like bees.

These toxins should not be exempt from the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act or FIFRA. Even the EPA's own science shows that the use of Neonicotinoids does not improve crop yields but harms many endangered species.

Among the issues at the center of the lawsuit is the seeds’ minimal and unenforceable labeling. The suit asks a judge to compel the agency to require stronger and enforceable labeling. The petition from 2021 was blocked by the Biden Administration controlled EPA that panders to large chemical & agrochemical companies who make billions in profits selling neonicotinoids.

Again, money talks while health & environmental science walks /

It's all about increasing income inequality to benefit a greedy tiny minority of elite income earners at the expense of everyone else & detriment of the natural environment around the world, making life worse for their grandchildren too sadly.

Greed is evil in this way, because of how it hurts, sickens & kills people with preventable diseases from pollutant emissions & toxic synthetic chemicals thoughtlessly & inconsiderately sprayed on food crops without concern for who or what it hurts or harms as long as the sales create ongoing profits.
