GMO crops of rape seed harvested and pressed with solvents, heat & pressure, then up to 50 different processing stages are applied to the resulting rape seed oil, which given what goes into making it, seems like it would be even more expensive, except doing all that stuff to the rape seed oil sold as vegetable oil, gives it a longer shelf life and done on an unmatched volume level or mass produced, giving the selling of the most unhealthy oils economies of scale, so they can sell Vegetable Oil as cheaply as possible.
