Lose Weight, Reverse Diabetes & High Blood Pressure

Easy to follow lifestyle advice that helped my wife & I tremendously! We were both able to reverser chronic diseases that medicine in America considers without known cause and only treatable with medications. The trick was to phase out most sources of sugar, starches & carbs, eat way more proteins, Omega 3 fats, nuts, seeds, and some fruit and berries sparingly. 

This Paleo focused diet proven to reverse common diseases and helps most people become thinner, fitter, happier, stronger and smarter, because the high protein high fat diet enables bigger brain size, stronger muscles, healthy membranes and healthy cell mitochondria. Mix in activities that get you up and moving. 

~ Start going for a walk, work up to HIIT bursts slowly

~ Remove processed snack foods, sugars, soda, candy

~ Eat more Omega 3 fats, butter & olive oil, eggs, meat, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, a high protein & fat diet low carb, sparingly add in organic fruit or berries for some carbs to burn when exercising

Saturated fat & cholesterol are healthy if eaten in absence of carbs, sugars or starches, or when you have a normal blood sugar, like that near a fasted state level of near 100 or slightly less, never peaking above 140 after a big meal with enough protein and fat and very low in carbs and only from fruit or berries, or some from no starchy veggies. I add onions and garlic to almost everything I cook, salt and black pepper too, usually some hot sauce of some kind. I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, meat, nuts, seeds, fruit, berries, nothing refined or heavily or ultra processed, except a German beer sparingly.

No grains, starches, or carbs, except from small amounts of organic berries & fruit 

Cook w/ butter & olive oil Chicken, beef, fish, eggs Leafy Greens, Non Starches veggies 

Absolutely No UPF or snacks or junk food, soda or candy! When farmers want to fatten up animals they feed them grains, sugars, like human snack food high in starch and carbs. When sedentary modern people at the American diet high in the same things it makes them fatter and sicker.
