Chemical Stream Entering Your Body, Largest Stream Food & Beverages

 The overwhelming vast majority of things entering your body are food chemicals, from what your are eating and drinking, which have a majority effect on your body, health, and wellness as a person. This is beyond refute, axiomatically factually accurate backed by an enormous body of evidence from scientific, medical, physiology & sports medicine, the science of exercise, reality of fitness training, even TV shows like The Biggest Looser or My 600lb sisters, reality TV, YouTube videos, intermittent fasting, calorie restriction, SAD standard American diet of ultra processed convenience foods, snacks and fast foods made with industrial chemical additives. 

 

These dietary imbalances, especially excessive sugar, HFCS, starch & carbohydrate, but also UPF or artificially colored & artificially flavored, industrial long shelf life foods, that are known world wide collectively in terms of negative harms to human health as diseases of civilization, noting that the grocery store unlimited access to food plus fridge and pantry are a historical anomaly.
