Baby Dutchman (Pancake like Baked Egg, Milk & Flour)

To make one, start by heating your oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit or 215.55 degrees Centigrade (rest of the world); 

When I was a tender teenager visiting my friend Cody after school, he taught me how to make this delicious classic recipe & we got high with weed & made some & ate it to a spectacular flavor experience that I can remember like it was just now. Think orgasm like enjoyment of flavors & taste & aroma, the buttery, sweet, lemon brightened egg deliciousness. 

Combine 1 egg with 1/4 cup milk & 1/4 cup flour & mix that completely into a thin room temperature batter. You can scale that to 2 eggs with 1/2 cup milk & 1/2cup flour, or 3 eggs with 3/4 cup mile & 3/4 cup flour. 

Take a smooth oven safe tapered edge pan & melt butter into it, swirling it coat the pan & cool it off so there is a thin layer of butter over the entire inner surface. 

Pour the thin batter into the buttered pan & bake at 420 F or 215.5 C for 20-30 (less for smaller, more for larger) minutes until a giant fluffy Baby Dutchman emerges from the pan in the oven. You can use the oven light to watch it rise & I find this entertaining to observe. Don't be upset when the rise falls, the egg heavy design starts browning a bit & that's a good sign that its fully baked & read to remove from the oven, for cooling & toppings to be added prior to enjoying it! 

With heat resistant gloves remove the searing hot pan with the still cooking hot baby dutchman & carefully set it down on a heat resistant surface, cooling rack or trivet. While its still warm, slide it onto a plate & apply toppings to your liking. The Baby Dutchman is traditionally eaten as a breakfast item. 

Perhaps you might dust it with powdered sugar & sprinkle melted butter & lemon juice over the powdered sugar to make a tradition topping, or use Nutella or whatever sounds good, like fresh strawberries slices with whipped cream or fresh fruit, or jam or marmalade. Use your imagination, it could be Skittles too :)

No reasonable sane person would ever claim that the Earth is flat when anyone with decent eye sight & an IO over 60 can look at the Moon and tell its roughly spherical in shape based on what parts are being illuminated by the Sun light, when the Moon "is not full" and "hanging in the Night Sky magically" so you tell me how do space satellites work in the flat earth theory, or when ships sale 40 miles off the coast where do they disappear into, off the edge of the Earth disk? Don't worry because America is also home to Star Wars style private insurance funding paying to treat the emergency Stage 4 cancer caught too late because preventative screening costs too much, but the powerful chemotherapy action also so intense that these cancer drugs cause serious brain damage & hair loss when patients have them diffused as an isotonic pH balanced infusion through a main line into their blood stream or a port previously installed by surgery, to "kill the cancer cells" instead of the more expensive and effective Checkpoint Therapy that is available for free to Senators who have lifetime free medical insurance paid for by your income taxes.

Yes, we are all getting hosed while a tiny minority of elite income earners think it's funny & laugh at us at their fart sniffing parties, or other spectating events they previously repeatedly attended on the then belonging to the late Jeffry Epstein's Island of Ill Repute. Many other exceedingly wealthy people are just completely out of touch with what normal working people have to deal with, since many of them never even think about money. For some, they have so much money they could never reasonably spend it all without really trying to waste it. Some of them are benevolent & try to help solve problems that for one reason or another most governments are unable to solve, like bribery & corruption, crony capitalism, or collusion.

I am thinking of the FDA & Big Pharma & Agrochemical Companies, with a revolving back door. Perverted sick organizations like the GMA that blocked the GMO labeling of foods to keep the public in the dark about what they are buying at the store, science experiments. All while the nutrition value of real foods, whole, natural, organic foods, been declining for decades because of poor soul management. No compost, no mushroom soil, no wood chips, not just water wasting irrigation sprayed into evaporation so vast it makes noticeable increases in nearby cloud formation.

Scientists from Israel & France told the USDA how to solve the bee colony collapse problem, how to use drip irrigation to radically reduce water used in agriculture. But the companies that own most of the farm land in America are tantamount to tobacco companies advertising to children, or like Standard Oil, mega monopolies that are transnational & don't care about anyone or anything other than maximizing next quarters earnings to increase profits so a tiny number of people who own most of the shares can multiply their money are double digit return on investment rates that are able to astonish other investors!

Some ultra wealthy rich people are genuinely generous & benevolent. Ironically some billionaires have more money than many medium sized country economies. This is what social scientists refer to as radical income inequality, people that make my annual income hours, or daily. I am talking about people that make $20k per hour on investments they don't even understand. Just like many people in the Congress of the USA & Senate are complete blithering idiots who have no idea what regular people are talking about.
