The global artificial intelligence war to achieve ASI supremacy heating up while hallucinating AI problems plague legal debates about liability all the while an AI training wall paradox increasing cost of developing these so called cutting edge innovations. Let’s consider that service jobs comprise huge swaths of all economic jobs in the OECD or wealthiest 20 countries in the world. Even mainstream LLMs already superior to human expert coders of software, so in law we see LLM superior to many legal experts, and handwriting all over the world shows clearly that advanced LLMs are going to have devastating consequences dwarfed by ASI systems that world governments are using for their own purposes, to become owners and control all information, for whoever controls information owns the world economy, a widely recognized fact about commercial ASI systems.
Grok on X already makes mistakes when asked about battery technology. I know because I use Grok on X to do research faster but am a battery tech myself having worked more than 8 years custom making battery packs of all AGM, NiCD, NiMH, Li-ion including wiring in cell balancing, electrical connections, tab welding, shrink wrapping, fuses, relays, power bus, I know all about battery charging, energy density, cycle life & calendar life of different chemistries. Cut through the FUD even if grok says it’s ok to bring a lithium polymer battery bank on my paramotor, unwise because going from ground level to 14,000ft AGL reduces pressure causing LiPo to swell, then shrink again coming back down, while cryogenic cold temperatures up high make LiPo battery performance decrease significantly, look at what happened to the batteries in the Boeing 787 fires, or Samsung Galaxy Note 7 or so many models of self-balancing scooters, all known for catching fire plugged into charging adapters.
A small minority of people benefit from the technology in emerging artificial intelligence, while job loss to the world economy showing costly disruption on many levels, noting that white collar jobs are more likely to be lost than that of a plumber or mechanic or electrician where every project requires on the fly problem solving and hands on skill based work, the same kind of jobs that cannot be offshored or sent abroad, so called blue collar jobs are safe from LLMs and ASI though once the ASI becomes the brain of a robot with super human abilities then it becomes dangerous to taking all human jobs, becoming endlessly smarter cheaper & faster at doing anything than any human can.
