Minimal exercise or sitting around too much. Ask around, many people who retire are dead within 3 years from not moving much, sitting in from of the computer of TV watching content in binge marathons, inactive not moving enough to make their blood pump. Inflammatory diseases are what we call autoimmune, since stress, high blood sugar, and other negativity combined with a highly processed high carb diet, makes people sick with many kinds of diseases that get the wrong cause attributed as genetic or idiopathic without known cause, when its been long known that sugary diets causes sickness and disease, and simple carbs break down quickly into blood sugar spikes. These blood sugar spikes from eating junk food, candy, fruit juice, baked goods, and other high glycemic index foods are the basis of most diseases plaguing western economies. 

Mental stress that turns into physiological stress in then body because of the mind body relationship means that watching negative news, or having a high stress life also causes sleep disorders, and chronic sleep deficit causes cognitive deficits and health problems and well documented. Add in arterial light that stimulate wakefulness from screen, lamps, bulbs, noise pollution, chemical pollutants, microplastics, negative bias world view, psycho-social disruptions or social of familial stress, depression, anxiety, fear, uncertainty, doubt, suspicion, confusion, anger, frustration, all the negative emotions harm peoples physical health. 

Add in nutritional assault from high carbohydrate wester diet, and you have not one but many chronic disease epidemics plague healthcare in industrialized countries. But we have exported these bad diet ideas abroad to mend developing economies were newly adopted western diet trends are increasing obesity and disease rates. 

Cancer is not a genetic disease, it an extension of metabolic syndrome, from energy metabolism disruptions, say "Insulin" and "Sugar"

Cancer is a metabolic disease, like Type 2 diabetes and Hypertension or high blood pressure. Its a mitochondrial dysfunction caused by a high sugar high carbohydrate high glycemic index ultra processed junk food diet epitomized by the SAD or standard American diet that makes people fat, sick, and kills people with cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure complications like clots and stroke.

Mitochondria from cell biology, the cell has an energy center in the nucleus, inside the cell, the organelle Mitochondria converts ADP to ATP, to make energy for the cell. The Mitochondria has its own DNA that very different than everything else in the cell, with very specific form, shape, and biochemical function. It affects fluid balance, energy, kidney function, its the oxygen accepts electrons from the mitochondria, with CO2 and Water as the breakdown product, thats why oxidative phosphorylation requires people to breath in air, which is made of oxygen laced nitrogen with a touch of argon and other trace gasses.

Cancer is a chronic disruption of the mitochondrial function, adapting to fermentation energy without oxygen, so the cells begin to divide out of control, forming a cancerous tumor, from a dysfunction of the mitochondrial function to not operating on oxidative reduction, but instead to switch away from respiration to anaerobic fermentation, and this can be caused by virus, chemical toxins like carcinogens, pollutant exposure, microplastics, or anything that damages the oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria, caused by glutamine and glucose, high blood glucose.

In western society there exists great confusion such that chronic dehydration causes the kidney failure epidemic thats fueling amazing profits in the kidney dialysis sector, such that we can't build the dialysis machines or filters for them, fast enough to keep up with demand created by eating too much sugar, not getting enough water for hydration and causing kidney cancer or kidney failure.

Entering nutritional ketosis by eating less, mostly protein and fat with a hint of sugar like black pepper as a spice, perhaps 2 grams of sugar per day maximum. If we stop eating at 7 pm, and then skip breakfast and eat lunch at 12 noon, then we are eating from 12 pm to 7 pm and fasting the other hours of the day, it what is known as interval fasting. 

But doing a 4 day water fast 2 or 3 times per year can act as a master reset of the bodies cell health settings by pushing the body into nutrition ketosis where the cells run on ketone bodies. You can use urine test strips to see if you are in ketosis, possibly be eating an ultra low carb or ketogenic diet or by fasting for 24-72 hours. Do not fast with extra water intake beyond 5 days because that can knock your electrolytes out of balance, though taking a pinch of pink salt if you get a headache while while fasting can really help. Listen to your body, if your craving salt, then have a little, salt has no calories, like water. 

No high carbohydrate foods and lots of exercise or activities that get your breathing harder and moving. This keeps the blood flowing which improves mental function, improves mood, improves sleep and sex, makes people feel better, and is generally healthy to do at least 150 minutes of vigorous fully body sweating with hard to breathe fast enough exercise like hiking quickly up steep trails for 1.5 hours or going on a mountain climb bicycle ride, the trick is to get your body hot and sweating and breathing so hard that its hard to squeak out more than word or two talking with someone with you before you must inhale another breath. 

I can work out hard enough that I am unable to breathe fast enough to keep up with myself, and have to deliberately throttle back on pedaling or running in order to catch my breath. Lately I have been hit my a very nasty cold virus that radically reduced my breathing efficiency, but still went on a mountain climb bicycle ride, and when hiking on a trail that I found while on that ride, the next day. Today while writing this I am taking it easier and resting more, to give my body rest, writing online and watching edifying or interesting videos on YouTube, like the one liked at the top of this post that I highly recommend anyone with cancer or anyone who knows someone with cancer, should watch right now! Notice that normal family homes are over $1 million now, gasoline $5/gal, food prices way up in smaller packages, and that the dollar has continued to lose its buying power, making everything essential even more expensive? 

I threw up when writing this because of how upset I am after watching a video about the History of the Economy of Japan, and it reminds me so much of what has been happening in the USA where I live just east of Seattle, Wa, in an overpriced suburban mountain top community where my wife and I are DINKs or dual income no kids, as in we have a kitty cay named Sweet Pea but not human children and cannot afford to have children, since we are renting the home of someone else's million dollar house basement. On a positive note they are friendly lovely people from India who are so kind and loving it blows my mind every time we interact with them.

Bad for older American's too, many of whom retired in the late 1990's on a fixed incomes, while the price of everything has risen sharply since then, even the property taxes of the homes they have owned outright for years almost uses up their entire retirement income, leaving them with no money to travel to see their children or grandchildren who were forced by gentrification to move far way to where homes are actually affordable, in rural America, where housing prices have remained stable unlike the hyperinflation that affected homes in big popular cities of America like the metropolitan urban and suburban areas or cities near Seattle, like Redmond (Microsoft)(NVIDIA)(Adobe) and Kirkland, or Bellevue or Issaquah, highly gentrified expensive suburban car required neighborhoods as thats the only practical way to work and get around. America is car crazy, with the general public in America driving more the 3.2 trillion miles per year as of 2023 data. 

That's with a lot of wasteful gas guzzler vehicles that get under 20 miles per gallon. This issue around American's being dependent on automobiles fueled by gasoline or diesel as the only practical way of getting around was exacerbated at the beginning of the 20th century by then founder of Ford Automotive working with corruption to tear up domestic railways and replacing them with the highway system. At the end of WWII many Americans became home owners, car owners, and the interstate highway system was in full swing construction linking up all the states. 

In many US cities the urban sprawl phenomenon means families have to drive until they can afford to buy homes, often resulting in longer commutes, such that many Americans drive more than 50 miles per day to get too and from work, school, or for shopping, often to overpay for groceries that were vastly more affordable just a 10 years ago. 

Shopping prices went crazy during COVID19 shortages and supply chain interruptions, such that many Americans feeling a lack of ability to control the closures and layoffs and chaos, start hoarding toilet paper and other essential consumables, stripping store shelves and causing prices to soar to incredible highs. I remember seeing a 2X4 of lumber that normally sells for about $2 selling for $50, and crab meat the normally sells for $20/lb selling for over $100/lb. A 10 US pound bag of flour thats normally about $6 was selling for over $30.

There are lots of lenses through which to examine these issues, but they all boil down to the same point. Live has become so unaffordable in developed economies that the "Middle Class" no longer actually exists, only a vapor of smoke remnant remains. Now to actually afford homes nearby, the family has to make an income of over $200,000 dollars annually. This means that normal home ownership now in the domain of upper income and wealth people, and largely unaffordable to the working class, even dual income earners without children like my wife & I, sadly. Its a unsustainable speeding race car of an economic disaster going off the cliff of economic collapse, speeding up daily as more people turn a blind eye to what is actually happening in order to space out watching celebrities or other nonsense as their economy crumbles from the inside out in the background. This is actually bad for wealthy people too. 

Decaying Democracy 

What does democracy mean when privileged and powerful sectors have never like democracies? The concentration of wealth and power means less for everyone so a tiny minority can enjoy opulence. The cost of electrons have skyrocket, meaning huge corporations pay for the campaigns in exchanged for special favors, tantamount to racketeering or corruption because thats exactly what it is, or bribery if you want to call it something else.

English owners of society sculpted public policies to take care of their own special interests. Today we have multinationals, the masters of mankind, all for ourselves and nothing for anyone else. They will pursue policies that benefit themselves even if that harms or hurts everyone else. Many polluting industries that are profitable operate with this inhibited ignorant confused mentality. James Madison the USA should be designed so that power exists in the hands of the wealthy, who have sympathy for property owners, to protect the opulent minority from the poor majority. We can't have the poor taking away the wealth from the rich, so America was setup from its founding to benefit the tiny minority at the expense of the majority. So Americas was never a real democracy for free men. 

People Have the Civilizing Power 

The democratizing tendency comes from the population, from bellow, from the poor and working classes that do all the real work. Unions emerged to protect workers. Activism brought regular people into politics. Minority rights movement in 1960s with the Black Panthers, and Women's Rights before that during the Suffrage movement. Ecological environmentalism emerging on top of the Book Silent Spring. Why are there poor people in America? How have we restructured American society to be so unfair to so many people. Why are there so many billionaires and so many poor people at the same time? A major backpack reaction happened publicly during the Hippy Counter Culture, but in the 1970's during the Nixon years, there were major efforts to wrangle back inequality for to help the business sector regain control of society, to defend itself from outside powers that seek egalitarian resource equity in a resource based economy with science as the basic framework of understanding. Think physics, chemistry and facts.

Globalization was a deliberate effort to put working people in competition with each other, such that it marginalized their income, creating a race to the bottom as banks look for the next N-work of people abroad to exploit. But as Richard Prior said eloquently, eventually "They" will run out of new "n-words" to exploit. South East Asia has become the "bitch of industry" as countries there are the manufacturing hubs that even China outsources work to now. The financialization of economies means that today we have people who majored in financial trickery running corporations that make more money moving money around in cleaver ways than they do doing anything productive. It's unclear if GE for example even does anything to actually produce anything other than making money with their money, like a band. Many large companies in wealthier countries that previously manufactured goods, now operate like banks making money with money, using cleaver finance and accounting manipulation or witchcraft, and are effectively as individuals and collectively, idolators of money, who play money above the public and worship money over God, and who will there be condemned by God to eternal damnation for making money their idol. American Idol you wonder? Flex that money, like you know you want to, but remember you have to pay your bills too.

This means that worker in the USA are competing against exploited people abroad. That's why so many manufacturing businesses left America and set up shop in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, or somewhere far away where labor, land, and permitting are easier, cheaper and faster to setup or develop. The poor local economies where these primary production activities are moved are stunned by the wealth that flows inward to build the factories with tooling imported and experts brought in to train everyone. Over time the costs rise and eventually that factory shuts down and exported to yet another cheaper local with cheaper land, cheaper labor, and liberal easy to development lack of regulations or outright help from the local government looking at gold in their eyes, at yet another faustian bargain like Satan himself way the puppet master of globalization and the exploitations of ever more people abroad.

All for one and none for everyone else the maxim or axiom they base their thinking on, the deepest kind of narcissist greedy selfishness possible and they are dangerous even to themselves.

The entire unit with included bag only weighs 192 grams, which seems impossible, but they did say thin & light in the listing. Let's examine this a bit more. First off this is a bit too big for our 2022 Corolla Hybrid front window, but I was able to finagle it a bit to make it work. A smaller unit would work better and I should have measured carefully before ordering, or at least looked up the front window size of the E210 corolla to get the right size, but I am a flawed sinner hypocrite and make mistakes and willingly admit it. So perhaps they are saying the UV blocking coats were applied 4 times to make 99.99% UV & heat blocking in incredible thin fabric that does an excellent job at blackout the front window on the inside. 

After 15 minutes in cloudy overcast weather clear without rain, I did notice a notable temperature drop of at least 10 deg after installing the folding sun shade. I removed it from the car however, noticing that the virgin new polymer materials were off gassing causing a strange order inside the cabin. I will let it off-gas on the deck of our home for a bit before putting it back in the car. 

It will be exciting to see the test in full sun during summer hot weather. I am sick with a nasty intense virus now for 5 days, and it was full sun yesterday, so I actually went and heat soaked in the car. The dash camera was so hot that I hade a hard time removing it without wanting to set it down quickly like a very hot cup of coffee or tea without a handle, where you have to hold the body of the cup which is similar in temperature to the hot fluid inside. I would estimate without measuring, that the dash cam was 140F having more than 20 years of experiences playing with hot fluids, hot cups of tea and coffee, and hot water. It's easy to loosen the suction cup bracket and disconnect the power cable. The glove box stays cooler than most of the rest of the interior when sun coming through the front window directly heating the black dash materials, so I put the dash cam in the glovebox to let it cool off. I used a camping pillow in the front passenger seat reclined to heat soak like a sauna for about 30 minutes and got uncomfortably overheated, causing me to look up an automotive window heat shield on Amazon with good review scores.

Multiply this cold start emission by billions of vehicles and thats big plume of toxic fumes emitted daily worldwide. Add in tire tread erosion vulcanized rubber dust, brake dust, oil leads, transmissions leaks, and other fluid and grease leaking, fumes, soot, smoke or worse from diesel vehicles, or jet turbine engine exhaust, or coal power emissions, and it becomes clear the carbon energy a dirty toxic emissions nightmare making runaway climate change worse faster while also sicking people and nature with acid rain, fumes, smoke, particulate, vapors and toxic tailpipe emissions bad for human and environmental health. 

Fast Fueling Hard Competition

Most industrial farming machines are fueled by diesel with piston engines with high compression and good thermal efficiency that spin at lower speeds like 1800 RPM with full turbocharged power output. They also have the same tailpipe emissions of toxic soot, particles, fumes and worse. Liquid gasoline and diesel are easier than propane or butane to distribute quickly. A typical passenger car driver can drive to a gas station and add 12 gallons of gasoline in under 7 minutes from start to finish, paying at the pump with a credit card or debit card (debit cars are dangerous, credit cards are safer) 

Slower EV Charging & Finite Battery Elements Expensive 

Charging an EV up to 100X slower, but L3 or best case, only 4X slower, but 4X slower means it takes 30 minutes to add a decent amount of range even with a 350KW level 3 fast charger. There exists a L4 standard of 800VDC at 1000AMPS, but these are research pilot scale chargers that only work with some of the latest luxury EV's using the higher voltage battery packs and able to charge at 800KW or so. But battery electric vehicles are not enough, certainly not without Na-Ion or sodium ion batteries made of Earth abundant minerals and materials widely cheaply available, unlike finite expensive cobalt and lithium using in common EV Li-Ion batteries NCA or similar, though I am a fan of long life LFP or lithium iron phosphate batteries and LiTi or Lithium Titanate like the SCiB from Toshiba used on that cool fast charge electric bicycle. 

Electric Bikes & E-Bike Cars 

It's electric bicycles that seem to be poised to win the emissions challenge at moving people with cargo stored on the bike or small amounts in a rider worn backpack. I think bicycle cars are really the best bet, as saw examples of low mass enclosed low speed electric assist bicycle vehicles in Amsterdam. Think of an enclosed motorcycle with heating, defrost, air filtering, air conditioning or cooling, more comfortable, with a practical trunk for moving furniture, other smaller vehicles foldable, bags of groceries, or boxes of foods or beverages etc. 

Corded & Battery Electric Farming Equipment 

On farms, corded and battery electric farm vehicles, with overhead articulating wires, like trams in cities, such that diesel engines can be replaced with grid powered large industrial motors to energize the farming tools or agriculture machines. Even hybrid drivetrains where the diesel engine acts like a hydraulic or electric generator, instead of directly driving the machine mechanism, the engine can operate at its peak efficiency rotation speed into order to use less fuel and lower emissions. By not varying the engine speed, the hybrid drivetrain can achieve significantly lower fuel consumption, improving energy efficiency and cleaning up the air quality around farms, not fogging the food with tailpipe pollution like diesel powered machines do.  

Capacitors + Batteries = Higher Performance 

I really like ultra & super capacitors that store energy in ionized materials instead of chemical bonds, so they can charge 1000X faster, and give off current at incredible rates. That's while rail-guns use large arrays of charged capacitors to dump huge amount of DC current into the rails to shunt a magnetic field into the projectile launch sabot to get the tungsten penetrator or DU round to 6 miles per second velocity, enough to rip though normal materials like space trash parts that hit satellites causing catastrophic cascade issues that make space trash of commercial importance now. In the early days of Satellites this was not even considered, just as tailpipe or carbon emissions were only recently made a public popular political discourse important topic today under the banner of carbon emissions regulations or carbon credits or reducing carbon emissions. 

People Have to Eat to Live

Food the base of society as everyone must eat to live. This is why vehicles are so popular and since gasoline and diesel engines and fuels are practical and cost effective and proven, they continue to be widely utilized even though everyone is starting to see the cracks begin to show as carbon emissions that harm, hurt, poison and sicken and even kill people with preventable diseases. In a way, easily liquid hydrocarbon fuels made from mined oil enabled human activity to scale, increasing the number of people alive, giving rise to globalization and sending us towards 10 billion people alive at the same time, off the end of a cliff called runaway climate change global tipping points exceeded as the USD dollar and other fiat currencies continue to lose value making everything more expensive or making life more unfair for nearly everyone, their children, friends, neighbors, people.

Tin, copper, indium, gallium, aluminum, steel, plastic, glass & more. Its not one element but many mixed together in complicated ways that makes e-waste complicated to recycled, but also the way that electronics are spread out in low density all around the world, vs ore at a big open pit mine. 

Many existing mining chemical processing techniques can be used to recover valuable metals like copper & gold from e-waste. Lower value metals like aluminum and tin can also be a worthwhile profitable thing to recover, as can steel or glass if the scale of operations done on a gigaton industrial scale the way traditional metal ore mining and processing done industrially for commercial profit generation.

Hedonism or pleasure worship an aspect of the 1st world life that I struggle with, hating myself for being an industrialist promoting development for the sake of creating more wealth and prosperity to enable more middle class lives such that more people are lifted out of the squalor of poverty, refugee camps, genocide, rape, war, incest, human trafficking, child abuse, animal abuse or neglect, pollution from needless consumption, or similar to that of turning a blind eye to the suffering of other people, animals and nature to embrace the enjoyment of things that many people will never have the privilege or fortunate to enjoy. 

I was born into relative wealth as a regular Joe lower middle class American in a gentrified area thats so expensive to live that rent and home prices are now completely unaffordable to nearly anyone who is not upper middle class or wealthy, given that homes that originally sold for just under or just over 100,000 dollars are now selling for 1.2-2.5 million dollars. Gasoline sold for $0.99 when I graduated high school, now it's $5/ gal. A US pound or 454 grams of organic butter was $1.24 when I graduated high school and is now $4.49. Filet Mignon steak was $6.49/lb when I was in high school, now it's $34.99/lb. 

In these examples and many others, the cost of food, fuel & housing has risen much faster than wages, while the currency or USD or dollar has also lost a lot of its buying power, combined making everything more expensive or costly in terms of purchasing parity, or the relative cost to regular families or the general public, not to elite income earners, billionaires and the other hyper privileged lucky winners of society, like the royalty of past times who enjoy effortless access to luxuries other regularly people will never know about or experience. So you might wonder how I can listen to this kind of music and enjoy it.

The Background Music of Modern Marvels the TV program I used to watch with my adoptive late father Ken or the background music played at the shoe store DSW or discount shoe warehouse, electronic music thats easy to listen and a celebration of the liberated technology that makes so many lives in OECD countries like those of Western Europe or America, so wealthy with goods, internet, electricity, clean water, clean air, effortless streaming access to content of all kinds, making it so easy to live that many people reproduce with terrible gene's that produce unfit children who learn to eat processed garbage from their low functioning low IQ parents with bad DNA, and thus the Gene pool of mankind being polluted with garbage DNA that creates avoidable mental retardation or at least a preventable reduction in average IQ in a way that increases traffic accidents as people who are unfit to operate a car on public roads are awarded drivers licenses, who are too stupid to safely operate a motor vehicle, such that my 3 year old sister Erika was killed by a low skill driver with limed experience. It took until 1988 to outlaw Drunk Driving in all States of the USA or nationally in America. 

How stupid is that since New York outlawed drunk driving in 1910. How many things are known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects in warning labels that say as much, so why do the other states not recognize these toxic or carcinogenic substance or products as hazardous since factually speaking in science terms, they are poisonous, toxic or hazard, like many fraudulent radioactive items sold on Ebay and Amazon.com with purported health benefits that actually harm the DNA of people who buy and use these items in close proximity to their body, since ionizing radiation more damaging the closer the source is to your bodies DNA or cells. This is why radioactive waste hazardous and most radioactive consumer products were banned in the USA a long time ago. 

Most of these toxic products are made in China, and the CCP probably deliberately exports toxic products to harm people abroad, since the CCP and evil sick immoral unethical horrible evil government guilty of and with history document of making COVID19 virus, and many fake knockoff or counterfeit products, adding lead oxide instead of titanium dioxide to make white pigment in wire insulated and cases and other products that people touch and interact with physical, such that it exposes the user to lead. We banned lead from gasoline because it was proven that leaded gasoline emissions were lowering the IQ of people since lead exposure causes brain damage. Sure lead is an excellent anti-knock agent in fuels for gasoline engines, and acts as a lovely metal lubricant, which is why 100LL still used in some piston powered helicopters as 2024, even though the last country to ban leaded gasoline sold to the general public was Algeria in 2011.

BMW makes carbon fiber in Eastern Washington State in Grant Country with the cheapest electricity in the world at only 2 cents per kilowatt hour, radically cheaper than anywhere else. That is how BMW was able to make tens of thousands of i3 electric carbon fiber vehicles out of a mix of aluminum, carbon fiber and steel, such that each i3 has about 200kg of carbon fiber making up the passenger cell, glued together in a jig with hot BASF fast set epoxy heated by tungsten filament lamps of 1500w each like those fire prone ceiling torch lights that so many homeowners burned their house down with by allowing window drapery too close to the high heat 1500 watt quartz torch lamps facing up, such that the high heat from such lamps reached the autoignition temperature of the materials which the drapery was made of, causing the drapes to catch fire if they came into contact with the searing hot quartz 1500w bulb. 

Not everyone has common sense about electrical cables. I was familiar with and fascinated by power outlets, vacuum cleaners that plug into power outlets, electricity, energy, and similar topics as preverbal 2 year old toddler, and this became a passion or obsession that deepened with time up until now. I think AC very interesting since there is only 1 hot black wire as the white neutral bonded to the ground back at the utility panel connection. 

The home or building has a ground rod usually made of aluminum or copper that bonds the green or bare wire & neutral to the Earth ground or ground potential. These Earth currents actually return to the power generating plant far away eventually returning the energy. Meg & I had a small lawn at our old house and we got a mostly plastic small low wattage 250w corded electric lawn mower for $100 back in 2015 that we used a 100-ft 14-3 cable (bright green for easy visibility) and we watched our 3D printer extrude hot PLA & PETG in an organized back and forth way for rectilinear fill, and operated our cable electric lawn mower in a back and forth way so the cable was always behind us and the mower to avoid a cable cut by electrical mower accident. Mowing in an organized way also the way robotic lawn mowers mow, so back and forth protect you, your extension cable, and saves time & money, and uses less electricity also lowering your utility bill a little bit. 

Electric plug-in corded lawn mowers also avoid fussing with heavy expensive failure prone lithium ion mower batteries charging and running out of charge, while avoiding oil changes, and playing with gasoline & fuel stabilizer in small plastic gasoline cans that have to have the fuel changed with fresh fuel regularly to avoid white filaments from oxidized gasoline alkane waxes that precipitate in fouled gasoline or old gasoline or bad gas or bad gasoline, which could be carefully filtered out with coffee filters in a funnel made of gasoline resistant materials like metal or certain plastics like PP or PET. 

In emergencies where gasoline pumps are not working, any gas can of gasoline very valuable. Gasoline lawn mowers and other power tools used for landscaping like blowers, weed whackers, either 2 stoke mixed with oil 20:1 or 40:1 or 50:l with two-stroke oil, or with regular or premium gasoline with fuel stabilizer added; these carburetor small engine are damaged by ethanol in common E10 gasoline widely sold.

If you operate small engines, consider finding Ethanol Free or No Ethanol Gasoline or Pure Gasoline or EO Ethanol Free Gasoline. I get my ethanol free pure gasoline at The Grange in Issaquah Washington in a 10 liter or 2.5 gallon safety button dispenser can or a 5 gallon 20 liter metal safety can. I pour the gasoline from these cans into our automobiles if its more than 2 months old, even with stabilizer, since gasoline can dry out inside the carburetor of small engines, having fresh gasoline with no ethanol very importantly for small engine operation. Fuel injected automobiles have sealed fueling systems that minimize gasoline fouling by keeping air away from the gas in the sealed fuel tank fuel pump system that pressurized fuel through the fuel filter and fuel lines to the engines fuel injectors that direct fuel mist into the engines intake manifold or more recently in GDI engines at much higher injection pressure gasoline is directly injected near the spark plug, but these engines are prone to carbon coking or soot depositing on that valve seats. If the automaker paying attention they put a port fuel injector in the intake of GDI engines to wash the valve seats to miming valve seat coking issues. 

I removed stickers and other flare attached to the cable when I unboxed it for testing and use, using a box knife carefully to remove the white nylon zip tie attaching an idiot declaration that says the following common sense items, not in any particular order.

If someone is killed by running a gasoline generator indoors when it has multiple stickers that clearly describe NEVER RUN INDOORS OR IN INCLOSED SPACES, then the resulting fatal CO poisoning a selective pressure to knock out stupid or ignorant genes. 

If someone dies from electrocution from operating a hair drying in the bathtub, then thats a selective pressure to weed out bad human DNA with stupidity or ignorance genes that obviously cause the person to be oblivious too these hazards of electricity that been around for more than 100 years or several generations. 

It only takes 20 years for information to diffuse about a common topic like household electrical safety, so it's the persons fault if they didn't get the messages. There are PSAs galore, easily intelligible warning labels, user manuals and many other forms of informational materials available at Hardware Stores, Online, from talking to an electrician or other competent person, etc.

Well guess what, while other children were outside playing with imaginary friends, I was inside reading a printed volume copy of the encyclopedia, and it took it me 4 years to read all the books. I also played tennis, soccer, basketball, baseball, hiking, snowboarding, walking, jogging, running, bicycle riding, band, marching band, orchestra ensemble, and had a "Can DO Attitude" with a belief that I was able and am able to do anything I set my mind on. This means the left ventricle or bottom left pumping chamber of the heart not pumping blood to the brain & other parts of the body. CPR or Emergency Portable Defibrillator or EP Defibrillator that cost $1000 to $2000 and require a $200 per year battery & electrode replacement service, since the primary battery energizes the daily self testing function. 

The Portable Defibrillators send 1600v at 70ma or around 100+ joules of current pulse into the VFIB affected persons chest to electrically stabilize their heart rhythm. Higher energy more expensive versions are featured on hospital crash carts that perform a tunable similar function that a cardiologist has expertise at matching to the affected patients specific cardio problem, which might be different than just VFIB or AFIB or heart attack, since there are many other failure or error modes which cardiovascular disease can trigger in the human heart. 

Like hearing aids, I think there is price gouging going on in the Portable Defibrillator market, like ink jet printer cartridge scams, price racketeering or price fixing or huge margins seem to be the mainstay with these mass produced medical devices. 

For many decades hearing aids prescribed and tuned by an audiologist could cost an elderly person with hearing impairment many thousands of dollars, even tens of thousands for the best available technology.

I recently wrote about tiny overpriced military imaging drones called Black Hornet Nano, that cost nearly two hundred thousand dollars with the included spare drone & control charger package. Sure the development cost of such was 20$ million, but they are made by the tens of thousands and have been sold since 2013, so it seems like the price could be a lot lower. 

The FIM-92 stinger missile system originally with the command module was less than $20K per unit, now in 2024 they are selling for over four hundred thousand for each system, which comes with the control module, argon cooling battery canisters, in a large foam padded rugged plastic fold case. $420,000 for each FIM-92 makes supporting the Ukrainian war against Russia vastly more costly. 

I don't like pricing scams anymore than counterfeit goods, scams or fake products sold as the real deal. Scams, fraud, crime, corruption and similar evil that people do to other people makes me upset, angry, frustrated, annoyed, skeptical, distrusting, and even somewhat maniacal in thought, such that I naturally distrust other people & view them at first as wolves in sheep's clothing looking to take advantage of me at any moment with seedy personal lack of integrity, greed, idolatry, money worship or similar in their inner thinking motivating them to take advantage of unsuspecting innocent older people who grew up and lived in a time before such pervasive personal extreme individualism caused people to turn a blind eye to the suffering of other people, animals and nature, engaged in pollution or the investment into polluting industries.

I am guilty of many of these moral and ethical failures, idolizing engines, electricity, motors, appliance, power tools, vehicles of all kinds, information technology, the internet, YouTube videos, the web, online access, microwaves, fridges, vacuums, pressure washers, generators, power systems, gateways, routers, modems, telecom, HAM radio and radio systems, TV's, laptops, gaming digital and digital COTS or consumer off the shelf technologies of all kinds. I have an industrial engineering industrialist military elite mentality as a physically fit, mentally intelligent, coordinated, gifted, judgement prick mentality and struggle to show other people loving kindness the way that God demanded of me though obedience to him as to Christ Jesus and enabled by the Holy Spirit. I am guilty of idolatry of fasting, fashion, clothing, fancy fabrics, nice home, nice cars, perfect street surfaces, fixing and repairing or upgrading everything possible, making life better for everyone, helping other people to make the world a better place, sharing powerful ideas and doing whatever I can imagine to be edifying or helpful to other people I encounter, including be polite, respectful, reasonable, fair, patient, treating other people as better than myself, I am really struggling to execute with volition or free will these superior ways of operating as a person. 

Who wants to overpay anyways? On top of all that I just said, I am also a cheapskate or frugal and very deal conscious and price compare online to find the best deal on stuff that I want. There in lies the problem, why do I want a 2 stoke motor yard tool? Perhaps because I love the sound of those small engines at high RPM, even though it's so loud it can cause hearing damage. Perhaps it's because I want to wield cordless power over the tree crap dropped in our yard without resorting to raking all the time or manual sweeping the yard. Perhaps its to mow the lawn, like Lawn People the book. I feel tormented by a desire to buy a 2 stroke chain-saw, even though I have no direct immediate application for one. I centered my research on 58-62 cc units with 20 inch bars & an upgraded tungsten carbide blade chain. I forced myself into a DNB or Do Not Buy mode and only purchased wiper silicone replacement cartridges for $6 and a 25 foot 12-3 lighted end extension cord for $22 today on Saturday May 4th on Amazon.com early in the morning, even though I want to go to Home Depot and get a 2 stoke yard tool to vacuum up tree garbage from the yard for $300 with tax out the door. Hold Pending More Research another idea, since I feel unsettled about such a purchase. 

Does everyone want something? People even worship coffee or tea or food or drink or taste aroma flavor experiences and hedonism of content of all kinds and more. I feel like a hedonistic sinner and flawed hypocrite consumer deep down, then compare my spending to that of the US Pentagon to make myself feel less guilty for needlessly or pseudo-need consuming of tools and devices that I sparingly make use of, with so many items in our personal inventory that I can't even keep track of everything and many things are lost in translation since we have moved 4 times within 5 years and much of our stuff in a giant storage unit. I also absorbed many more things from people who died recently in our family who left me with many things. I feel like I am drowning in stuff that I am not even sure what to do with and already donated more than 30 car's full to charity to minimize. 

Meg has been actively taking boxes and other items out of the 12X30" $600/mo storage unit & bring it to our barely affordable rental basement unit so she can sort through and determine what is worth keeping or not, with the long term goal of getting rid of the storage unit. 

I agree, almost entirely, and would bring more of my items home, but am hesitant to do so because we are inventorying items that belong to someone else who will be taking them away soon, but also because I am very skeptical about causing a personal injury since my job requires a lot of upper body repetitive motion but drawing to a summer break by the end of June 2024, before it starts up again in late August, effectively yielding 50 days off, though I do not get paid for the time off, so I have to be extra super cheap or careful to not spend money over the summer. Ironically it's during summer that I like to go motorcycle riding, bicycle riding, scooter riding, hiking or doing outdoor fun that I find miserable doing in cold rain. 

Where we live in Western Washington USA it's too cool for my liking, so outdoor fun limited to less than 100 days per year. That means my Yamaha MT-03 sits around too much disused and that pisses my off almost more than anything else. In the same vain we have 3 cars and two drivers, so the Audi in the garage sits around a lot, only being driving on most Sunday to church 40+ miles away one way drive, because thats the only church we were able to find where its not about money and the pastor has a real job outside of church, owns his own business doing commercial flooring coatings, but also a church where the central focus is review of the Biblical Word and how we can translate that into our waking real world realities as people today. 

I know that God tells me to love myself, but I hate myself, so I am disobeying in this respect. I hate myself because I feel internally contradictory, with ideas that conflict, fractured, emotionally disturbed, frustrated by high housing costs, insourcing, outsourcing, unfair trade, the CCP, currency inflation, the cost of food rising, the cost of gasoline rising, income inequality, merger and acquisition formation of global monopolies, and many there societal issues with crime, scams, fraud, and worse, like pollution that sickens people and animals in nature with preventable disease, mostly cancers of many kind. 

No community means I don't feel connected to any friends. Meg assures me that people I know of care about, but I have no one to meet up with or hang out with. I don't have any real friends other than Meg herself and she is my wife & favorite person. 

I struggle with not feeling that life is arbitrary or pointless or without intrinsic meaning other than that which people ascribe to it arbitrarily to feel comfortable even though nearly everyone knows that human societies today are cold inhospitable mean spirited dangerous cities with evil people and no government that actually cares about the general public. 

There are no perfect people, not perfect governments, no perfect businesses, nothing that people do or make include people, is perfect. Everyone without exclusion is a flaw hypocrite sinner who fall short of the Glory of God, who should be ashamed of themselves, and humble themselves before the Lord, asking God to forgive them for their sins and inequality and failures mentally, morally and physically.

I had to get special permission to fly my 294 Gram DJI Mavic Mini 2 near a hospital in Eastern Washington by going to the FAA website and verifying that I was not collecting the data for commercial spying or for espionage working for a foreign state, which is ridiculous given the toy drones abilities, lack of IR imaging or payload capacity, short useful range, short battery life, and limited performance. Vanishing American Dream & Failing United State Dollar + Disappearing Middle Class

Here is one good reason why so many people hate politics, hate some politicians, and distrust the government. Housing, food, fuel, and the cost of life basics increasing much faster than wages, leaving a whole generation of people born after 1980 in a hurt with almost zero hope of ever owning land or a real home. Even condo's nearby are $400K+ and don't include parking, have an additional monthly HOA fee that can $500+ per month, + the money doesn't go as far because of currency inflation so everyone needs even more money for gasoline for example.

In 2002 when I graduate from Newport High School in Bellevue, Washington, USA, unleaded regular 87 RON gasoline commonly sold today as E10 with up to 10% GMO corn ethanol content, sold for $0.99/ per US gallon, and was then not containing ethanol but MTBE as the fuel oxygenate, and MTBE has more chemical energy than ethanol, meaning E10 actually has about 4% less energy than straight no additive gasoline. This means when you add E10 commonly sold at most gas stations in America, you get 4% lower fuel economy or 4% less range per tank. As a result of E10's lower energy content, I pay a small price premium and time penalty to deliberately buy Ethanol Free gasoline from The Grange in Issaquah, near where I rent the basement of a normal suburban single family home for $1800 per month. Meg & I have combined income of around $70 annually, and our current total monthly expenses are around $3851.18 or so. 

We have one 13 year old kitty and no human children and can't afford to have human children. So we are DINKs or dual income no kids, and should easily be able to afford a moderate single family home for a reasonable price that's affordable on our income. For Meg & I housing nearby very unaffordable, but it was not always this way. When we born in the early 1980's homes like the one we rent the basement of now were selling for less than $200,000, and are now well more than 1 million dollars. Gasoline that sold for $0.99 per US gallon when I graduate high school in 2002, now $499 or 500% more expensive. Minimum Wage in Washington State in 2002 was $6.90 per hour. So for price parity for gasoline at $5/gal minimum wage would need to raise to $34.50, when in fact the current 2024 Washington State minimum wage is actually $16.28 only 47% of the needed wage to make gasoline reach price parity with 2002 levels. Food prices have risen at least 40% since the year 2002, but some things like 1 lb of organic butter that was $0.99 or 99 cents back then is now more than $5 today, a 500% increase. I remember being able to buy 1 US gallon of organic whole milk for $1.28 and now the same sells in half of a gallon for $3.89 or 600% more expensive now than back then. 

I purchased my first used car in 1999 for $2000, a 1985 Nissan 200SX with a 5 speed manual gear box from the wife of a Boeing Engineer, who worked as an accountant at Safeway and had retired, who commuted in this car, until I bought it. She paid $6800 for it brand new. The same entity level Nissan Sentra sells for north of $24,000 now. My 1 year old used 2022 Corolla Hybrid was $28,000 with 26,026mi ODO in minty condition, just a few thousand less than its brand price. Cars are more expensive nearby because people with more money than brain power keep moving here from other countries with no driving history, who also tend to drive like they are intoxicated on drugs or alcohol, naturally, because their parents never owned a car and they never grew up around cars. 

I see a lot of California license plates because there is an exodus of people leaving overtaxation of the State of California, and many of these new to the area low skill drivers also have a yellow sticker on the back of their car saying "Student Drive, Please Be Patient" as they drive 10mph under speed limit on a 2 lane road where passing very dangerous or nearly impossible, holding other people up, wasting other peoples finite value time alive driving behind some dim whited idiot low skill dangerous driver, or another class of motorist that plays with their smartphone while driving, which is illegal and super dangerous, up to 26X more dangerous than driving at the legal limit of 0.08 BAC with blood alcohol in the driver system. I see a lot of visibly obviously foreign drivers doing stupid or dangerous things like turning right from the left turn lane on a 3 lane road, across the strait and right turn lane, causing accidents, pile ups on the freeway, role overs, T-bones and other accidents that raise the lost of car insurance for everyone else. I consider this people self absorbed or inconsiderate or rude because they are. Driving a car with a value license and car insurance is a privilege not a right. 

The US dollar has lost a lot of value since I graduated high school in 2002, such that its inflated by 73.6% over that same interval, meaning something that cost $10 back then costs $17.40, meaning the dollar is almost half as powerful as it was for buying things when I was graduating high school. This means the consumer price index of commonly purchased items like clothing, shoes, computers, furniture, appliance, means you need almost 2X more money now for the same items. Thats like saying everything is twice as expensive now, except housing which is 10X more expensive, and food when is 5X more expensive, with the example of milk and butter, though the same can be said for eggs, beef, veggies, leafy greens and many other common food items like nuts and seeds. When food prices rise faster than wages, that create poverty, meaning food becomes unaffordable to even people living in entry level apartments. Many elderly people in America are experiencing elder poverty for similar reasons, because they on a fixed retirement income from 1997 when the cost of everything has risen sharply since then as noted previously. 

The situation in many big Canadian cities like Toronto or British Columbia is even worse, with basic homes in mediocre condition selling for $2 million, and bidding wars on entry level apartments where hundreds of applicants apply for the same apartments. Air pollutants emitted by passenger automobiles, vehicles, cars, airplanes, trains, helicopters, jet and pulse jet engines, piston engines, combustion, fire, and even forest fires and volcanic eruptions, wild coal fires, and many other kinds of chemical pollutions from commercial and industrial chip fabs and other industrial and commercial chemical processing, like the flare column emissions of oil refineries.

Tire tread erosion products or what your tire tread becomes after it wears away from your tires, reducing tread depth, is the leading source of microplastics humans are exposed too, but its also bad for the fish that people trap or catch and eat meaning it ends up in our bodies from the food web. If you do not care about yourself, do you love someone else and care to spare them from the specter of negative impacts of pollution exposure. Who wants to breath toxic waste, because that is what air pollution is made of. Air pollutants are toxic waste products, just like tire and brake dust. 

Young children and pets are the most harmed by pollutants, pollution, air pollutants, poisonous chemicals, scents and dyes in commonly purchase home products and personal hygiene products; Meg and I buy scent free dye free products like many pregnant women. Oh, ya, Pregnant women are exceedingly sensitive to toxic substance as are the unborn children they are carrying in their tummy. Mommy becomes very sensitive to smells and tastes when pregnant as a protective mechanic to shield the fetus during early cell development where any toxic substance can cause retardation or other long term negative medical impacts. Elderly people have reduce liver and kidney function and are also much more sensitive to the toxic impacts of pollution or pollutant exposure. 

Many of the products sold as chemicals at the hardware store are toxic to people and warning labels to indicate as such, even spray paint or paint liquor thinner, or acids for driveway cleaning, or bug killers or pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, or death chemicals. Many toxic chemicals are legal to sell to the general public who are largely unaware of the hazards posed by these toxic chemical products. Victims of their own ignorance from trusting corporations and governments that do not have the general publics best interests as a central focus, since these fools and evil people worship money, power, control, manipulation, domination and other kinds of witchcraft or worldly idolatry, placing the love of money or status above the health and wellness of their children, neighbors, friends or family or other people. God says to love other people as better than yourself, so if people were following the Bible and doing what Christ Jesus taught as a daily practice, most of the worlds problems would not exist.

Nearby in Seattle, Washington, gasoline sells for $5/ US gallon, but owning an EV means paying many hundreds extra annually on license registration vehicle renewals, such that a hybrid like our Corolla Hybrid or Meg's Prius III cost under $200 per year, but an EV like our 2019 Nissan LEAF costs $680 per year in registration fee's, and charging at home not free either as PSE the local electrical utility raised our grid power prices, and bin the fee's based on use, such that charging an EV at home drives us into the highest price per KWH bin making it even less cost efficient to charge at home. I am able to drive normally and get 55-70 MPG or miles per gallon in the 2022 Corolla Hybrid and Meg's getting 44-50 MPG in her Gen III Prius. We sold Allan our 05 Prius II and he hyper mile efficiency focused drives it and can get over 60 MPG average. This means that with gas prices at nearly 5 bucks per gallon, it's more cost efficient per mile to drive a hybrid than a limited range used Nissan LEAF. So we traded our LEAF for the Corolla Hybrid and I love the Corolla Hybrid sedan!

Understanding the high fuel consumption or lower efficiency comes from the very low compression ratio, where a diesel engine has a higher compression ratio of 25:1 and gasoline engines are around 11 to 14:1, these pulse jet like very easy piston engines have ultra low compression ratio of 1.2 to 1, meaning much of the fuels heat energy cannot be expelled as useful thrust, but instead are emitted as a deafeningly loud sound from the acoustical resonance compression of the Lenoir Cycle.
