Life is not just about me, life is about all people, everyone important special & worth protecting & defending, including nature where our food, water & air we breathe come from.

Said my Karate teacher about the 3-3-3 rule when I studied martial arts from age 7 to 15, so that I can protect myself & others near me with just my body & no weapons by causing the bad actor who might try to hurt me or someone near me to waste their energy by dodging & then quickly knocking them off balance, think Neo dodging bullets in the first Matrix movie.
Find the silver liner in all situations, even when things are falling apart you can move on without holding on to negativity, forgiveness liberates you with deep inner healing without justifying the wrong doer who wronged you, your just saying "I understand that the person who hurt me was confused & I am making a willful decision to forgive them even if I do not feel it yet. I want to teach you that our thoughts affect our health directly & very powerfully, so healthy thought produces a healthier body regardless of age or how old you are, such that anyone anywhere can benefit greatly by forgiving more, forgiving quickly & easily so that God does the same for us when we die & face God for final judgement of our souls.
This post was produced on a laptop from 2014 that Meg just recovered from storage. I wondered if it would work, plugged it in then got all the software activated & access to goggle services like blogger s that I could share some encouraging thoughts that God shared with me in dreams last night, thankfully & to my utter & sheer amazement because I have no idea why God keeps helping me in so many ways, but perhaps its because he knows that I really love him deep down & want a life connected to God so that he enables me to live the way God intends for my life to maximize engagement of all the priceless love in life from other people & animals like the little squirrel that Meg' feeds on our patio who now trusts us enough to take food from our hands directly, incredibly. Nice because we do not have children or pets anymore, so helping the local wildlife sings to our hearts of love for life on Earth & God.
