What You Say About Yourself Affects Who You are Becoming

Our thought life strongly influences the mind & brain & body. Having a positive outlook, can do attitude, looking for the silver lining in all situations, you have absolutely control & agency with your inner monologue. 

Take control of your mind & take captive all your thoughts & rearrange thinking to have a healing, helpful, enabling shift in mindset, attitude, emotions & motivations & to combat false beliefs & learned helplessness that hinders people with mediocrity & worse! 


Focus Shifting with Greater Intelligence 

To make anything happen you must focus your mind on that tasks. In order to write this posting, I had to sit & think about thinking & my mindset & ideologies. Reflecting on what it means to have a Can DO attitude that my parents instilled in my during childhood. Where you steer your focus you will observe changes, good or bad. 

There are no such thing as good or bad memories, we put an emotional spin on them & more intense emotions create stronger longer lasting memories. Knowing that emotions stimulate formation of long term memories, use this knowledge to create more engagement with information you actually want to remember so you can share it with others! 

You have to combat offloading your mind & responsibilities to your smartphone. When your driving, do not always use GPS, try thinking for yourself for routing & making sense of where you are & where you are going & safety focus while driving since you can easily kill or harm yourself & others! 

Learning By Believing that You CAN 

A new language or skill, practice, exercises, memorization, execution, doing it & failing & learning why you failed to improve. Having a winners attitude & a feeling that you can master the new language or skill & that you will continue learning as you continue doing whatever it is that you are focusing on learning. Teachers are supposed to encourage students so they can learn more faster. Children are the fastest learners on Earth. Are you smarter than a 5th Grader ? Yes or Yes / How many phone number can you recall from brain memory without touching your smartphone? 

Education & Believing That You CAN! 

More important than anything else, education enables people to do more things & liberates people with the ability to keep learning new information & skills to apply in the real world with a pragmatic focus to create positive changes & improve your life any way that you can, especially if doing so enables you to become faster & smarter to the point where you get even more done more quickly so you have time to help your loved ones & people you love & care about. Having an enabled can-do attitude & belief that you are amazing & loaded with potential to create positive changes in your life & help other people. You have lift other people up with words of encouragement & edification. 

Emotions Influenced Brain Memory Storage 

Creativity something you do, its an active state of making it happen. When Meg & I go hiking we are in an active state talking about physical activity & healthy lifestyle goals we are working towards to achieve better physical & mental health. Getting active like going for walk helps to improve digestion but also greatly improves blood flow to the brain or cerebral blood flow rates to enable faster Alpha state of mind where creativity flourishes. 

Sleep Super Important 

Delta brainwaves are associate with deep restorative sleep. Light pollution & digital overload from smartphones & internet have caused many sleep disorder rates to increases as more patients report to their doctors difficulties falling asleep or staying asleep, problems exacerbate by caffeinated beverage consumption later in the day & alcohol consumption, both of which make sleep disorders caused by overstimulation from artificial light exposure to worse your troubles sleeping. 

Sleeping in a dark, cooler, silent or white noise environment important for sleeping. Without AC & with hot summer weather, I have not been sleeping as well, despite using fans to pull in cooler outdoor air. Finally last night it cooled down more & clouds today & keeping the temperatures lower than otherwise recent full sun conditions. 

Wake up at the same time every day & go to bed when you are tired. If your going to drink coffee or tea with caffeine or energy drinks, do that early in the morning when your waking up for the day. Avoid alcoholic beverages or at least limit your servings to 2 max. Excess ethanol consumption causes numerous health problems well documented & even writing on the side of alcoholic beverage containers with Surgeon General warmings etc 

Mindfulness Focus Shift

Name three things you are appreciative for right now. Imagine where you want to be in life down the road. What are you doing today like saving your money or investing, that will help you reach your long term financial goals. What about your physical health & body & weight. What your eating today will influence your body & brain continually. 

Happiness By Choice / Engagement with Information & Flavors

Having a healthy mind about focusing on where you can make a difference, where your getting real value in life? Ask yourself, when your thinking about buying something, how will this or that thing influence my life down the road. What are you doing with your money, what are you buying & why? What do your choices & behaviors say about you ? Its important to ask yourself these personal reflection questions to help orient your thinking towards becoming a better version of you! 

Food Culture Influences Health

Food a reflection of culture itself & American's have unhealthy food intelligence problems, buying too many processed junk foods & not eating real whole natural & organic foods that people have been eating for tens of thousands of years. 

Industrialized Food Unhealthy 

People have only been eating industrial wester diets for the last 10 generations when mass production & food processing became something to fuel the 100,000 item season-less Grocery store model where sugars & carbs & slung by the billions & fiber missing as well as health fats not selling enough. Processed foods missing the fiber important for digestion & have too many simple carbs that spike blood sugars & can give rise to high blood pressure, diabetes & heart diseases. 

Sugars Cause Brain Damage 

Glucose toxicity from the over consumption of high glycemic index foods one of the major driving causes of demential & Alzheimers. Worse, consuming sugars in excess accelerates biological aging of your body, i.e. your becoming older faster than the number of years you've been alive. 

Food & Drink A Stream of Chemicals Entering Your Body

Food & drink forms the largest chemical input stream into your body. Not all calories are the same. Hormones like INSULIN play an enormous role in how your body stores fat. Insulin tells your body to take sugars from your diet & store them as body fat, which is why the low fat food movement in America made it impossible for many people to lose weight. 

Worse, being overweight because of carb abuse & toast the pancreas & cause insulin resistance or Hyperinsulinemia & a host of other preventable metabolic syndrome diseases like painful joint inflammation & high blood pressure or hypertension, all from eating the SAD or standard American diet. People need to eat more fiber & get more water to stay hydrated. 

People need to stop eating 3-5 times per day & start practicing interval fasting, especially overweight people who are trying to lose weight. Being overweight increases the risk factors for developing many kinds of cancers that thrive in a high blood sugar environment that makes people age faster. Serving sizes are too large, especially dinner & you should consider skipping some meals & allowing your body to experience hunger. Try water fasting 3-7 days if you are trying to lower your insulin levels or lose weight. 

Eat more healthy fats like monounsaturated fats & avoid saturated & trans fats, those are inflammatory. Try getting more fiber into your food choices & diet. Learn about food nutrition online & watch YouTube videos about ketogenic diets & low carb diets & pump your mind with the tools your need to embrace a healthier food relationship & healthier diet & a stronger body & mind by fueling your cells with ketones & lower glycemic index foods!
