I have an upper respiratory viral infection and after my morning coffee today Dec. 3rd, I decided to brew up one of my favorite herbal teas to ease the discomfort & for enjoyment :) Been sick for about 3 days now, with nasty symptoms starting Thursday evening Dec 1st 2022. Hot & cold flashes, sweating, dry irritated throat & nose, pain while swallowing, upset stomach, bad joint pain in my neck, hands, knees, angles, all over lethargy, tiredness, soreness, pain, mental fog, irritability, reality no fun being sick. I actually hate being sick!

I went to the trouble of hand coding the writing on the tea bag wrapper because I love comparing English to French languages, since English is based on French, German, Latin, blended & mixed. Many English words derive from the French language, which sounds more beautiful to me. I have been to Paris France, for the 1999 to 2000 Millennial parade & played snare drum with the marching band in the parade :) I was there for 10 days with 180 other bands students from Bellevue, Washington State, USA.

I love France, the French language, French food culture, art, music, science & technology, especially the French nuclear fission energy sector & the innovative cool companies like AREVA & EDF that are active in the nuclear energy space in France & who export their reactor designs to South Korea & other highly developing economies that are embracing nuclear fission reactor technology like India!

The French butter cooking with saturated fat proved to me that saturated fats are safer to eat that unsaturated reactive fats high in omega 6 & 9 that are inflammatory by comparison. Butter, Ghee, Lard, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, MCT Oil, there are many saturated & mono-unsatured fats, like extra-virgin cold pressed olive oil that I absolutely love to eat on salad, with aged balsamic vinegar & bread dipped into the mix, on pizza or pasta or in soups or stews. I love the buttery flavor of saturated fats, meat fats, fish fats, rich flavorful savory experience, enjoyment, amazement, joy, happiness, enchanté ^^
