Even a smart connected TV usually has a camera hidden in the bezel, remote control, above or below the screen where the UV IR remote detector located for remote control functions.
Look for anything plugged into the wall out of place, turn you phone camera light on an inspect it, or start unplugging stuff, double check anything that is already there. Even a pen can contain a camera that is battery powered.
Think like a creep and scan the room for any cameras, or who cares, if you don't care about being filmed or having videos of you recorded, then why bother. If you value privacy, you have to spend time and effort to make sure you're not being scammed, because the world so deeply unfair that more people have become lovers of themselves and their money & no one & nothing else.
Never click on a link in a text, swipe left & report as a scam or swipe up and delete and report as a scam.
