3-7 day fasting might seem extreme, while interval fasting can give you a little ketosis & autophagy boost, here are some tips & tricks to cope with fasting

0. Stay hydrated, drink lots of water, 60-150oz per day & more if your really active & its hot outside 

1. Add some salt to your water or zero calorie electrolyte, especially if you drink a lot of water 

2. Drink some black tea or black coffee, even a touch of coconut or MCT oil ok

3. Take a bath in some magnesium salts 

4. Drink bone broth to prevent phosphate deficiency during re-feeding, learn how to make it

5. Think about why sugar causes inflammation & why you do not want more inflammation or pain

6. Plan your diet using ideas about adding fiber & health fats & reducing or eliminating the consumption of processed foods

Consider that fasting releases SERT that binds to histone groups on your DNA & the SERT untwists histones in certain parts of the DNA so that those segments can produce new proteins, called gene expression. SERT activates FOX-O-3 gene & many other anti-oxidant genes in your body naturally by simply fasting. Turmeric also activate FOX-O-3. 

Vitamin D3 super important for gene expansion, without enough D3 your genetic material cannot reveal itself in a normal way the way it is supposed to. D3 needed for the body to repair itself & most people are D3 deficient, as it is involved in more than 300 different biochemical reactions in the human body. FOX-O-3 also initiates DNA repair mechanism that make your telomeres longer & reduces your age, age-reversal, it controls the clearance of dead cells with autophagy clearance of cell waste + protein structure & maintenance that prevents dementia & Alzheimers disease, SERT intinitated FOX-O-3 also boosts stem cell mobilization from the bone marrow & it boosts your BNDF brain cell building factors that improve neuroplasticity, learning & memory & adaptation of the brain to life constantly changing flux, entropy or chaos! 

When you do eat food, look for fresh rainbow colors & natural organic & whole. Pick low glycemic index fruits & veggies & eat real meat, chicken & fish. Omega 3 fatty acids are super important for SERT release & when Omega 6 ratio too high, it should be 1:1. Omega 6 from vegetable seed oils, & 6 competes with 3 for the same substrates. Omega 3 lengthens your telomeres. Meditation also increases your telomeres. Melatonin also turns on FOX-O-3. Lack of sleep shortens your Telomeres. 

What you eat affects your genetic expression. What you eat affects your hormone levels. When you eat proteins you produce ILF-1 & that turns on M-TOR, protein kinases that stimulates your ribosomal production to make more protein, but it also causes cell proliferation that increases your risk of cancer. There is no doubt that a high protein diet turns off autophagy. Too much protein increases M-TOR & helps cancer cell proliferation accelerate. Avoid protein powder. Eat real meat. Real meat will not increase your blood glucose & IGF-1 levels like protein powders. Do not eat protein bars, they are not natural. Nature does not make protein powder or bars, it makes meat, not feed with corn either. IGF-1 like GH or growth hormone. If you body building or sick, you might need a little extra protein. For most people too much protein can cause diabetes. 

Eating sugar turns on RAS-PKA, another protein kinase that turns off autophagy & fructose causes damage to the liver. Sugar highly processed. Sugar is not nature, its a poison. Sugar will increase inflammation in the body by elevating blood glucose, causing joint disease, heart diseases, cancers & pain & suffering & acne & leaky gut & faster aging. Avoid sugar to stay younger faster. You get it. You need to fast, interval fast & eat the right things, good healthy foods with enough fiber & healthy fat & good natural protein in its real natural forms in moderate amounts, shorten your feeding window to the middle of the day, stop snacking & drinking alcohol the carcinogenic dehydrating intoxicant. 

When you eat natural fats in a natural way, it comes with everything in it, the A D E K vitamins. We have only been eating western SAD diet for 10 generations. Our body not adapted to eating processed junk foods & other highly processed crap common in the standard American diet confusion & fake news & non-science based misinformation from the Food Pyramid & worse. Our genetic material has only had 10 generation to adapt to a radical change in diet, this is not working, it would take 1000 more generation for humans in the future to adapt to this sugary low fiber junk food thats the base of the SAD or standard American diet & all the preventable diseases caused by over eating all the wrong foods at the wrong times of day & not staying hydrated!
