Bake Doug Risen Small Boule Real Crusty Savory Bread in Hot Dutch Oven in Your Oven

Add warm 100F or 40C water to a bowl, about 1/3 to 1/2 cup or about 100 grams, then add about 30 grams of flour & mix to a water batter. Put a pinch 1/8tsp of bakers bread yeast into this water flour, mix & place the bowl in a warm spot, covered with a wet towel. In 20 min, go back and add another 1/4 cup of flour & mix. Cover again and let it rest in the warm spot for another 20 min. Now add the remaining flour to your dough, 1/2 tsp of salt, and knead the dough until you have a night firm dough ball, place the dough ball back in the bowl, cover with a wet towel, place in a warm location (near hot oven) and let it rise for another hour. Take the risen dough & beat it down to release the gas (co2) then knead it for a few minutes, put the dough back into the bowl, cover with a wet towel and let it rise again. While the dough doing its final rise, preheat your oven with a cast iron dutch oven with lid inside the oven, to 500 F or 290C. Carefully remove the dutch oven & place it on a heat proof surface, then carefully remove the searing hot lid & set it down. Transfer the dough ball from the bowl into the hot oven by dropping the dough ball into the dutch oven, then carefully put the searing hot lid back on the dutch oven, and back this assembly in the oven for 23-27 minutes, and during the last couple of min you can turn the oven off. Carefully remove the dutch oven, setting it & its lid down & now you see your dark crust bread boule making a lovely crackling noise & emitting roasted yummy yeasty savory smells. This is real bread, the way bread was made for thousands of years, almost entirely unlike wonder bread in every possible way!

Foods to eat on a whole-foods, plant-based diet or WFPB 

From eggs and bacon for breakfast to steak for dinner, animal products are the focus of most meals for many people.

When switching to a plant-based diet, meals should center around plant-based foods.

If animal foods are eaten, they should be eaten in smaller quantities, with attention paid to the quality of the item.

Foods like dairy, eggs, poultry, meat and seafood should be used more as a complement to a plant-based meal, not as the main focal point.

A whole-foods, plant-based shopping list

  • Fruits: berries, citrus fruits, pears, peaches, pineapple, bananas
  • Vegetables: kale, spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus, peppers
  • Starchy vegetables: potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash
  • Whole grains: brown rice, rolled oats, farro, quinoa, brown rice pasta, barley, lentils
  • Healthy fats: avocados, olive oil, unsweetened coconut, organic butter or ghee

If not, if the ingredients are unrecognizable or if there is a huge paragraph of ingredients with words your don't recognize, thats probably an ultra processed food that is digested so rapidly you could eat 2X more of it before feeling full and thats exactly what the manufacturers of UPF is hoping for, they want the consumers of UPF ultra processed foods to eat as much as possible as quickly as possible such that doing so makes the foods even more addictive. 

The tobacco industry used ammonium chemistry to modify the nicotine transport in cigarettes so that smokers would get a faster rush of nicotine that would wear off faster, thereby reinforcing the abuse & addiction to cigarette smoking. 

Cigarettes are not even made with real tobacco leaves like a high quality cigar. They are made from puffer tobacco that has been ultra processed in a mother liquor continuing thousands of unknown chemical additives to make cigarettes more addictive. Another 1/3 of the cigarette is made from reclaim, literally tobacco dust swept up from the factory floor, which contains all sorts of other substance that were on the ground, dust, dirt, mold, bacteria, spores, viral particle, sweat, hair, skin cells, dandruff, fecal coliform, street funk that rubbed off of employee shoes & other disgusting substances. Only about 1/3 of the cigarette is made of rag, made from ultra processed tobacco leaves that have been supersonically injected with concentrated nicotine juice. They even put funny strange chemicals in the cigarette filters to modify the smoke mouth feel, taste, aroma & flavor. 

Cigarettes have a lot in common with UPF or ultra processed foods. I believe the UPF food processing companies will be restricted from marketing to children with colorful box characters & similar bright colors, just the way big tobacco was blocked from marketing to children in 1994. 

The big UPF food processing companies engage in the same immoral unethical business practices that the Tobacco industry is famous for. This doctors say that camel cigarettes are the best. They actually got real world doctors to endorse cigarettes, doctors who also smoked cigarettes like a real world oxymoron. If anyone should have known about the negative health effects of smoking cigarettes earlier than anyone else, it would be doctors who study the body intensively. 

The same doctors who smoked cigarettes they promote in tobacco industry advertisements, also openly admitted that the fumes from tailpipes of cars burning leaded gasoline were causing a statistically signifiant drop in the IQ of the general public from all the microfine lead dust emissions when gasoline with tetraethyl-lead or TED added as an anti-knock agent was burned in automobile engine in older carburetor non-emissions controlled classic automobiles.

Today nearly all gasoline sold at regular gas stations is unleaded. They switched to MTBE & later ethanol + other additives when lead was phased out of gasoline. But I assure you that tailpipe emission contain CO, NOX, SOX, PM, HC & many other trace toxic pollutants that cause brain, liver, kidney & lunch cell damage. CO2 emitted by hydrocarbon fueled vehicle exhaust also making climate change, acid rain, acidic bodies of water, soil, air, land pollution and many other problems to public and ecosystem health because of oil refinery emissions, oil mining leaks & oil spills and many other problems like explosions at oil processing plants or flaring columns blowing foul black sooty smoke off orange dim flames to burn off waste products as air pollutants. 

The ignorant billionaire jerks that own and operate these refineries could be burning the flare stack waste in a boiler to make steam to make electricity on site, especially since oil refineries are some of largest users of grid power at MW industrial scale. They use electric heaters to distill crude oil in order to have superior temperature control. 

Have you ever seen a veggie oil processing plant? They look like small crude oil refiners or gas product plants, with large steel column stills & lots of expensive looking steel pipes. UPF plants also look like miniature crude oil refineries. They take food & expose it to heat, pressure, strong acids, alkali, solvent, bleaches, precursors, catalysts, adjuncts, unknown chemicals, UV, microwave, high heat, high pressure, vacuum & other industrial processing, and this breaks food down into flavorless powders, molecular parts of what was once food.

Those UPF powders have no smell or taste & are similar to concrete dust as a food, so a bunch of artificial specialty flavors, aromas, smell & taste chemicals, mostly synthetic or products derived from coal tar, artificial flavors, artificial dye or colors, polymers, stabilizers, emulsifiers, chemicals with names that no regular person understand, that no one cooks with or even has at home, are added to these bland dust powder. 

In essence its like the UPF companies are cooking the food in gasoline, then deodorizing it, bleaching it, sprinkling vitamins back into it to call it enriched, then fuming it with essential oils & synthetic chemicals to add flavor, smells, tastes and aromas which are all fake to fake our your nose, tongue, eyes & brain, so when you eat UPF your body thinks your getting real food, but they design the UPF to block feeling full so that you can eat it even faster & much more of it. 

There are people so addicted to UPF that once they start eating it they literally cannot stop & will go out of their way to acquire more for further consumption until they feel sick and pass out from over eating it. This proves that UPF can be just as addictive as hard narcotics and should probably be restricted & banned similarly. 

We should have a societal worldwide focus on eating real natural whole organic plant & ethical animal foods like people have been eating for all of history before UPF came out in the 1970's, incidentally right when the global obesity epidemic started accelerating. Yes, UPF are driving the obesity epidemic worldwide! That is perfectly clear and completely unambiguous.
