3 meals per day toxic metabolically, like a nutritional assault on your body. There is no reason to eat 3 meals per day & doing so not natural for a human for the last 10,000 generations of humans on Earth. Most pre-modern human people ate one meal in the middle of their day.
In antiquity, many fruits, berries & veggies our genetic ancestors ate were seasonal. Industrialized countries like America have a food culture of overly large serving sizes, eating too often all of the wrong things; not eating enough of the right things, & chronic dehydration that kills peoples kidneys at an epidemic rate, just like obesity & cancer & type 2 diabetes & hypertension (ask me how I know) are overtaking Americans with preventable diseases at epidemic alarming rates that are driving our healthcare system bankrupt with cost overruns.
I became Type 2 diabetic with hypertension or high blood pressure back in 2017. Without any doubt in my mind, it was from abusing remarkable quantities of salted caramels, purchased in bulk on Amazon.com, regularly. I would eat these caramels at night, after dinner & stay up late reading wikipedia, for thousands of hours total. I used a computer timer to log that over the years, I have read wikipedia for more than 80,000 hours, often many articles 3-10x to really burn the information in.
I spent a lot of time reading about the human body & disease & disorders & how they are treated with drugs. I became interested in drugs as a teenager, having tried marijuana, now legal in some US states for 21+ year old adults, though not me because I am a school bus driver & cannot have any drugs in my system as I am randomly urine tested when I show up for work in the morning. Pharmacology a very interesting topic with toxic side effects, especially given that many foods contain active biochemicals that affect the cell signaling & other aspects of the human body, gut biota flora & other aspects of health & wellness, sleep, mood, activity levels, stamina, strength ; by changing the balance of axises, hormonal control. Insulin, Insulin, Insulin the hormone that tells the body to shove sugar out of our blood & into our muscles & brain. Carbs are nearly instantly converted to spikes in blood sugar, when they are metabolized by microbes in our gut, that then poop the glucose into the small intestine membrane walls that have leaky gut because they are inflamed from all the of the quasi-edible junk foods the average American eat's too often & in much too large of serving sizes consumed.

I found my solution to Type 2 diabetes; something I had been searching for to solve my joint pain & loss of body energy, stamina & endurance. I had probably been stressing my blood glucose & insulin receptor & pancreas with excess simple carbohydrate consumption for years. Beer, pasta, rice, bread, sugar in many forms, candy, desert items, baked goods & worse. I did not developed Type 2 diabetes overnight, I developed diabetes from eating like a typical American. The Food Pyramid a collection of nutritional lies & misinformation so off basis in science, once you learn the truth about truly healthy diet & fitness, you will, like me, consider the food pyramid a sick joke of distracting confusing mis & dis- information.
The SAD or American Diet was created by the same low caliber people who commercialized crisco & highly processed veggie oils that cause cancer & heart disease when cooked with or consumed. Try this, saturated fat & cholesterol are healthy for your hair & skin & eyes & brain! Sugar consumption creates body fat, visceral fat that chokes out your organs, enlarges your fatty liver & gives your metabolic syndrome diseases & disorders, inflammation pain & swelling & suffering & other health problems, loss of sleep quality, night sweats, lack of body energy & fatigue.
Overeating too many carbs & not enough fiber or health fats & eating the toxic polyunsaturated fats that researcher feed rats to cause cancer, its like we are literally cooking in veggie oil poison & ruining the food that we cook by making it toxic to consume. Too much salt & sugar & not enough whole plant veggie fiber & too much fruit fructose too often & not enough sleep & not enough water. Its like most people in America have it all wrong, making a whole system of unhealthy lifestyle choices, like that stupid fat free movement, eating all the wrong fats & oils & not getting enough high quality organic fats & oils & health meat or veggies & some fruit sometimes & 1 serving of alcohol or less per day & no smoking or heavily processed food consumption. People in America are so confused about diet & lifestyle choices, they are giving themselves diseases that are causing the healthcare system in America to collapse, to go broke & fail slowly & progressively, just like their endocrine system as they continually toast & damage it with too much sugar & simple carbs that turn into blood sugar rapidly.
No seasons in the grocery store, other than price hikes from inflation of the fiat currency increasing at alarming rates. I am talking about fruits & veggies, available organic or conventional 365 days per year in America or Europe or other OECD wealthy or well developed countries with grocery stores. Dietary excess, too many meals per day, too many carbohydrates & sugars & salts, not enough fiber or water.
The SAD or Standard American Diet all out of balance of whacked out of control & doesn't align with nutritional science of the science of fasting or ketogenic diets or low carb diets based on whole raw & cooked vegetables, raw unsalted nuts & seeds & other scientifically proven health diets, eaten with one or two meals per day, skipping breakfast or dinner & eating a big nutritious meal in the middle of the day, like our genetic ancestors have been doing for the last several dozen thousands years.
Fat, sick, on medications, inflammation, pain in the back, neck, shoulder, elbow, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet. Sore muscles, poor quality sleep, digestive disorders that make going poop a liquid irritation nightmare.
If you go to the typical western drug pushing doctor after fasting & have lost weight, the differential diagnosis something like "You must have an eating disorder; or you have cancer & or you are now using illicit psycho stimulant drugs like cocaine or MDMA or amphetamines" because in your western physicians 20+ years of experience, the only time patients lose weight rapidly is because of one of the aforementioned negative reasons, not because the patient learned from Dr. Alan Goldhammer or Dr. Annette Bosworth or Dr. Robert Lustig or Dr. Jason Fung, in one of their educational outreach YouTube videos, about eating a whole plant based diet with limited amounts of saturated & mono-unsaturated fats, by way of eating a lot of fiber rich veggies & some fruit & some complex carbohydrate grains & raw nuts & seeds (never roaster in toxic veggie oil)(or salted)
