If you look at the causes of violence & crime in America, they have nothing to do with guns. Firstly, guns are a purely mechanical device powered by a chemical reaction inside the bullet when the firing pin impacts the pressure sensitive explosive in the bullets primer which forces a stream of high temperature gas into the bullets powder producing a chemical reaction that generates up to 50,000 PSI to shove the metal bullet slog down the spiral grove barrel at thousands of feet per second, where the copper coated lead slug pressure slides in the barre groves which impart mechanical spin to the bullet to make spin stabilization to improve the trajectory of the bullet. This works better in longer rifle barrels than a typical pistol barrel, which is why rifles have better ballistic performance, better range & better accuracy.
I hate crime & hate criminals & love justice, even if I have to administer it with a pencil! I am protected & reverse bully, who will never allow harm to come to anyone near me! I don't care if I have to range lift the desk or chair or use cups or phones or anything. I can fight with paper rolled up, or whip someone with an charging cable. I am able to turn clothing in a weapon to strangle or tangle hands up, to trip or tie up. I am a deep disturbed person deep down just waiting for someone to try and mess with me. I have survived multiple assassination attempts and have kept myself from being robbed during an armed robbery. I am not afraid of anyone or anything. I sleep lightly with one eye open, finger on the hair trigger waiting to figure it out if someone enters my room. I was at a hotel while traveling for work and someone actually climbed through the window of my hotel room until he saw me draw my weapon and chamber it and say "Get the fuck out of my room" as I watched this adult man scramble his way back out the hotel room window as fast as he could.
This left me feeling a little rattles and made it hard to get back to sleep but was a great reminder of staying sharp and focused. This helped me give up marijuana and alcohol. I want to be vivid, vibrant, sharp and have good situational awareness at all times, even when I am suddenly awakened. I go for out cold to wide awake nearly instantly and have accidently hurt Meg in bed a number of times on accident because she accidentally touched me while I was sleeping. When I was tortured and raped violently as a child, they taught me to harm anything that touches me while I am sleeping. Meg is the only person who vividly understand the deep limbic training that bubbles up automatically. It's called sleep defense training. This makes it hell living in multi-family with random noises, forcing me to use brown noise out of an Amazon Echo speaker to help drown out the background noises. I wake up really early for work, like 4am naturally without an alarm, but set a 5am backup alarm just in case and mostly end up disabling it on another Alexa device, so the Alarm does not wake Meg up early.

Does your Glock pistol have too much recoil, get a larger longer heavier stainless steel barrel upgrade threaded with a quick lock adapter for the silencer that you twist onto the end. All that extra mass upfront helps to reduce muzzle lift and recoil. Excessive recoil the main reason that unmounted handheld automatic weapons fired continually are so hard to control. Consider the AK47 with 7.62/39 rounds fired in automatic mode producing enough upward force that it is impossible for even very strong men to hold the barrel from rising off target. This is why professionals in the military and law enforcement shoot their M16 if P90 in tight burst of a few rounds, which also helps to conserve ammo & improve shot accuracy. Some improved automatic weapons feature a selector switch between semi-burst-auto, with a 3 round burst shot the preferred mode in most tactical situations.

You're the only person that is always with yourself, so gear up with EDC and get the CPL and a defense lawyer on retainer and meet with self defense attorney & consult them about EDC carry laws & methods to keep yourself clean of evidence that could be used against you. If criminals do not follow restrictive gun laws, why should you if your only using guns for self-defense protection? Keep your pistol close to your body mounted in a concealed holster & tell no one other than your defense attorney about it. A flashlight a good idea to find all the shell casings; make sure to never leave shell casing behind. Collecting your spent brass means you can also recycle it at your local gun range, so your being eco-friendly when you go there to practice shooting your pistol & zeroing in your tritium florescent night sights.

In Islamic extremist countries, where the faith also the state law, Women do not have the same rights as Men, Islamic Women have far fewer rights than Islamic Men in states run by Islamic Governments. These ignorant despots did not even read or understand the Koran. They claim to worship Allah but fail to engage moral & ethical precepts extensively described by Muhammed.

When my lovely wife & I were first dating I had to use my pistol to stop a band from beating his girlfriend at a gas station. He was not listening to me when I screamed at him to stop striking her with his fist repeatedly, yelling loudly "HEY, STOP HITTING HER" he literally looked at me and told me to "Fuck off" then I went back to my car & grabbed my 45ACP and then started walking towards them while chambering a round as he heard my weapon being chambered as I yelled "I am fucking crazy and will kill you, no stop hitting her right now you sick fuck, and get on the ground, put your hands behind you head and don't move.
I then told Meg to call the police with her phone & it took the local police over 19 minutes to show up. They let me go and thanked me for keeping this felon at gun point, where they arrested him on warrants for his arrest. His girlfriend ran off during the commotion and the police never found her. Meg & I went on our merry way after I engaged the safety, ejected the clip, cycled it to kick out the bullet & then put the bullet back into the clip, the inserted the clip back into the handle of the pistol and placed it into my vehicle holster. I had a CPL & was trained by the CIA in tactical pistol use and always had one in my car while driving, securely mounted in a dash mount under the steering wheel in the driver's side footwell area, where it was easy to grab quickly.
One of the common failures of a decent person is to underestimate how indecent other people can be, especially during a prolong power outage, during a worldwide war, during a natural disaster or supply chain shorted. I watched people at Target beat each other violently and senselessly over getting a Tickle-me Elmo doll for the children or grand-children. My own grandmother, Lena Wentz, swung her purse & struck a woman & then snatched a Tickle-me Elmo doll out of her hands, before grabbing me to leave the crowd which was fumbling over each other to grab a unit from the limited supply on the shelving as we made our way to the register to check out! This was my teenage glimpse into how normal people can turn dark over nearly anything.
At our best as people we are loving and kind, but often criminals are not a good example of these upstanding virtues or high-quality personal character traits.

Thats why I carry guns ready to rock. After serving 36 USAP missions in the Middle East and extensive training in the Army, NSA & CIA, which turned me into a full blue patriotic American EDC gun enthusiast / the state can take my guns by prying them out of my cold dead hands. I will never give up my EDC gun without a fight to the death, for any reason. I will kill or mortally harm anyone who attempts to take my pistol, or they will have to do the same to take it.

I refuse to be bullied or taken advantage of. I will never allow a criminal to take my wallet, my clothing, my backpack or bag or anything else, my vehicle while I am driving it, nothing, not my shoes or socks or anything. I will unload a high-capacity magazine with tritium night sights with all three dots lined up in the face or chest of anyone trying to cause me harm, then I will eject the spent clip & stuff a fully loaded spare clip back & chamber another round to get another round of precision shots at the bad actor! I really want to kill a bad person! I am squeaky clean legally & have a defense lawyer on retainer.
I have national defense clearance & national security clearance, a up to date CPL, & have extensive firearm training starting with my riflery merit-badge as a Boy Scout as a child, obtaining my first 22 cal. Marlin rifle at the age of 10, having previously learned to shoot revolvers with my Grandpa Wess starting at age 5, ear & eye protection always; we went on road-trips to shooting pits in Roslin, Eastern Washington State, USA, and brought brown paper bag lunches with sandwiches and chips and a soda pop, then shot up cans and bottles & paper lates as targets for target practice, on Saturdays, during the spring, summer and autumn. It was mostly 22 long-rifle rounds & 9mm ammo in 5 shot revolvers, then a Ruger 10-22 that I still have :) Then pistols by HK, Glock, Smith & Wesson, the latter a 4516-2 45ACP that I daily EDC' carried for 8 years before getting the G-4-G19 that I roll with these days waiting for wolves in sheep's clothing to wrong me the wrong way when the police cannot be there for me, then it will lay down the full metal jacketed slugs to puncture flesh & enact justice efficiently effectively in real time with little delay on demand protection not possible any other way :)
