Excess salt, sugar & toxic refined veggie oil consumption in SAD human diet are causing cancers, metabolic syndrome diseases, heart diseases, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, inflammation of the gut or bowl & skeletal joints (hands, neck, back pain) & pain & suffering & preventable disorders & diseases that can be fixed with a healthy whole food plant based diet with allowances for health promoting saturated fats like butter & ghee & cold pressed olive oil & coconut oil. More water & fiber help to heal the microbes in our gut & keep the bodies cells well hydrated. Fasting for 48 hours to 7 days can remove toxins from the body as our body burns stored visceral fat preferentially at a 3:0 ratio verse brown fat & subcutaneous fat thats plumps up our skin & makes us look younger or less saggy & wrinkled, fewer fine lines & hardening of the face & neck skin etc. So fasting can make you look younger & make you have a longer health span, not lifespan, health span the length of time you are alive without disease or medical disorders, that you can achieve with a healthy whole plant food diet with some saturate fats, more fiber & water, less salt & sugar, & more whole raw & cooked veggies & fruits + raw nuts & seeds (not roasted in veggies oils with added salt) No smoking & less alcohol consumption less often & avoiding high glycemic index refined simple carbs that turn into blood sugar spikes easily, sugar spikes that fuel cancer cell development, HIV progression, hypertension, type 2 diabetes & whole body inflammation that can cause pain in any part of the body, especially the neck & back (lower or upper back pain) & arms pain in the shoulder or elbow & wrist & pain & hand pain & pain in the hip or knees & ankles & feet. 

Refined Vegetable Oils convert to Trans Fats upon heating above 122 F in cooking & also go through more than 26 manufacturing stages. 

Cancer researchers feed rats refined vegetable oils to give the rats cancer! Think about interval fasting, 1 or 2 meals per day inside a 6 or 8 hour window, in the middle of the day. Only eat if you are actually hungry. You are often very thirsty for water when you think you are hungry. Start your day with 16 oz or 1/2 liter of clean water & skip breakfast or dinner // try to do 16 hours per day fasting & 8 hours between lunch & dinner as a feeding window. Ketogenic food diet & more fiber can help you to undo glucotoxicity problems caused by sugar & simple carbohydrate consumption excess or abuse. 

Fasting for 3-7 days with lots off clean water can cleans your body of toxins by burning the body fat where most of those toxins are stored, as ketone bodies that triple fuel your brains cells & muscles when you are fasting for extended periods greater than 48 hours. Avoid fasting for more than 10 days without medical overusing or supervision as this can cause issues with re-feeding syndrome & electrolyte imbalances. Only very overweight or morbidly obese people can safely water fast for more than 40 days, only under strict medical supervision with their doctor doing daily blood & urine tests, a doctor familiar with longer fasting intervals.

Even Type 1 diabetics can fast, though they have to use hourly blood sugar monitoring with a blood glucose meter or CGM system like a Dexcom, & reducing their long & short acting insulin intake by 50% or more as their insulin sensitivity will rapidly increase as the fasting continues beyond day 2.

Fasting for 3-7 days while drinking enough clean water to help flush to the detoxification metabolism products produced when your body starts burning body fat where those heave metals & pesticides & plasticizers & other pollutants & fungicides & herbicides & artificial colors & dyes & strange preservative & artificial sweetener toxics are stored in body fat lips as they are fat non-polar soluble. 

Stay well hydrated by drinking enough water so that your pee is a light straw yellow color! Kidney failure epidemic caused by people being chronically dehydrated. 

Poly-unsaturated fats or heated processed veggie oils, are reactive & oxidize or go rancid easily & cause cancers & mutations in the body, in flesh & organs, which is why cancer researchers feed rats veggie oil to give them cancers, mostly to then test chemotherapy drugs & other cancer treatment methods. When heated these poly-unsaturated processed toxic veggie oils are converted into trans fats, the most cardio-toxic fat that hardens the walls of the arteries & veins & causes heart disease to rapidly form upon excess dietary consumption.
