Perspective : The magic human visual system and brain computer that turns sight into vision

The sight captured in this stitch is off my top deck,
a composite image made of 12mp images originally captured on a Canon SX40 by yours truly!

How Vision Works with Memory : A Blog Explanation

When the photons bouncing off of reality around your strike your eyes, they hit a lens, the front surface of each eye, the squishy lens in after that does the autofocus with HDR better than most cameras. In the back of the eye after the photons have travelled through the defraction medium fluid in your eye, they hit the retina, and give high precision color binocular vision at 150 mega pixels per eye.

The magic of perception starts happening in a seamless brain based photo-shop system in the occipital lope.  After the light hits the retina, it causes a recycling chemical reaction to produce electrons, thus forming a digital signal sent down the optic nerve path in a pseudo digital electric analog chemical biological system of visual data. On the way to the brain, the images undergo a video flip system in the middle of your brain which rearranges the incoming image data signals so that your occipital lobe can post process the images for the removal of your blind spot in each eye.

The brain stitches the images from your eyes automatically in real time so you have a continuous field of vision without blind spots :) our brain then captures data from our vision and performs statistical ranking on what is important to remember using experience memories to sculpt the way that emotions influence data storage, what images and sounds and ideas to remember, what is important to always remember, and what is ok to forget. Forgetting is actually one of our most powerful brain information processing skills. The human brain has limits, like a computer, and can be overloaded by information.

The data handling of sensory information from the eye remains poorly understood by mainstream science of today. Computer aided engineering and the self reinforcing positive feedback loops caused by applied computer science AI in computer aided engineering will eventually grant us the ability as a society to potentially understand how the eyes and brain work together as individuals, but like always only for people who care enough to want to understand!
