Multiple ways to write the same sounds, homonyms, synonyms, slang, gender of how verbs are conjugated as if words of things had a gender. English so rife with irregular special rules & strange silent letters & strange phrases that do not make sense that there is a YouTube video called "English is a Giant Meme" to make fun of it!
Not working out for 10 days made me feel sicker faster! Back to Working Out Now :)
Working out helps give me natural energy, wakes me up, and makes me feel better. I am talking about getting my heart rate up to 155-175 BMP for 10+ minutes, holding it at an average of about 145 BMP for 25+ minutes. I did elliptical for 12 min, 3 min break, 7 min, 2 min break, 3 min & then cool down. Then bicep curls with 20 lbs per arm, 3 sets of 8 reps then 16 full body ab crunches on the bench!

Consciousness Technology / Your Mind Becoming Reality
Consciousness, being aware that you are aware, let that sink in for a few seconds. When possible take 2 hours to be alone in a silent place or calm place where you can relax & let your mind calm to a cool calm stillness & listen to the sound of silence, peace, tranquility, love, forgiveness * meditate & set your mind on these healing renewing concepts & try to let the noise in your mind settle.
You might notice at first a lot of background ideas popping into your head, concepts about different things, things you need to do, things on your planner, upcoming meetings events, shopping lists, music, things your watched recently, day dreams, it can almost anything. What your trying to do is allow your mind to become one with all of existence, to connect to God directly & all other conscious sentient beings, other people on other planets, people & animals & nature on Earth, everything living connected. I want you to understand that your thinking becoming your reality continually
Thought condenses into reality by manifestation of quantum processes known widely as the Law of Attraction, but in classified military technology nearly exclusively used for Remote Viewing. As a hobby many people practice lucid dreaming or astral project at home in bed. Most people who "made it" in Hollywood or as Famous were unlocked by meeting someone who shared the Law of Attraction with then, telling them they can literally imagine the future they want & believe it & if they really believe in it & enjoy it before it starts, that's what happens. So when I say I am studying Hebrew & moving to Israel, that's because that's exactly what's happening & I believe that's my destiny, that God has something to teach my soul there.
Meg & I were actually in the mail room of our apartment & happened on a couple from Palestine, Omar & Dalia, who were exceedingly polite. We gave them some pointers about not leaving packages at the office for long because low quality people have a habit of ripping open packages that haven been there for few days & steeling the contents, then leaving the opened box behind. I mentioned this because Palestine located very close to Israel. Their vocal accents, overall look, & names as a combination tipped me off that they were Arabic, possibly progressive pro-western Islamic, and probably from the Middle East given the accent, though had a remarkably good proficiency with English, despite only recently moving to America. What a lovely coincidence, but that's just it, that was not a coincidence, nothing happens without a reason. The main reason anything happens because of what people are thinking about. Everything happening in the world the outward consequence of things people are thinking about now, but also in a much bigger way the result of what people in the past were thinking about.
Most of what people call High Technology today in COTS was actually developed by scientists doing core research & technophiles studying physical phenomenon in the 1800s, after the high renaissance caused a caffeine fuel enlightenment of studying chemistry & physics & electricity & turning these ideas into industrialization, commercializing & profiting from mass manufacturing products & services that leveraged the emerging technology. We transitioned away from a world of exceedingly expensive hand made manuscripts, books that cost thousands of dollars that took months of work daily to copy by hand, to a world of mass produced fabrics, books, content, furniture, vehicles, tires, shoes, vacuum tubes & tube light bulbs, glass, steel, germs, World War One then WWII, then nuclear weapons via the industrial production and refinement of uranium then applied to fission reactors to make heat to make steam to make electricity to energize homes to charge electric vehicle batteries or smartphones or to power the fridge or microwave or vacuum cleaner or clothing dryer, energy to make warm air or hot water or to run the compressor in the air conditioning to cool down homes in hot climates. We are now in the middle of the 4th Industrial Revolution where poor working people have regular daily access to technology unavailable to royalty even 50 years ago.
Consciousness technologies enable you to control reality with your mind. While the CIA & NSA might claim this came out of research in the 1960's, and it surely did, these concepts are ancient from India, where people practicing deep meditation were able to access super position, levitation, bilocation, triplication, remote viewing, remote presence, out of body access to celestial dimensions, the ability of their soul to leave their body & return to their body, the ability to speak telepathically to others for communication, the ability to heal sick people, to restore life to dead plants & animals, to reanimate & restore. Because of greedy ignorant sickos, evil from Satan & other malevolent forces, races from nasty galaxies & demonic influence, much of this knowledge was lost for millennia. When the US intelligence community started "developing" Consciousness Technology or CT, they were just rediscovering something many people knew about in 2 BC or earlier.
Consider the 2 L turbocharged car engine, used by 25 automakers worldwide across 600 different vehicle models & variants of each model. With energies of 100-600kw, these small direct injection gasoline engines have remarkable thermal efficiency. I bring this up because engines like this & turbochargers were originally invented in the late 1800s, as were computers, artificially lighting, communications networks, many of the basic ideas that made internet possible today were conceptualized & developed more than 100 years ago by God fearing people motivated to make the world a better place. Now we have a bunch of overpreivledge fools who think they are something special as YouTubers, completely unaware of how the machines they use to make their living even work. Most people with cars have no idea how they work. Most people have no idea how their microwave or TV or smartphone works. Why should they? They also do not appreciate these things because of their lack of understanding. They overuse these things & create light pollution that causes sleeping disorders, unwittingly harming themselves. They eat toxic processed food stuffs & not real food, cheap industrial sugar & fake flavor food that sickens them with preventable diseases & obesity & especially diabetes & metabolic syndrome disorders, inflammation, pain, suffering & cancers in a big way. Most autoimmune disease are from inner self hatred & inner unforgiveness or bitterness & anger & resentment.
Negative toxic thinking translates into disease because the mind body connection enables toxic thoughts to cause imbalance in many cell signal & control axises. Chronic cortisol levels for example. Excess histamine for example. Chronically elevated blood glucose. Chronically elevated TNF, IGF1, Interleukins 1-16, pro & anti-inflammatory factors out of balance. The body makes inflammation to heal damaged tissue, to enable blood to flow so the body can bring cell ingredients there to perform repairs while the person in delta phase sleep. This is why chronic sleep deficits add up & hurt peoples brain & body, because they have an increasing list of cell repairs not happening, that the body only does in deep sleep phases, in delta brain wave sleep.
You might wonder, if the mind is not the brain, then what is the mind doing while the brain in different sleep phases, well sometimes it leaves the body. Do you ever dream of flying over water, flying away from the Earth, flying into space? If you have vivid dreams of being in other places in the world, then you probably are visiting them. This anesthesiologist wanted to know where the surgical patients where going when they body was sedated under general anesthesia, so he placed colorful boxes on top of tall cabinets around the OR so that the patient would be highly unlikely to see them. When The Thrill is Gone
Nobody stays young forever & aging a cruel penalty for staying in the game of life IRL, with age related degeneration of the body stealing away peoples joy & happiness & replacing it with pain & suffering. But all of this can be avoided. This does not have to be true. You can find purpose & meaning that keeps life enjoyable till ripe old age if you're lucky enough to make it that far given how diseases & accidents tend to claim so many lives early. Aging is a disease. Let me say it again. Aging a disease! Like many other diseases we can develop a vaccine to aging, with technologies like genetic reprogramming. Dreaming of Other Lands
I often take a nap because of a broken fractured & highly unusual sleep schedule that involves waking up at 4am & staying awake late. Removing alcohol from my evening has caused a radical shift in my energy levels & at +4 days up-regulated or speed up my brains executive function, so now I have to withstand constantly closed eyed highly intense visuals, multi-colored text when reading where all the e's turn blue, all the a's turn red, all the t's turn yellow, its a really hard thing to get used to. I had been using gin to self medicate & love G&T's, but had to stop in order to learn Hebrew, starting at the base like a pre-school student in Israel, learning my ABC's, numbers, basic words, sentences. I can already notice that Hebrew is a more direct language than English where you can say more with fewer words, at least in simple sentences, the most complex I have had to practice translating with help from the Duolingo app on my iPhone SE2. Meg started studying Hebrew on her iPhone 12 mini about 4 weeks ago & seeing how much fun she was having & having studied German (Ganz Toll) with Duolingo back in 2013, I logged in with my existing Google account almost seamlessly & got started, now on a 4 days streak & loving it :) I am already seeing English in a new & more interesting way, looking at words around me differently, thinking about language differently & seeing more nuance & patterns & subtle details in the ways things are said in English that were previously seamlessly part of my normal understandings, but have become the subject of thoughtful pauses & consideration as I cross compare with what I am learning about Hebrew. Shalom friends. Meg & I have solidified our plans to move to Israel within 5 years. I was actually dreaming about using Google or Apple Maps digital route planning to find a rout within Israel during my mid-morning nap today :) I am so excited to develop a pseudo-fluency in Hebrew :) I hate radical islamic terrorism & love the state of Israel & the Israeli high technology socially intelligent loving culture based on Judaism the same religion my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ was part of during his life. Praise be to God! I am glad the USA & Israel are partners on many levels & excited that Israel became part of the OECD & multiple free trade agreements & have lots of ideas that I think I cam implement with Israeli business partners in the hot arid parts of Israel to revolutionize closed water cycle green houses & energy conservation excellence :) I am so excited to be dreaming about the map of Israel in my dreams while sleeping. That means even my sub-conscious loves our future plants to move to Israel. I started studying Modern Hebrew on my iPhone last night using Duolingo app & Meg & I plan on moving to Israel for a few years in the +5 year horizon to live in Israel for a few years, but are going to become linguistically proficient before traveling their for leisure or vacation for 10-20 days in the near term future to check it out, after we keep practicing learning Hebrew on our smartphones daily. I never imaged learning Hebrew until Meg started studying Hebrew about 3 weeks ago, so last night I logged into the Duolingo account with my Google Account that I had originally setup as a German Language study aid back in 2013. I have recursively studied German over the years, since my last name Schwarz the German word for "Black" color & because the social history of my fathers family emirates from southwestern Germany near the Black Forest.
I am aware of in-ear earbud thin client connect to smartphone computer capacity real time speech translation tech that I can wear in one ear to hear English when someone speaks to me in Hebrew, which will help when traveling :) But I am going to study the letters, numbers, words, pronunciation, sounds, language, how to speak Hebrew, how to listen to someone else Speaking Hebrew & make sense of what they are saying in real time, etc. Our plant as executing now consists of YouTube videos about How to Speak Hebrew, Hebrew Basics, Hebrew Language Tutorial, Videos in Hebrew, Watching movies in Hebrew with English subtitles, and English movies with Hebrew Subtitles, a mix of practicing with each other. As L2 learners, HSL or Hebrew as a Second Language learners starting in our "Early 40's" we are at a significant disadvantage as blind learners of a "alien" language since we have no historical childhood or adolescent or college experiences with the sounds or script or Hebrew language. I have had a soft spot for the country of Israel since High School, back in the late 1990's, because of Intel & the military industrial complex combatting radical islamic terrorism & extreme islamic socially regressive ideology that results in rocket attacks of Israel. Especially consider how the Jews in Israel create an economy & thriving country out of thin air when the country we now know as Israel was created artificially to give Jew's a home country after the end of WWII & the holocaust respectively. It was the Jew's land originally, thousands of years ago, back in the time of Christ Jesus etc. Arabic peoples moved in during the Ottoman Empire & controlled the area up until modern Israel was created by the United Nations or allies after the western victory of World War Two.
I really like the climate & geography of Israel, the military culture, the old world Neo-classical throwback culture mixing ancient & modern, its a nifty blend of cultural & ethnic traditions past down threw the Jewish religion for thousands of years, as is well documented in the Old Testament of the Christian Bible, or the Torah or Jewish spiritual text. Biblical Hebrew divergent as a VSO language where modern Hebrew as SVO language like English. So our study of practical useful Hebrew to become readers & writers of Hebrew & conversationally proficient speakers & listeners of Hebrew all contextually specific to working & living in Israel in the 2026-2033 Gregorian calendar years up next :) It will take a few years to become educated in modern Hebrew after mastering the Duolingo app content.
Day 3 of studying Hebrew & I am still learning the letters & sounds, called it HSL Pre-School for Adults in the Duolingo App still in Level 1, but I am trending on the leaderboard for focusing & extra study sessions early to expand my learning. I love the country of Israel & Meg & I have solidified our plans of traveling their for leisure vacation fun for 10-20 days & to doe IRL research about living there full time & working and making a life there for 3-5 years within the next 5 years. It will all depend on how God influences our hearts & minds, but we both heard the Lord our God tell us that "God" has something he wants to show both of us, and its in Israel. We both were interested in Jewish culture because as Christians our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth was a Jewish man way back then :) Praise be to God!

Israel's only hydrocarbon wealth in the form of offshore natural gas recovery which has been rapidly developed & commercialized in the past few years, enabling clean burning natural gas to replace coal, fuel oil, bunker oil, diesel & other hydrocarbon fuels burned in thermal plants to make electricity & to desalinate sea water. Burning Natural Gas still produced air pollution & CO2, but it's much cleaner burning than most heavier molecular weight liquid petroleum fuels, similar to methane & propane in terms of relatively clean combustion. Because natural gas a gaseous mixture with a low boiling point, it can be pipeline transported more efficiently that liquids, and can also be cooled & liquified for use in CNG compressed natural gas vehicles, or LNG vehicles including rockets that mix liquid cryogenic natural gas with cryogenic liquid oxygen in rocket engines to produce thrust to launch rockets with payloads into orbits around the Earth, Moon, Sun or Mars or as space probes or space satellites respectively. All fuel combustion rockets have limited specific impulse that causes them to run out of fuel within 900 seconds of firing, so reusable rockets make launch costs way lower or making accessing space less costly or way more affordable.
Once in space nuclear electric space propulsion can enable near light-speed velocities, known as relativistic velocities, though only graphene & diamond have the required thermal conductivity to build craft able to withstand particle heating at such high speeds in the relative vacuum of outer space, which is said to smell of burned protein according to astronauts that have sniffed gas samples captured on the ISS or International Space Station. The iSP or specific impulse of Nuclear Electric Space Vehicles measured in years of continual operation, in sharp contrast to the less than 900 second life of combustion propulsion technologies. I don't care how super big or heavy the largest SpaceX rocket, it will never be able to carry enough combustion fuels to operate it's engines for years on end in space, to ferry people to Mars & back or on much longer space voyages sorta like the early historical fictional stages of Star Trek ^^
Non Linear Recurrence
Since at least the year 1260 AD I have experience at least 56 recurrent lives & only became lucid of this fact while sleeping last night experiencing a wildly vivid version that's happening concurrently to my otherwise calmer sedate peaceful life where I am writing this posting on a M2 MacBook that Meg purchased :)

Throughout my life people looking into my eye directly have notices & said something along the lines as "You have an old soul", "you have a deep soul", "you have an ancient soul" & at those times I thought they were just looking at my soul through my eyes, but they saw something more, the energy encoding glow or spark inside that exists in a yet to be described entangled energy state that not only emits light in non visible spectra, it also emits visible light at times. Our entire warm body an IR light of around 125 watts, kinda bright in the mid IR range. All warm object emit infrared photons or heat phonons. Yes, I am a scientist in this life, also a school bus driver, motorcycle rider, & 12 other things for another post to explain in greater detail.
In one of these lives I was living as a member of the royal family in Iran, the Kingdom of Persia at the time. It was around the year 1400 AD. I have some kind of deep connection to this version where I lived into my late 80's chronologically & died alone & lonely having never experiences true love with anyone, willing to trade all my money & even my privileged position just to experience profound love with someone else freely, of my own volition & of their own volition, a real lover, natural & spontaneous love that emerges between two people that love each other genuinely.
Your main goal in the current life where you are reading this, to obtain through experience & trial & error, through adventure & mistake, through injury & illness, through sleep & recovery, through work & leisure, through reading & watching content & listening to stories & music & having relationships to other people - your developing your jam, your blueprint, your highest vibrational state of resonance where your soul beams with love & acceptance & forgiveness & kindness & excellence. In video game terminology you're trying to level up while you are here alive, to increasing levels of consciousness, awareness, transcendence, benevolence, purity & virtue, to be the best version of you possible!
Don't dwell on your past lives, you exist now in this life & should be focusing on taking what you can from acknowledging that you have probably been here, on Earth, many times before, or are here in other emerging instances concurrently, living an alternative life simultaneously.
Your might wonder about the things that you do & why you do them. Some of this related to the entanglement of your soul with other emergent versions of your soul that exist in the past, present & future. At just one higher dimensions plane of existence above the 3rd or 4th dimension, time & space have no meaning, meaning faster than light travel normal, easy & intuitive, where endless life no only possible by commonplace.
Other people you interact with are at different state of energy, different vibrational levels, differing in the percentage of acquisition of their lives master excellence blueprint. Some people, your probably thinking criminals & some government officials, they never obtain their master excellence blueprint, never fully self actualize, never mature beyond a limited ignorant state of unawareness, selfishness, arrogant narcissism, I am thinking of a recent US president that maintains he won the last election even through that's factual untrue & the current present of Russia, people who seem to miss the messages that other people get about how life is precious & special & worth defending.
To prove theses sickos must be heartless, think about this. If you snapped your fingers & everyone disappeared & there were no people left on Earth, then what would be the point. That's why placing profits over people with pollution & other evil wrong & sick & does not even make logical sense. There is nothing wrong with a reasonable profit, it's the excessive $800 box of insulin pens that cost $26 to make, scams & rackets run by people with lower vibrational states of ignorance, fear, uncertainty, clamoring onto money they know they cannot take with them after their bodies die. It's not just about passing the money down to their often ungrateful & unappreciative spoiled rich trust fund children, it's because they fail to get obtain their master excellence blueprint or MEP.
I willingly accepted a life as a nobody, a regularly person, without wealth or power, so I could experience my joy, more dynamic love, more flavor, more aroma, more ups & down, more excitement, more novelty, more freedom, more joy, more happiness, more real friends, all the lovely stuff that money can't buy & was never able to buy. You can only try love, never buy real love. It's only money, but that's funny, because money is fake & made up by people running government banks to stabilize economies. Your not your mistakes, or your money, your a soul with unlimited potential to make the world a better place for yourself & your children & their children, by deliberately reducing pollution & phasing out all forms of crime & corruption, especially by upgrading everyones minds with better thinking! Frank Whittle & the Turbojet Invention the Revolutionized Aircraft
A very proper British fellow named Frank Whittle invented what powers nearly all modern aircraft today in 2023. He wrecked 3 aircraft while training to fly as a cadet early on. While learning to fly he first wrote a thesis & concentrated on engines, connecting speed, range & engine efficiency, so if you wanted to go fast & far you would have to go very high in the atmosphere, around 50,000 ft elevation, where piston engines that at that time dominated small blade propeller driven early aircraft that struggled to reach 150 mph, using car motors on a bigger scale with many moving parts. Even though you can supercharge the engine, eventually there comes a point where the engine cannot even overcome its internal friction, in the thin air of the upper atmosphere.
I can't think of at least 300 ways to improve Turbofan engines with existing technologies, like chemical vapor deposition, advanced ceramics, super conducting electric motors, energy recovery, thermal recuperation, texturing surfaces to reduce drag & turbulence of smooth airflow in the engine or deliberately introduce tumbling & better mixing in the combustion section, to block heat from damaging the exhaust turbine, to enhance thermal efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, reduce toxic emissions, reduce noice, vibration & harshness with ceramic axels & bearings, magnetic bearings, helium bearings & many other ways to use new polymers, ceramic hybrids, metalloids, emergent graphene & electric high strength magnet motor alternators & more to make hybrid electric passenger aircraft engines that are way better in every way! Throughout this posting I share some of these ideas openly hoping they're will reach engine manufacturers!
Frank thought of increasing compression & replacing the piston with a turbine, substitute a turbine engine for the piston engine. With only 1 moving part, a shaft with a compressor driven by an exhaust turbine at the opposite end of the shaft, fundamentally simple & with refinements over time, turbine aircraft engines would become more durable in terms of operating life between services & overhauls, than even the best diesel engines, which is amazing. We are talking about 20,000 hours of operation between servicing, about 20x better than the best diesel engines.
The newest have higher bypass ratios, higher thermal efficiency, better fuel economy, lower emissions, better performance per unit of mass, improved aerodynamics, greatly improved peak power output, longer service intervals, innovative blade geometry & many other improvements in the shaft bearings, interior geometry, compression optimization, fuel burn optimization, exhaust heat energy rejection TBC coasting to enhance the high nickel super alloy blade operating life, an emergent catalytic coatings of the exhaust blades, texturing of the turbine blades, texturing of the combustion burner chamber walls, texturing of the interior surfaces, force air cooling in the engine jacket, and very high bypass ratios so that a small power core turbine can turn a very large intake fan that produces a lot of thrust around the core, reducing noise & emissions thereby also. The GE Gen. X aircraft engines feature a lot of this emerging technology!
