Which companies, or governments or NGOs will supply the indigenous people of Peru with VCD water purification systems able to turn contaminated water, salt water, polluted water, into high quality drinking water for consumption, cooking, irrigating their garden, or showering, without exposing them to toxic water pollutants, and how to teach locals how to service, clean and repair these Vapor Distillation Systems, including giving them ready perpetual access to parts, manuals in their language with clearly labeled graphical images of how to step by step with bullet point listed instructions for every step, how to replace consumables or filters, or wear items, and how to diagnose problems to identify what repair is needed, what procedure an tools and parts are required for that exact repair, and to make it easily field serviceable with basic tools and no specialized knowledge.
