Crude oil or petroleum, fossil fuels base precursor black gold becoming more rare, harder to mine, harder to refine as the lighter sweeter grades of oil are not widely available anymore, now its dirties heavier contaminated oil from deeper in the crust, that's harder & more expensive to extract with oil mining in the ocean on oil platforms like the one that caused the deep-water horizon oil spill.
When crude oil prices reach a market price parity with synthetic plastic thermal decomposition oil made from petrochemical plastics at a specialty polymer refiner by cooking the plastic in oil & then distilling it in electrically heated columns just like they do at oil refineries with crude oil, then it becomes profitable to convert scrap recycled plastics from packaging & package containers, soda & water bottles, cups, plates, utensils, tool housings, toys, any source of plastic back into crude oil, called polymer to oil conversion.
Think of all the plastics in the worlds oceans, rivers & other water ways, that people dumped into nature! We can capture all that plastic & convert it back into oil to make gasoline & diesel again :)
Think of filtering all the micro-plastics out of the biosphere & making synthetic oil with micro-plastics as the input. All that worn away tire tread converted back into transportation fuels :) Think of all the plastic wrap, plastic films, shrink wrap, plastic wrapped around products you buy from Costco, all of that plastic can be turned into oil again.

People, humans, start out as a single cell, the fusion of their dad's sperm & their mom's egg, then that new cell for the new person, with unique DNA, starts splitting & forming a baby inside mom. Many months later the baby is born & enters the world as a new person. Billions of people have been born like this throughout history without exception. All people enter the world this way!
The most amazing part is the molecular self-assembly of the cells into systems of systems that comprise the flesh & organs of the human body, like the constantly dynamically reshaping living bones & bone marrow making blood & the brain & CNS or heart & lungs & liver & kidneys to filter fluids of the body to get rid of wastes.
Our bodies are a molecular deconstruction system that liquifies foods we chew up and turns them into liquids to diffuse across into and through membranes in the gut, the cilia of the small intestine absorbing nutrients from our foods & beverages. As food moves through the gut water & other chemicals extracted in the lower intestine through yet more membrane surfaces, then poop the output when we go #2, while the kidneys filter fluids through membranes that end up as urine in the bladder that we pee out as #1, so our body is a master recycler of chemical elements from food that it uses to make flesh so we can go from being a baby into a full size adult using nutrients from the foods to make more cells. This is why diet has such profound effects on health! It's what we put into our mouths, the foods we eat, that influence our health the most! That's why excess sugars, starches & carbs make people fat & sick with heart disease.
If the human body a master recycler of chemical elements from food & beverage, then human society should become a master recycler of all human goods created with human activity, such that industrialization mirrors what's happening inside the human body! That's applying natural or divine intelligence to human waste management & recycling operations. Putting more intelligent into all aspects of human activity will improve life for all people now & in the future. I am talking about making better currencies, better governments, better vehicles, less waste, more functions with lower emissions, more zap with less penalty, more dynamic & enjoyable life with less harm to nature, actually helping ecosystems, making more soil with compost, beyond sustainability, I am talking about intelligent permaculture & long term thriving of Human people on Earth!
