Western Diet and Lifestyle causes cancers! Sugar, Blood Sugar Elevated, then Mitochondrial Dysfunction = uncontrolled cell growth = cancer #cancer 

Minimal exercise or sitting around too much. Ask around, many people who retire are dead within 3 years from not moving much, sitting in from of the computer of TV watching content in binge marathons, inactive not moving enough to make their blood pump. This also causes edema in the legs, increasing the risk of stoke, clotting and embolisms that no one wants to experience. 

Excess high blood sugar levels cause plague to stick to the arteries, narrowing the arteries causing blood pressure to rise and causing heard diseases, but the extra high blood glucose also fuels cancer cell development or enables cancer cells to rapidly proliferate into metastasized tumors that spread to other organs in the body. Sugar, high blood sugar, sugar in diet in excess consumption, is causing dementia and Alzheimer's diseases too as those are also metabolic in nature. Having chronic high blood sugar causes metabolic diseases, which cause mitochondrial dysfunction! That's factual or scientifically true, not my personal opinion. 

Inflammatory diseases are what we call autoimmune, since stress, high blood sugar, and other negativity combined with a highly processed high carb diet, makes people sick with many kinds of diseases that get the wrong cause attributed as genetic or idiopathic without known cause, when its been long known that sugary diets causes sickness and disease, and simple carbs break down quickly into blood sugar spikes. These blood sugar spikes from eating junk food, candy, fruit juice, baked goods, and other high glycemic index foods are the basis of most diseases plaguing western economies. 

Mental stress that turns into physiological stress in then body because of the mind body relationship means that watching negative news, or having a high stress life also causes sleep disorders, and chronic sleep deficit causes cognitive deficits and health problems and well documented. Add in arterial light that stimulate wakefulness from screen, lamps, bulbs, noise pollution, chemical pollutants, microplastics, negative bias world view, psycho-social disruptions or social of familial stress, depression, anxiety, fear, uncertainty, doubt, suspicion, confusion, anger, frustration, all the negative emotions harm peoples physical health. 

Add in nutritional assault from high carbohydrate wester diet, and you have not one but many chronic disease epidemics plague healthcare in industrialized countries. But we have exported these bad diet ideas abroad to mend developing economies were newly adopted western diet trends are increasing obesity and disease rates. 

Cancer is not a genetic disease, it an extension of metabolic syndrome, from energy metabolism disruptions, say "Insulin" and "Sugar"

Cancer is a metabolic disease, like Type 2 diabetes and Hypertension or high blood pressure. Its a mitochondrial dysfunction caused by a high sugar high carbohydrate high glycemic index ultra processed junk food diet epitomized by the SAD or standard American diet that makes people fat, sick, and kills people with cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure complications like clots and stroke.

Mitochondria from cell biology, the cell has an energy center in the nucleus, inside the cell, the organelle Mitochondria converts ADP to ATP, to make energy for the cell. The Mitochondria has its own DNA that very different than everything else in the cell, with very specific form, shape, and biochemical function. It affects fluid balance, energy, kidney function, its the oxygen accepts electrons from the mitochondria, with CO2 and Water as the breakdown product, thats why oxidative phosphorylation requires people to breath in air, which is made of oxygen laced nitrogen with a touch of argon and other trace gasses.

Cancer is a chronic disruption of the mitochondrial function, adapting to fermentation energy without oxygen, so the cells begin to divide out of control, forming a cancerous tumor, from a dysfunction of the mitochondrial function to not operating on oxidative reduction, but instead to switch away from respiration to anaerobic fermentation, and this can be caused by virus, chemical toxins like carcinogens, pollutant exposure, microplastics, or anything that damages the oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria, caused by glutamine and glucose, high blood glucose.

Sugar, elevated blood glucose that caused obesity and chronic inflammation, those high blood sugars fuel cancer cell development. Nuclear transfer experiments proved this scientifically, by translating mitochondria between healthy cells and sick cells.

The origin of cancer is in the cytoplasm in the mitochondria, its is not a nuclear genetic disease!

Cancer is not a genetic disease, that belief is from dogmatic ideology not based in science.

In traditional aboriginal societies cancer does not exist or is virtually unknown, since they eat animals, insects, plants, nuts, seeds, veggies, fruits & berries seasonally, fats from animals and plants, and do not have access to sugar, processed foods with added sugar, carbohydrate rich ultra processed foods or other junk foods, candy, soft drinks and sugary stuff that people eat and driving regularly in developed weather economies, OECD countries where almost no one goes hungry, constantly snacks, eats too many times per day, does ever interval fast except while sleeping, tends to be overweight, tends to overeat, eats too close to bed time, does not eat enough fiber from not eating enough natural plants or plant based foods that have abundant amounts of dietary fiber naturally with a low glycemic index even if they like many fruits contain fructose and the same can be said for berries eating in sparing serving sizes seasonally.

In western society there exists great confusion such that chronic dehydration causes the kidney failure epidemic thats fueling amazing profits in the kidney dialysis sector, such that we can't build the dialysis machines or filters for them, fast enough to keep up with demand created by eating too much sugar, not getting enough water for hydration and causing kidney cancer or kidney failure.

Entering nutritional ketosis by eating less, mostly protein and fat with a hint of sugar like black pepper as a spice, perhaps 2 grams of sugar per day maximum. If we stop eating at 7 pm, and then skip breakfast and eat lunch at 12 noon, then we are eating from 12 pm to 7 pm and fasting the other hours of the day, it what is known as interval fasting. 

But doing a 4 day water fast 2 or 3 times per year can act as a master reset of the bodies cell health settings by pushing the body into nutrition ketosis where the cells run on ketone bodies. You can use urine test strips to see if you are in ketosis, possibly be eating an ultra low carb or ketogenic diet or by fasting for 24-72 hours. Do not fast with extra water intake beyond 5 days because that can knock your electrolytes out of balance, though taking a pinch of pink salt if you get a headache while while fasting can really help. Listen to your body, if your craving salt, then have a little, salt has no calories, like water. 

No high carbohydrate foods and lots of exercise or activities that get your breathing harder and moving. This keeps the blood flowing which improves mental function, improves mood, improves sleep and sex, makes people feel better, and is generally healthy to do at least 150 minutes of vigorous fully body sweating with hard to breathe fast enough exercise like hiking quickly up steep trails for 1.5 hours or going on a mountain climb bicycle ride, the trick is to get your body hot and sweating and breathing so hard that its hard to squeak out more than word or two talking with someone with you before you must inhale another breath. 

I can work out hard enough that I am unable to breathe fast enough to keep up with myself, and have to deliberately throttle back on pedaling or running in order to catch my breath. Lately I have been hit my a very nasty cold virus that radically reduced my breathing efficiency, but still went on a mountain climb bicycle ride, and when hiking on a trail that I found while on that ride, the next day. Today while writing this I am taking it easier and resting more, to give my body rest, writing online and watching edifying or interesting videos on YouTube, like the one liked at the top of this post that I highly recommend anyone with cancer or anyone who knows someone with cancer, should watch right now!
