Under 3 minutes, took several hours to let the dough rise 3x, olive oil for the last rise, sprinkled with salt a few times to add flavor :) 

Yummy Small Boule Bread Recipe / Dark Hard Nutty Flavored Crust! 

1/4 cup flour 

1 tbsp sugar 

1 tsp honey 

1 tsp molasses 

1/3 cup water 104 F temp 

1 tsp dry active yeast Mix wet & rest for 20 min till bubbly in a warm zone 

Building the dough, folding method kneading it, letting it rise repeatedly! 

Add 1/4 cup more flour & 1/2 tsp salt & mix, then rest 1 hour, cover 

Add 1/4 cup more flour & mix till dough ball forms, shape & let rise, cover 

Add 2 tbsp flour to make dough less sticky & easier to air knead fold method by stretching dough & folding it on itself, then rotate 90 deg & repeat 12x, then cover & rise again. 

Place dough ball on parchment paper for the final rise & sprinkle with salt 

Heat oven & dutch oven to 480 F 

One fully hot carefully remove dutch oven to heat resistant pad, remove lid 

Lift dough ball on parchment paper into dutch oven, cover w/ lid 

Bake Dutch Oven in your oven for 20 minutes, this steams the dough producing a dark nutty flavor crust. 

After 20 min, remove the dutch oven to a heat resistant pad, using hot gloves to remove lid, lift the parchment paper to take the bread out being careful not to touch the searing hot dutch oven walls with your skin. 

Place the lid back onto the dutch oven & place the dutch oven back into your oven, then turn the oven off. 

Let the small dark bread boule cool for 20 min on a cutting board then slice & enjoy with your favorite spread, I choose butter while Meg' prefers oil oil! Works well with jam or preserves or Nutella or whatever you want to smear on your bread, sweet or savory, it could be lox or cream cheese or hummus or ham & cheese or whatever floats to bread boat :) Enjoy, Cheers & warm regards & thanks for watching!
