Going down the list & wikipedia searching each part will provide you with many hours of learning about nutrition, macro & micro nutrients, what vitamins do in the body, what the salts do, how the the different parts of this supplement drink mix produce biological active effects on the body with the biological extract of botanicals that provide caffeine & antioxidants, what antioxidants do, what caffeine does, there is a huge bonanza of information related to how this product affects a human body.

It's a low carb sweet drink mix containing caffeine that I consume in the morning, after having a cup of coffee earlier in the very early morning. I don't eat anything for breakfast. I wake between 4 & 5 am naturally & brew a cup of coffee while I drink 2 glasses of water to rehydrate since sleeping at night causes dehydration, part of the reason that a morning urination pee tends to be a darker color. The Aero-press 4th gen only takes a few minutes to crank out a delicious cup of coffee.

I use about 18 grams of espresso beans freshly ground on-demand in an Eureka Mignon Notte grinder hand made in Florence Italy & correspondingly expensive but exceedingly well made :) I poor water at 185F until the Aero-press is full then stir the coffee & hot water for 10 seconds. Then I let it drain for 45sec-2 min & topping off the water before putting the plunger in to extract the coffee all the way down until the air pocket at the end produce creme orange acidic foam onto of the freshly brewed cup of coffee, almost always in a ceramic or glass mug. I then poor 1-2 oz of milk, half&half or heavy cream into the coffee :)

I have 1 or 2 of these coffee's every morning :) I wanted to experiment with zipfizz as a vitamin alternative, having learned about it from Amanda Miller in Michigan when Meg & I were visiting her & Blake & their children & his parents, in the summer of 2022 :) A memory of this visit caused me to look up zip fizz online & naturally since we use Amazon Prime, order a combo pack on Amazon.com for just less than $30 or about $1 per tube // I like all the flavors, orange, fruit punch & grape, from this combo pack! I know there are many other flavors & plan to get more from Costco on our next junket there :)
