New gun laws to stop people from hurting, harming or killing one another, might help a little, but people will keep hurting each other. Even in countries where guns are illegal, people regularly hurt each other. The problem is human mental illness, largely caused by social decay, from a loss of Faith in God & declines in the basic family structure.
People are upset by the rising costs of basic living expenses, currency inflation eating away the value of their money, by news about what Russia doing to the Ukraine, by other negative topics like minorities persecuted because of their skin color. Social division exists because people are tired of ignorant foolishness & rising income inequality, political & social corruption, police abuse & other crimes in their community that go on unresolved.
Rising food prices, rising gas prices, rising housing prices, people are stressed out & pissed off. This problem with a degradation in the social fabric of America began with a secular attack of the nuclear family, consisting of a biological male father who is gentle & honorable to his biologically female wife, who together have children that the cooperatively raise & instill with values & ethics & morality. Everything about this nuclear family has been called into question by the noisy left extremists who hate Christian, hate morality, hate ethics & hate other people & themselves. These negative toxic people, the fanatical left extremists are the most hateful harmful people on earth. Their defeated destructive ideology degrade the mental frameworks of other people who listen to them. The break other peoples minds with regressive destructive false logic & deranged reasoning & strange ideologies that conflict with the Holy Word of God for example, which was previously part of American culture.
Pollution a major killer in the world, a silent killer, not to suggest that the air pollution released by coal power reactors invisible or without smell. People can smell the tailpipe emissions when they driving in a traffic jam, all those engines burning as the vehicles creep along at walking speeds or stopped without moving much at all. Idling engines are not burning clean like they do when the vehicle humming along at highway speeds, with the engine operating at RPM levels that sustain the catalytic converter & emissions control system at an optimal operating state. Idling produces more emissions. When the vehicle not moving, stopped, and the engine running, its actually getting negative miles per gallon, since its burning fuel & not moving. This is why so many conventional vehicles get such poor city fuel economy, all the time spent idling as the vehicle sits waiting at traffic light controlled intersections. In Africa the computer controlled intersections are called robots.
What we call a robot changes based on the levels of applied technology around us. People in developed wealthy countries rarely even consider the computer that controls the intersection signal lights, that costs a fortune, that exists in steel cabinets never the intersection that have to work 24/7 during all weather events- made in America, this kind of highly durable commercial computer system very costly, just like the airport terminals that have to have tremendous uptime & work flawlessly without going out or glitching or requiring a lengthy restart. IBM made amazing commercial computers for the airlines of the world, at great cost. Personal computers are not designed like that, they last 2-20 years, where a smartphone designed to last 24 months, a laptop 6 years, a desktop 10 years & servers 20 years. Commercial computers have more robust power supplies, more robust thermal management with higher performance heat sinks with more copper & aluminum & better more expensive processors & ECC memory & costly higher performance information storage drives & much faster networking - A car designed to last about 20 years since the manufacturers have to provide parts & services for 7 years & some like Toyota do so for much longer since their vehicles are so well designed & so well made & so much more reliable & longer lasting - yes I am tooting Toyota's horn as a vehicle manufacture for selling the general public the highest quality best made longest lasting vehicles ever sold! A lot of people hurt, harm & kill other people with automobile accidents- rarely the fault of the vehicle manufacturer or of equipment failures. Most vehicles accidents are caused by human error.
In the early 1990's China was a poor country rapidly developing. America was & remains the most wealthy country on Earth. But like all things that rise to the top, there is only one way back down. No amount of noises from Donald T were going to make "America Great Again" - back them life was not great for women or gay people or people with darker skin colors. If you were an overprivileged white male from wealthy families it was a great country in the 1960's. I actually think America peaked with the Saturn V rocket at NASA in the late 1960's. Since then, technology at Intel, Microsoft, Amazon, AMD, Ebay, NVIDA & others has continued to improve. We have better cars & motorcycles with better fuel economy & lower tailpipe emissions now. We have fully electric cars with good range & batteries that can be recharged with a regular extension cord plugged into a normal power outlet, which adds about 5 miles of charge per hour of charging - over what is known as Level 1 charging at home. Most EV come with a complementary Level 1 extension cord charger.
Computers, smartphones & other information technologies like e-commerce & wearables, much of those things have greatly improved over time. Look at this way. If you, like me, purchased a MacBook back 2008, for the same $1400 you can buy a MacBook today with 50x more compute power & a battery that last 10 longer per charge due to the M2 chipset// and the $1400 in 2022 worth a lot less than $1400 in 2008, due to currency inflation, caused by quantum easing by the Federal Reserve attempting to stabilize the economy, but like all other Fiat currencies, the US dollar subject to hyperinflation when too much quantum easing applied to the money supply. I do not have a degree in economics & understand, so anyone can learn by reading this paragraph. Go ahead & fact check me if you think I am blowing smoke at you.
Guns are just inanimate objects or tools, that require a person to purchase or acquire them. A gun cannot load its on magazine or clip with bullets. A gun cannot purchase bullets. A gun can chamber a round of ammunition on its own. A can cannot aim itself at something. A gun cannot pull its own trigger. Every single stage of agency or free will required to do any of those things requires a human making deliberate willful choices. Therefor, gun crimes are a mental illness problems. School shootings are evidence of social decay that comes from an attack on the nuclear family unit. We have social devision because of radical SJW left extremist who want to normalize sin & disgusting distasteful perversion, gross dirt filthy unspeakable things that most adults would never mention to children.
People kill other people because they are angry that their life being degraded by globalization. Insourcing, outsourcing, now Americans have to compete against billions of poor people in countries run by terribly unethical governments, like the CCP in China. There exists a larger Middle Class in China, than the entire population of the USA. Add in extensive robotic mechanization of manufacturing & the removal of skilled human labor & intelligent labor from many sectors & you have a recipe for social upheaval.
The US Government has long known that a disruptive energy technology like ZPE, would cause radical economic destabilization by making all other means of produce electricity inefficient & more expensive. ZPE if commercialized would become the global default mode of make electricity from vacuum fluctuations happening in spacetime continually, a virtually infinite or inexhaustible source of electricity, heat & power, if a ZPE receiver build to take advantage of these vacuum fluctuations. The 2014 NASA Eagleworks project partially declassified ZPE, with the statement, ZPE reactors can be utilized on deep space spacecraft where nuclear fission, fusion & solar Energy are not practical. I want you to remember that even ordinary non special matter, chemical elements that everything known is made of, is also made of energy. E=MC^2 : Einstein tried to communicate this a long time ago & most people still did not get the update. This means that a cup of water, can be fused, taking the Hydrogen ions & smashing them to make He or Helium, an that amount would power all human activity on Earth for years. Thats called nuclear fusion. ZPE way more powerful! This is why you cannot buy a ZPE receiver. A small ZPE unit makes 5000 watts continually, thats 5kw, 24/7, forever. That small ZPE receiver can easily fit into a backpack that a normal person can carry. It weighs less than 30 lbs & most of the mass from the power cables to extract the HVDC from the ZPE receiver that "tunes" into these vacuum fluctuations, sorta like RF wireless power, but obviously much higher power levels. This ZPE teck, highly classified because the Pentagon & Federal Reserve are deeply worried that it could be easily weaponized into something much worse than nuclear fusion weapons, and would obscurity every other means of making electricity. That would bankrupt huge swaths of the economies worldwide, making wind, solar, geothermal, nuclear, wave, tidal, gravitational, thermal, fission, fusion & other commercial power technologies obsolete. ZPE would enable directed energy weapons of unimaginable power, also low mass & highly portable or exceedingly dangerous to commercialize.
