We can't get where we want to go with computers with binary processing alone, we need high performance burst processing offered by Quantum computers in certain special applications.

Meg & I have enjoyed several generations of Apple Watch, of which Meg rocks my old 5th Gen unit & I am wearing the current SE.

Very important to have good posture to protect your neck & back as you get older. Do not sit too much & consider a standing desk.
You have legs to move & movement is life! Not all about fitness or being a gym person, just walking & getting enough movement for your mental & physical health. Work up a good sweat sometimes & make sure it causes you to breath hard, that way you will know your in the zone. A fitness tracker can help you make sense of the movement data & let you know if you are getting enough healthy activity to stave off declines from aging processes that are still debated or mysterious in terms of cause, even though everyone gets older, everyone suffers the effects of again, physically & mentally, to some extent, YMMV or your mileage may vary. Everyone has a different genome & body & some people die of cancer as young children. Some people smoke & drink & live to old age.
