Spinal Posture, Neck & Back Health & Body Pain from Pinched Nerves & Spinal Cord, Disc & Plate Disfunction

Bad posture, too much sitting, text neck, some work that requires tilting head off angle & poor lifting technique of heavy things with twisting of the spine causes neck injuries that end up causing other spinal disc injuries further downstream

When the brain & body notices a neck pain, the rest of the spine & spinal muscles adjust to help relieve & balance the head & neck, which in turn causes alignment problems in the upper, middle & lower back vertebrae which causes other disorders & disfunction by affecting the branching nerves existing those parts of the spine affected. Pinched spinal nerves causing pain in the arms & legs & organ disfunction all share a common root causal basis in misalignment of the cervical neck vertebrae caused by the head pushed too far forward or tilted at strange angles that compress the cervical discs in a progressively damaging way if the overuse of the smartphone held low near the belly button causes someone to look down at it as though they were staring at their feet, causing "text neck" syndrome & related disorders of. the spine by loading the rest of the spinal vertebrae & disks with curve disfunction. 

There are 3 major curves & 3 minor curves in the spinal column of a human & many health disorders are related to poor posture, especially of the head & neck, causing compression injuries to the disk & thus the nerve branches exiting the spine to other parts of the body, pinching the disks causing pain & tingling in the arms & legs most commonly. 

Many people sit with bad posture, work with bad posture, use their phone & computer with bad posture, lift with poor technique that can cause a back injury with off angle twisting of the spine. Many people go to a chiropractor for adjustments to help treat the symptoms without address the underling misalignment of the cervical vertebrae in the neck & how off angle tilting or curve disfunction or misalignment of the neck cervical curve ends up causing middle & lower back pain, pain to the hands, & legs, & other back pain.

I work as a professional device repair technician & battery & lighting expert at Batteries + & have more than 8 years of experience rebuilding rechargeable battery packs of NiCD or NiMH or even sometimes alkaline or lithium thionyl chloride packs for special applications. I have even building low profile packs out of lithium coin cells like the very popular CR2032 lithium manganese dioxide cells. I know how to hook up a BMS system to a battery pack but do not rebuild rechargeable lithium packs for safety reasons & lack of access to an argon purged laser welder required to safely attach terminal connections to 18650's or other lithium ion rechargeable batteries. 

Doing smartphone repairs & car battery removal & installation & core pallet recycling & receiving & store stocking of heavy batteries like an 8D & 31 marine battery & 6v Golf Cart batteries, some of these heavy tasks create stress on my back & beck that have caused me injuries that massage helped to restore in the past. I have to focus on good posture & good lifting techniques & safe lifting techniques & good sitting posture when driving or riding my bicycle or motorcycle or when working on a smartphone or tablet or laptop. I have a healthier mind & body & back now in my late 30's because I started learning about the importance of good neck & back posture after sustaining a back injury a few years ago. 

Health & wellness also about eating natural clean foods & not over processed junk foods. Staying physically & mentally fit also requires staying well hydrated & getting enough sleep & high quality sleep by avoiding caffein later in the day & partially abstaining from consuming alcoholic beverages. I take some vitamins to account for nutritional deficiencies in my diet since I am better at promoting clean eating of higher fiber & healthy fat content foods than actually practicing what I have recently learned about these topics. It can take 3 years for the brain to integrate things you have recently learned into positive behavioral changes that influence your diet, health & wellness or decisions about what to put into your mouth. 

We do not have agency over our skin color or height as a person, race or the size of our bones. We do have agency over what we choose to eat, what foods we buy or prepare, what we are putting into our body & what enters our mouth as food or drink the largest stream of chemicals entering the body. Are you fertilizing your cells with junk or healthy foods ? What about your gut biome & digestion ? Did you know that lower back problems can cause digestive problems ? That lower back problems often exist because of base problems in the neck & the cervical vertebrae of the neck holding up your heavy brain & skull above your shoulders ?

I do not have all the answers, I only know that good head & neck posture influences the rest of the body because of how the brain & spinal cord & branching nerves from the spinal cord connect the brain to all the bodies organs & tissues & that disfunction in the neck can cause other pain & problems in the arms & legs & organ function by negatively affecting the brains connection to these structures with back vertebrae disc injuries from misalignments of the spine, which cause damage to the spinal cord & then pain & suffering in the brain that degrades as persons emotions & feelings & outlook. 

So pay attention to how you hold you head over your shoulders & think about have a healthy neck lifestyle to avoid back injuries & other disorders that start in the neck because the heavy brain skull system pitched too far forward or to the left or right off angle like the cause of Text Neck // Everything in the body connected & the CNS like the internet of the body for our brain. Good posture about protecting your local area body nerve system & brain thats connected to it through your spine!
