When people cause harm with terrorism the main impact psychology or mental warfare to scare all the other people who were not killed by the attack. War produces a lot of death & injuries & pain & suffering & we know how to win people over with better ideologies. Today communism still exists because we are not teaching everyone the best ways of doing everything.

Cloud computers connect devices of all kinds that connect to real people, to users & their brains & minds. We become like that which we spend more time with. To feel at home with the use of an advanced tool or weapon or vehicle, a person has to spend a lot of time actually using it to get advanced user control feelings & habit based automatic processes important for air traffic controllers & others who are required to cycle their attention onto other more dynamic changes in events.

I for example can type this posting while my brain quasi automates the movements of my fingers so that I can input these words into the keyboard & check that my input correct with my eyes watching the screen to make sure I am typing what my brain whats to says or share. I cannot have this kind of teaching conversation many other people because to follow my thoughts can be a complicated run on sentence thats challenging for other people to follow.

When I write these articles, I try to break them up into chunks or sections with titles so people can hone in on the part containing the interesting information or what interests the person reading. Here for example I am talking about science at the edge of physics & chemistry & medicine about the brains ability to change itself in both metabolic & physiological function & structure but also affecting the mysterious aspects of consciousness in the quantum dynamic mind encoding of holographic information that records everything a person experiences in incredible detail.

When we try to recover memories the retrieval system limits metabolite formation & glucose expense by summarizing. The brain goes on while we are sleeping to delete or forget what it views as not useful information & to save the important data in special long term memories, to form predictive models of whats happening & how plan & execute a plan to make it happen moving & thinking.

How many different motion control patterns does your brain know to play an instrument or a sport or to drive or ride a 2 wheel vehicle ?

When your hiking up a mountain or in a forest, what is your brain doing ? Movement a major part of thinking & brain activities & coordinating balance & motion a major part of what the brain does with input from the eyes & middle ear Eustachian tube motion sensing system & proprioception from reverse in the skin & joints, especially in the feet & ankle & back stabilization of the human body core.

We are not just a brain in a hydroponic nutrient bath, we have bones & muscles to move our bones & joints so we can get our heart rate up doing aerobic actives & fitness exercises & basic body exercises that anyone can do anywhere on the ground outside or on their floor inside their home or in water swimming for low impact buoyancy suspension of the human body floating on water // safer for people with skeletal joint injuries or other pain from advanced age or accidents. I really like swimming laps for exercise! 

Recycling & Sustainable Energy

Go do something people, make it happen, just do it, put more life in your years or more experiences in your time, its never been a more exciting time to be alive. People have never had this many opportunities or this much wealth historically. We live in an age of increasing abundance with toxic carbon energy finally giving way to renewables & nuclear abundant energy. We are learning more about air pollution & climate change & thats motivating changes in governments & cultural changes that increased recycling rates worldwide in an continual way that keeps improving. 


People Have Amazing Potential to Create Positive Change 

It might seem obvious, but agency & freedom enables a person to have amazing potential to learn throughout life & to apply these learnings with tools & precision & excellence. Not all people are beautiful or super intelligent. To those who are gifted with a beautiful body or bright mind, please help other people to feel included. Teach them the cliff notes or tips & tricks to staying hydrate & fit to combat the obesity epidemic thats causes a type 2 diabetes epidemic & outbreak of other metabolic diseases far more costly than Covid19 pandemic. 

Diet Strongly Affects Health


SAD or standard American diet make more Americans of all ages sick with preventable diseases from not enough healthy fats, too much sugar & high glycemic index carbs that turn into blood sugars quickly. Kidney failure from chronic dehydration so prevalent that I had the owner of a portable kidney dialysis clinic tell me he will never be able to keep up with increased demand. So many people in America are not drinking enough water to stay properly hydrated with light yellow urine color (light straw color) that would indicate proper hydration. 

Physiological & medical influences of diet choices goes way beyond just obesity, it causes many cancers when people overeat junk food or processes or ultra-processed foods. Think that what you put in your mouth the largest chemical input stream to your body. What you eat is what your body makes your cells with after you digest the food & your gut biota help break the foods down into small molecules to cross membrane surfaces in your small intestines to inter your blood stream & other parts of your apocrine system & into all your organics, especially your brain. 

Foods like chocolate are stimulant antidepressants while too much bread rice & pasta consumption increases insulin resistance & produce pre-diabetes & then full on type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure & stroke & some forms of cancers where cancer cells rapidly proliferating love the extra free sugars in the body from the cancer patient eating sugary foods excessively, including simple carbohydrates that break down rapidly into blood sugar. 


Interval & Longer Fasting 


Try eating more monounsaturated fats & whole nature fruits & vegetables. Eat healthy protein & consider eating more plants & plant based foods that have healthy fats. If you get to a ketogenic state before fasting it eases the metabolic transition to forcing your body to burn itself for energy. Fasting forces the body to burn muscle then fat & its keeps burning body fat the longer the fast continues. This makes fasting unsafe for thin people with low body weight. Fasting works much better for people who are overweight with metabolic diseases. Fat people can force their body to burn off their body fat by just drinking water & fasting until the body uses a lot of the stored body fat as metabolic fuel in a ketogenic fat burning state while drinking lots of water as metabolites & other junk are going to be flushed out the body while fasting. 

Consider interval fasting & perhaps a long term multi day water fasting once a year to help kick of autophagy cell cleanup process that occur during long term fasting as indication in the YouTube documentary film The Science of Fasting! I am just learning about all of this too in my late 30's // its not as simple as you might think to have really good nutrition & to stay physically, mentally & morally strong throughout life!
